So wonderful to work with!
My ring came in today, and I have to say I am absolutely thrilled with them! I got married a little over a month ago, but we waited to buy my rings because I knew I didn't want something more traditional. I looked for months for a ring that really stood out to me. I'm skeptical of ordering anything online, and the fact that I was going to order my wedding set online was no different. I was so worried that Joancee would get here and not fit, not look like the picture, or worse they would get lost in the mail. But they're here, they're gorgeous, they fit perfectly, and I'm so glad I waited to find my rings because these are everything I wanted and more. Pictures don't do them justice!

My ring is changing color! Fake!
My husband ordered me a black engament ring with a pink stone and the ring is not black anymore its turning copper I do not shower with it I take it off everytime I mess with water and it's still changing color. Emailed the company for a refund or a new ring and took them a awhile Joancee only said they would only refund 5% of the purchasing price this cheap fake ring was over 100 dollars and they only want to refund 5% ridiculous I will never buy from here again and if your reading this I would think before purchasing anything from here they are a rip off!

ZERO STARS - AWFUL COMMUNICATIONS; ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
This company has zilch for customer service. Do NOT believe their website when it states "easy returns" or "30-day returns". Joancee don't answer their phone (calls going through their advertised number comes back as a "failed call"). Their "LIVE CHAT" puts you on hold forever, unless you want info on a product. If you ask about returning their merchandise, they merely stall you. Their service email address lacks communication in terms of their emails even addressing your claims. They continually ask for pictures of the merchandise. I sent them pictures of a ring not even getting past my knuckle, and their response was "it looks like a nice ring and nothing is wrong with it". BEWARE OF THEM! You're risking buying something because you have no guarantee of returning it. Also, I am leery they have my credit card information as well.

Irresponsibility
I bought a pair of wedding rings and as my wedding was 2 weeks away I opted for the fast shipping that the site charges $ 25 to deliver in 3 business days. But I was not charged that amount on my card, but the $ 65.99 ring pair that was in the promotion was charged $ 95.90. I tried to contact them asking for the cancellation, or if Joancee could send me the ring on fast delivery as I was charged $ 30 more than the value of the site. They said they could not extort the $ 30 difference that I was charged unfairly. But that they would send in the fast delivey, I accepted. The alliance pair was sent on November 25th and since that day it has been stopped at the UPS delivery station in NY and has been stopped exactly 6 days in the same place. I get married on saturday and i have no rings, they don't have a phone to get in touch with and contact by email is terrible. They respond once a day saying that they cannot do anything, not even the cancellation that I asked for several times. I can't even give an opinion on the quality here, as I haven't received my wedding ring yet. Bad customer service. They shouldn't have the option of fast delivery if they don't.

Patience is a virtue
Overall my experience was good, I had a issue with my initial order (nothing Joancee did just my personal taste I didn't like how it looked in person) so I returned for a refund so I could purchase something different that part took a while, but I did receive my new order within a month I places the order the December 7th and was scheduled for delivery January 3rd I received it December 27 which is good but I also paid $25 extra for 3 business day expedited shipping- which they still take up to 11 days to process your order had I would have known that I don't know I would of paid the extra $25 but with it being Christmas time I guess shipping time was ok.

They only seem to have 1 person that does customer service through email I got the same person every time and it takes about a day to receive a response an usually it's always later at night (if your in the U.S)

Delivery slow
I bought one ring from this company, it was nice, but took about a month to be delivered. I ordered another ring and am in the third week of waiting. I wrote to them but Joancee just give a standard answer and didn't answer my question. I have checked the tracking and it has said "ready to be shipped" for about a week. Why don't they just ship it. Anyway their website is completely false saying it will be delivered between 7-12 business days. It honestly takes a month. Fingers crossed mine will be on the way soon. I have read the responses from the company on this review panel and the answers are not satisfying, which is a shame as their product is really nice. This company just needs to be more transparent with their delivery and there will be less complaints.

I bought my husband a ring from Joancee an the stones fell out an they dont want to replace it
I ordered my husband a wedding band from this company within three weeks the stones had fell out of the ring now Joancee are telling me to pay for the ring to be fixed or pay 5% of what I paid to buy the ring at first to have a new one sent out that is a bunch of bull this company is so fake it's pitiful but I'm not going to stop until my husband gets a new ring and I have no plans on paying for anything else from this company when you see their name you should run fast do not spend your money it is not worth it you can't contact anyone on the phone to speak with is all through emails and they try to be rude at times when they email you back I am very upset with these people at this point in time and I will never order anything else from them

Poor quality and terrible customer service
I have had my ring for around 1 month. After wearing it maybe 8 times one of the stones fell out. Although Joancee claim everything has a one year warranty, they will not refund my money and if I want them to fix it, I have to pay to ship it (put of the country). They offered me a 40% off coupon as if I'd want to purchase any more of their cheaply made, poor quality jewelry. I just want my money back! Buyer beware. Do not purchase from this company.

Beautiful Jewelry & Amazing Customer Service
I love this company! First, I am always getting a great deal! I've gotten crazy promo codes almost every time I order! Then, free shipping on top. How can you beat that? Responsive customer service... I can chat with them about my purchase online at 12:12am on Sunday and someone answers! Finally, everything I have purchased has lasted! I workout in my jewelry, shower, swim, you name it and it looks like it just came out of the box! My new favorite is my Sterling Silver Rose Gold 3D Engraved Vertical Bar Necklace. It's so cool to personalize your pieces!

Horrible Customer Service
I ordered a birthday gift for my wife a month before her birthday to allow for the 11-20 day shipping. Well needless to say she didn't get her gift and I contacted customer service via email several times. To be giving lies that my package was shipped when I went on the FedEx website they've never received it my wife's birthday has passed and she never got her gift. Luckily I got her another one from somewhere else anyway. The point is I get an email when I requested a refund stating once I get the gift Joancee would refund my money. Which I have no clue when that will be because it's still pending on the fedex website. Don't trust this company

Great selection!
First time. Fairly easy but shipping does take quiet a while, took mine three weeks. Joancee do respond to you fairly quickly and I love that. THE RING IS SO BEAUTIFUL! OH! MY! GOODNESS! ITS SO MUCH BETTER IN PERSON THAN ON THE PICTURES THEY SHOW! I WILL be shopping again! I may just buy the same ring again because I love it so much

Customer service is nice and quick. They did a wonderful job responding back to my emails and things.

Great product but shipped late and got to me before I needed it.
The product is PHENOMAL! It is worth the money. My issue was shipping. I ordered it to be sent in 4-6 business days. It took 8 and I got no kind of refund of the extra shipping cost. Even though, I asked for it. I was told sorry. It is busier in the holiday season. It is a legitimate excuse but I think Joancee should be ready for a holiday uptick in sales. Nonetheless, I was ecstatic that the product got to me before I needed it on Christmas. It was worth the wait! I absolutely love the product because my spouse went crazy over it.

Ivy was kind, patient, and helpful but I wanted some kind of refund for the shipping taking longer than the 4-6 business days that I paid for. However, I was asked to be patient and told it took longer due to holiday season. I was okay but disappointed with that answer.

Horrible company! THIS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY! Never do business with them!
I ORDERED A RING AND AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS I FINALLY RECEIVED IT. Joancee BLAMED THE CORONOVIRUS FOR TAKING SO LONG. THE RING WAS SO LARGE IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. THIS RING WAS OVER $100.00. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS FINALLY GOT AN ADDRESS TO RETURN IT. I WAS GOING TO EXCHANGE FOR SOMETHING ELSE. I MAILED THE RING BACK AND I HAVE A RECEIPT. THEY KEEP SAYING THEY DO NOT HAVE IT YET. IF I HAD SENT IT WITH A TRACKING NUMBER IT WOULD HAVE BEEN ANOTHER $100.00. HOW DO THEY KNOW THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT? I AM CONTACTING MY CREDIT CARD BECAUSE THIS RING WAS PAID FOR SEVERAL WEEKS AGO IN FULL! I AM CONTACTING MY SENATOR AND CONGRESSMAN TO REPORT THESE THUGS. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CHINESE SCAMMERS! I KEPT TELLING THEM I WAS GOING TO WARN OTHERS ABOUT THEIR CROOKED BUSINESS PRACTICES. I WILL LET THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THE USA GOVERNMENT LOOK IN TO THESE CROOKS. Very disappointed
I paid $25 for 3 day shipping and my rings were shipped on 1-12-22 and I did not receive until 1-19-22. I emailed the company and Joancee stated that shipping takes 3-6 days so I felt I was misled. They did offer a $15 refund for shipping which I did not accept as I qualified for free shipping but paid extra to get my order sooner. Then I received the rings and the "gift box" that was included was badly damaged and the rings were very cheap looking. I am returning to the company.

The customer service rep has been nice but as of yet they have not refunded my shipping cost of $25…only offered to refund $15.

DO NOT ORDER
++++DO NOT ORDER++++. My meant to be fiancé/boyfriend ordered my ring on the 2nd December. On the website it states ‘standard shipping 7-12 working days' so my package should have came by the 20th at the latest. I contacted joancee on the 23 December Joancee said it was got to die with the courier company -LIES- it's now the 2nd of January still no sign of the ring. My meant to be fiancé was planning to propose on Christmas Eve so I contacted joancee again on Tuesday 26th complaining. "Ivy" said it was a problem with COVID-19 deliveries that it should be here in the next few days, but yet "ivy" stated that it was with the courier a few days beforehand?. I contacted joancee again on the 27th to let them know I haven't received it still so I would request a refund. "Ivy" stated she told the shipping company but as stated above she claimed it was with the courier company. My meant to be fiancé decided okay I'll propose on New Years Eve as it's our 3 year anniversary instead to give the ring a chance to come but of course the ring never came yet on the tracking it claims it was ‘delivered safely to your location' which is complete bullcrap. I'm absolutely disgusted now "ivy" has ignored many of my emails. So don't waste your time or money

Have not recieved my ring and they will not refund my money
This place seems so sketchy. I place an order on 4/12/2020. Joancee were quick to take my money. I have received no updates on the item. I contact the company about two weeks ago. Email communications through someone named IVY. She gives me a tracking number through USPS and it say it shipped 4/23/2020. But she has no idea where it's at? Hum. I ask where is it shipping from, she cant give me an answer. I ask to have my money refunded and the order canceled she can not answer the question. All I get is a run around from her. I would not do business with this place not matter now good it looks. I think this Joancee is a complete scam and just out to take your money! VERY DISAPOINTED!

Love it
Surprisingly beautiful. Nice size ring. The band fit me perfectly the ring with the white sapphire fit big. I usually wear a size 4.5-5. Purchased a 5 since the ring was coming from China. I figured their sizes run smaller than US.

Never received a confirmation email in reference to my order. I used FB messenger to inquire about my order and Joancee responded in a day. Awesome service. Takes screen shots of your order.

Do not think the return is easy it is not
I ordered the product and it came in about a month. The packaging was nice. However I received the wrong size, this may have been my error. However upon contacting the company Joancee told me they would give me 40 % off is I would just order a new size. Then when i refused they offered 50% off. I paid over $160 for a set of stackable bands. I just want the correct size they told me it would take a very long time to do a refund and I should just order new ones. This is so frustrating. Also this is in China so the communication takes twice as long as while I am awake they are sleeping and vice versa. So in short make sure you get the right size because exchange or return is near impossible. It is going to cost me $40 to send them back..

I was blessed with this beautiful amazing engagement...
I was blessed with this beautiful amazing engagement ring! Unfortunately my fiance passed away before we tired the knot. And to make things worse my girls and myself were disregarded by his family, which isn't what he would want. To make things worse I losed the ring idk how bc it was on the counter while washing dishes and when I was done it was like it vanished. My family was nice enough not only to search for it deeply and for weeks, Joancee thought of buying me a new one and pretending that it was mine, all in good intentions. I really wasn't sure if I wanted a new one that wasn't from him, however I am ordering it again it's so fitting for our relationship especially with the infinity sign what she had tattooed on him for his grandfather's death. It's a symbol that means a lot. But that's not the only thing that's great about this ring, it is totally not what I would think I would pick with all the fancy details it kind of looks like it was vintage. These stones Sparkle more than anything I could imagine. I just hope it doesn't make me sadder to buy a replacement. Please pray for us

Horrible customer service
I purchased a ring in dec. Communication was amazing and I loved the ring it was s wonderful experience and item. I ordered another one, big mistake! No customer service I have sent emails since it has been in the the ready to shop status for over 3 weeks. I did get a reply that stated that department was on vacation and it would ship out 1/31 still havent gotten any updated info I emailed them again all I got was it's still being made that was over a week ago. Save your money I'm going on 2 months still without my product and no communication.

Terrible customer service!
My fiancee bought me a set of rings for my birthday but accidentally bought the wrong size. It came in a joancee bag, box, and had their card inside. I wrote the company attaching a proof of purchase to request the exchange - at our expense. Joancee denied it was their item so I sent a photo of the box, bag, card and ring set as proof. SUDDENLY we got a message from QUARLLA.com saying- "Oh, the courrier mixed up the boxes and it is OUR order". To do an exchange you will need to send it to CHINA to have it resized at your expense. When I replied that an exchange doesn't usually involve resizing - I never heard from them again! Beware buying from joancee (or quarlla) if you have any customer service issues!
