Needed to match a zipper to custom made dress for a client that I am making and the retail fabric stores don’t have the the variety in the colour I needed. I had no luck searching for a particular coloured jeans thread I needed for my husband's work trousers. I remembered J M Embroideries and their amazing selection of threads etc.
I found the perfect Gutermann thread I needed and bought 5 of them.
My purchase was well packed and fast post ensured I received it as soon as prcaticable

My new Oliso smart iron is excellent. Owing to the smart iron's unique design there is now no more turning the power switch on and off constantly when the iron is not needed for a while. Just a touch of the handle and the iron restarts. The steam burst, spray mist and 360 degree pivot cord are also incredibly useful.

I am very satisfied with the service I received.
Some of my items were not available, but I was offered an option.
The goods came beautifully packed and the delivery time was quick. Making my transaction smooth and easy.

I honestly cannot fault JM Embroideries. I've placed three or four orders with them now and every single time l've gotten fast/professional service.
I've ordered from other embroidery sites in the past that wait until after l've purchased to tell me the items l've ordered are not in stock. Not JM - l'm yet to experience an item not being in stock! they always have what l need and it's at my front door within days. Keep up the good work guys.

Great selection. I spent hours searching online to find a certain type of zipper in different sizes. After clicking on a link that took me to catch.com I was able to find this company. I will be ordering again once my business is up and running very soon.

As a repeat customer I have been very happy with my orders. I am delighted to be able to source my favourite thread for English Paper Piecing - Gutermann Extra Fine polyester. Each order has been packed in empty boxes from their stock lines and lodged with Australia Post within a day or two. Any enquiries have been answered in a timely many.

During the last month I placed two orders with this business for knitting machines. Each machine was reduced to the lowest price I had seen up to the time I placed my orders. Each order was despatched within 24 hours. The machines were extremely well packed and one arrived one week later and the other the next day - Australia Post express parcel service is still utterly unpredictable!
I found the website irresistible, extremely well designed and laid out, packed with interesting and varied items. Checkout was simple and streamlined.
I highly recommend this business - I will certainly be a return customer.

I love this store! I had covid, so locked away, and needed thread urgently to finish a quilt for my best friend's 50th. I ordered Sunday night, and it arrived from Morwell on the Tuesday. I have since ordered again and won't be getting my thread from Lincrat or Spotlight anymore. Great family business.

I was looking for something specific & when I phoned JM Embroideries, as I live in Western Australia, I only had the voice on the phone to guide me. Thanks to Mick he was patient & after talking to him for a while I decided to go with his choice, as I couldn't actually see any of the fabric. Well the fabric arrived today & when I opened it, I couldn't have been more pleased! It was even better than I had hoped.

I was shocked and surprised by the size of the balls half the size of the balls I usually buy, and the ply was 2 ply not the usual 4 ply I use. My fault for not reading the description properly, just falling for the pretty colours. I learnt a good lesson.
