You have to instruct them how to make your order when using delivery service
Almost every time I order from here Jimmy John's either forget the drink, chips, or both. They also proceed to slather 2 tbsp. At least of mayo and mustard even when you specifically ask for light mayo/mustard. It's actually fairly comical, considering how on the receipt they staple to your bag has your entire order w/instructions on it yet they always either forget half the order somehow or make the sandwich inedible. I'm NOT a picky eater but I just can't stomach a quarter jar a mayo on any sandwich. It's like when they're making the food do they even stop to consider, "would I eat this?" of course not. Absolutely no pride taken at all in all the locations I've eaten from especially ---1200 Cooper Point Rd SW UNIT 400, Olympia, WA 98502--- Beware of this specific location as it is the most abysmal one I've seen. If you dont believe me just order delivery from there with a couple special instructions and prepare to be absolutely ripped off, and disappointed.

Not worth it. Expensive, boring sandwich. I have nothing positive to say!
Purchased two 16" roast beef and turkey sandwiches and a soda. Came to $41. I thought maybe it's worth it? NOT. This was probably the lamest sandwich I have had and to pay almost $20 for it is even more disappointing. I was not able to pick my toppings, the mayo was hardly even there. Very dry. No pickles, no onions, no nothing except tomatoes and lettuce. When I ordered I was not even given the choice of bread and no mention of toppings. The bread was hard and I ended up not eating the whole thing because it was so dry and bland. Service was SLOW. I ordered at the counter and waited 30 minutes to finally get my order. Probably because Jimmy John's were busy filling call in orders. Probably my mistake by not ordering ahead, but still 30 minutes for a sandwich?

The site is easy to use. You can customize the sandwich without much effort (it's perfect for girls like me that don't do salads on their sandwiches and just want meat and cheese) which is great and helps to prevent the feeling of shame when ordering something from some skinny teenager giving you the look because you said NO to everything remotely healthy on your sandwich.
One complaint I have on the site is that, if you use it often like I do, it keeps readding your delivery address (if it doesn't change like mine; i get it at work) so I have 40 different computer generated variations of my delivery address, even though I have one marked as default. That extra step is an extra pain in the behind. Also, there's a section that says NOTES FOR DRIVER, yeah, you need that, BUT where's the note for the sandwich maker or packer? I am HIGHLY allergic to onions so I have to make sure there is no cross contaminated with the vile white beast of the vegtable world, the demon of the garnishment variety... Anyway, I have to call and tell them that. It'd be nice if there was a little box that says SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS for the sandwich.
Because of that, I give it three stars.

Badly Trained Driver
Been ordering for years today may be the last time. The driver was new, called twice looking for direction stood in y parking, despite being told twice the apt was in the basement, could not figure it out. He ended up going across the street and giving it to some random guy standing on the sidewalk.

Called the store and was told Jimmy John's would redo the order and send it back out with the same driver. If he couldnt find it the first time why did they think he could get it right this time? No apology, no discount, no nothing. I canceled the order.

I'm done with Jimmy John. Screw ups are really constant with this store JJ9003.

Bland and boring
The meat is tasteless unless you like salty and watery. The wheat bread is not healthier than the French. Only one cheese with a bland taste? No hot sandwiches or even toasted! Just not worth it. Managers are often too young and immature to run a store the right way. Owners don't care as long as Jimmy John's are making money. Go anywhere else for better quality, service, and value. I would show receipt if I didn't throw it away. My review is for the Louisville, Ky location, Westport store.

ZERO attention to detail
I have ordered from Jimmy John's so many times I cannot count. I always customize my sandwich so that I won't get any tomatoes. I almost always get tomatoes. I always pay extra for 2 or 3 Kickin' Ranch dipping sides and I pay extra for Mayo packets. I almost NEVER get any of these items. I have spoken to the manager of my local Jimmy John's three times. I've been guaranteed that associates would be trained to have more attention to detail and correctly put together my orders in the future. Today, for good measure, I paid for 4 Kickin' Ranch sides and received two. I paid twice for extra mayo packets and did not receive any.
Sometimes, it's the little things that add up and make one not wish to bother ordering from a company again.
Zero attention to detail. Super Fast should not mean Less Quality. I really like the sandwiches and convenience, but it's simply disrespectful at this point and I no longer wish to do business with a business that does not value customers enough to give them what Jimmy John's pay for, consistently.

Bad speakers?
Since the implementation of "rewards program" the service has slowed down considerably. I suggest you figure out a quicker method (swipe?) to get customer phone numbers through the drive up. I frequent Jimmy's quite a bit, and nearly every time I have to repeat my order 2-3 times, so I have to wonder if your speaker system needs improvement, or employees need to wear headsets?

Not a good sandwich
Have never eaten here before today. Very basic and very expensive for what you get. 8 inch French loaf or 2 slices of wheat bread or lettuce wrapped around meat. All same price. Then you don't get to have them put on topping you want. 8 inch French loaf was tuff. Very disappointing and will not eat here again.

Bad customer service.
If I could leave 0 as a star rating, I would. I drove 20 minutes to go redeem a birthday sub at the location in AZ near me (the last day to redeem) and when I ordered and tried to present the coupon, Jimmy John's told me it "wasn't valid." The manager just shrugged his shoulders and told me there was nothing he could do. The entire exchange between trying to get me my birthday sub and confusion as to why the app wasn't working took 20-30 minutes. SO I wasted 40-50 minutes of my life on Jimmy Johns only to be told "sorry, nothing we can do." I asked if I could call corporate - they couldn't give me a number. At this point I was like "look at my phone, here is my License, can you honor the coupon and give me the deal - again it was the LAST day to redeem! Nope, sorry nothing we can do - and we don't have a number to give you. SO I left.

Next, I went on a scavenger hunt and finally had corporate call me 3 days later and tell me they "locked my account for suspicious activity." Like WTF? Is this a bank or a sandwich chain? After unlocking it for me, and determining that I was a legit dude who just wanted a birthday gift from the app, I asked if, since I missed the window for my birthday sandwich if they could hook me up with an extension or get me a free sub valid until the end of the month, they said "Sorry you'll have to wait until next year."

Well, I wont be waiting until any years because I will never go back to Jimmy Johns, they lost me as a customer over a $6.50 sandwich.

NOT A HAPPY CAMPER
I order JJ's on a regular basis... pretty good... Tonight I oredered two sandwiches. One was their ne w BULL$#*! Kickin' Chicken. It shows a fat plump sub. Right? I get the thing. It's flat. I mean I measured it. Not even an inch and a half thick! And that's WITH all the meat and veggies... and on top of that. Jimmy John's send some giant moron knuckle dragger as the delivery guy. He comes to the door. I say 'Hey. How's it goin' tonight?" He says only. That will be 22.76 I give him that and a 10.00 tip. The gimp does not have the social training or manners to muster a thankyou. Just turned and walked back to his car. JJ's can kiss me right square between the back Pockets... never again... "F" em!

Cuban was so hard it made my gums bleed
The recent commercials on TV and the deliveries I make daily had me wanting a Jimmy johns sub in the worst way. So after waiting all morning and afternoon to get off work my guy and I went to get us two Cubans wow... We were so disappointed first of all the Cuban is supposed to come with pickles and the guy didn't know that and they're also supposed to be pressed... Jimmy John's do not have a press the guy looked at me like I was talking in jibberish or something... the ham is was sliced like lunch meat so thin I could see through it... and with no press it didn't come close to a true Cuban. It's just that there's something about the way the Swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard melt together that makes the difference... This was similar to a 7-11 grab n go sandwich... And there was also mayo and horseradish in it? For my first visit to JJ I have to say I was NOT impressed whatsoever... probably won't ever go back especially for what we paid for only two crappy subs... would submit a receipt but wasn't offered one... all I have is my PayPal proof...

Website sucls
We have been working all day and wanted something to ear. Go on line and put our order in and the dam thing would not let me order. Tried 4 times and then it pops up you have tried to many times try again later. So that sucked thank god for dominos and delivery. Did not have an issue with on line ordering from them

HORRIBLE SERVICE IN ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL LOCATION
I ordered 5 sandwiches online from JJ website to be delivered for a lunch meeting at 1pm. While waiting on the delivery, I got a call from JJ supervisor 30 minutes later saying that Jimmy John's ran out of bread, and the manager will be back within 15 minutes with more bread. I kindly asked the supervisor to cancel the 1 order that they didn't have the bread for... I was told that they can't cancel partial orders? This 1 order held up the entire lunch meeting! Its 1:35pm and we still haven't received the order as yet!

This is very unprofessional and disappointing! We waited over an hour for sandwiches that we couldn't eat because the lunch meeting had ended already as well as 2 members had left.

I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING MORE FROM JIMMY JOHNS! THE MANAGER DIDN'T CARE THAT MY ENTIRE LUNCH MEETING WAS RUINED BECAUSE OF THEM!

P. S Jimmy Johns is only 3 minutes away from my business. It took them over an hour to deliver to a location is less that 2 miles away. POOR SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!

Worst tasteless disaster of a sandwich!
Our employer ordered lunch for us! Effing horrible... 42 people agree the worst Jimmy John's ever ate... flaccid tasteless bread a few strands of lettuce. Nothing numbered all thrown together. Surprise tasteless meat... they forgot the meat in some... it all ended up in the trash! HOW CAN you SELL THIS stuff!

ITALIAN NIGHT CLUB #9
This sandwich was the worst I have ever had in 72 years. It was supposed to have SALAMI CAPICOLA HAM and PROVOLONE, ONION, LETTUCE, TOMATO &MAYO, oregano, basil and vinegar and oil. The sandwich I received had an abundance of lettuce, no onion, one slice of tomato, one and a half piece of ham, and 2 pieces of bacon@ one inch each and that was all. The thickest part of the sandwich was An enormous amount of lettuce. This is by far the worst sandwich I have ever had. Complete waste of money. 0 out of 5 stars.

Disgusted
This place is disgusting that it is still on business. The original owner is an animal killer who kills for fun and fun alone. From whales, bears, rhinos, etc he's a slob. How could any human even walk in one of these places knowing this? His daddy gave him his start up money and now he has sold the company to travel around on his yacht killing for sport. He's a disgusting man with serious mental issues.

May I have it MY way, please?
I called to my local Jimmy John's location on 14th and Leavenworth in Omaha, NE to order a sandwich with just French bread, lettuce, and tomato. I didn't want any meat or sauces. Well, the person who answered the phone sounded gay and became very short with me. He insisted that I tell him what "number" I wanted to order, but I told him I didn't know what number, I just wanted a sandwich like I wanted. He huffed and puffed with me and placed me on hold. Shortly afterward, a woman picked up the phone. I asked her where the other man was, and she said he had to leave on a delivery, but I thought I could here his voice in the background saying something about a difficult order. I reexplained my order to the woman. How difficult is break with lettuce and tomato?

I wish Jimmy John's had been more open to me ordering what I wanted. I felt as though I was expected to have memorized their menu numbers, as he insisted I tell him which "number" I wanted. I didn't care what number they ordered me, just as long as it had only what I wanted on it.

Freaky Fast only applies to delivery Store #1713 Wauconda, IL
Store received my order a 1:25. I only live 5 min away so I headed to the store and parked in the lot waiting for notification that my order was ready. Kept checking online tracker and still not updated at 2:00 so I called. Was told that order was already ready for pick up. Online tracker didn't update til I was in line at the window. Obviously someone dropped the ball but didn't get any kind of apology or anything else after being kept waiting unnecessarily.

No longer Freaky Fast
On 6/10 I ordered Jimmy John's for the 2nd time in a while as the first time took several HOURS to deliver. This time I did get a call that delivery time would be over an hour and Jimmy John's gave me the option to cancel my order which I did.

2 hours later in walked a delivery driver with my order? I told them it was cancelled and they left it anyway. I called to speak with a manager and they were "busy" and someone was going to have to call me back.

I called again on 6/16 and spoke with Vander and he agreed that I shouldn't have been charged and took my information. He said Willie the GM would be following up.

Here we are on Friday 6/18 over a week later and they still have my money and no one is following up.

I am sad to tell my story as I do like their food but if you need it delivered I wouldn't recommend it anytime soon.

Speedy Fast My Foot!
Ordered online as usual but the last two times have taken SO LONG. I tried to order yesterday and after 35 minutes received an email stating that my order had been cancelled WTF. I tried again today and after waiting 45 minutes a friend finally asked if I would like something for lunch. My answer was "yes please". I checked email for the same such email and nothing. I called the store to cancel and as I was calling, the delivery kid, who was very nice I must say, walked in. I sent him back with the sandwich because by then, lunch, I knew for sure, actually was on the way, I understand being busy but seriously, 45 minutes to make a sandwich, without any notice whatsoever that their speedy fast delivery would actually take 45 minutes to make and walk it across the street is ridiculous. Give a person a heads up at the very least and let us decide if we even want to wait that long!
