I made a purchase on 28/06/22and was noticed shipped on 29/06/22to this day it has not arrived. I contacted customer service got late reply. Called DHL that they said Jomashop is not using DHL Express (Door to door) but DHL e-commerce service it will go through third party forwarder when once the parcel arrived the country. The parcel had no updat detail since 08/07/22. The total value of the order worth $40 Jomashop charged $37 and adapted very delaying delivery option. Bad experience!
Unfortunately I waisted a lot of time for resolving the problem for shipping price that supposed to be free but your system cheated me and finally I paid the shipping and did not know what time I would get the item.
your system is very awful and when I called to your office they were unable and did not care . the price was less than many websites but waisted more than $20 of my time and made me upset!
Jomashop is an absolutely fantastic company. I have been a long time customer of theirs since 2010. Every purchase I have made (some small and some larger purchases like Rolex watches) was immediately processed and arrived ahead of schedule. They are very trustworthy and I highly recommend folks considering purchasing merchandise at Jomashop.
International shipping is awfully slow. I ordered a sunglasses on the 19th and it’s now the 5th of next month and it’s still not yet arrived. Please use a better courier than DHL, they are worse than snail mail!
Also made an order for a 6k usd watch, the FAQ says they won’t charge you until the product is shipped but guess what my credit card was INSTANTLY charged after placing an order. What’s worse is they did not even have the watch in stock and I had to cancel the order AND LOST 3.5% OF MY MONEY because the bank charges foreign transaction fee! All this because you charged my card when you are not supposed to!
They shipped my order in parts, charged my card separately for every individual item, and charged me separate shipping costs despite my order stating free shipping, I contacted them requesting a shipping charge refund and they never bothered to even reply. Order at your own risk and know that they ship orders partially/separately and WILL charge you shipping regardless of how much your entire order was.
Hello, I grew tired of one my watches and didn't want to go thru the hassle of selling it online. Sent in a trade in request for the watch and received a fair trade in quote. A pre-packaged box was quickly sent to me and off it went. Within a few days, my trade in was inspected and I was guaranteed my original trade in quote. I used the credit towards my new Omega Seamaster 300 in sedna gold and couldn't be any happier. The price of the watch without the trade in was at least $800 less than my AD could do. Mr. Zalman was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend Jomashop to those looking for a special while still saving money. Many Thanks!
First up, their pricing was truly great. Nearly unbeatable. I placed a total of 4 orders with them, and each time they handled my needs quickly and accurately. Each of my colognes were true to order, real, and exactly what I wanted. This is huge in my book as often times a “good” deal ends up being a fake. But Jomashop is the real deal. All the Niche colognes I’ve bought were REAL and NEW. I bought Xerjoff Renaissance, PDM Layton and several Mancera / Montale products. I am beyond happy with how JomaShop treated me as well as did a great job of getting me my orders quickly. If you are on the fence about buying from them, go ahead. They are the real deal and you won’t be disappointed.

I had been wanting to get an Alpina watch for some time. I was impressed by the website's wide choice of stock and their prices which are significantly lower than I could find elsewhere. It made me a bit suspicious it might be a scam as I am in UK and some of the prices looked too good to be true compared to listed prices over here! I finally picked up the courage and placed my order. Glad I did, the watch arrived within a few days via DHL quicker than a lot of UK suppliers. A lovely quality watch which arrived in perfect condition, with Alpina's authenticity tag and a nice leather case. In short very happy with the watch and the price I paid. Three tips:1) select 'DHL pre-pay customs duty' if buying from the UK- its a very quick service and no risk of the item getting stuck in customs 2) Dont use the AmazonPay option if you can avoid it, I made that mistake first time I tried to order and the result was I got locked out of my Amazon account and everything linked to Amazon eg Prime, Alexa etc. Obviously its the kind of purchase that easily gets flagged and then Amazon can freeze your whole Amazon account, in my case the card AmazonPay tried to charge wasnt my usual Amazon default card, causing all sorts of problems and in the UK its incredibly difficult to speak to anybody at Amazon who has any authority and you get treated like some kind of money laundering drug dealer - I ended up having to resort to contacting their press department before someone would help me and restore my account! Obviously none of this is really Jomashops fault but just dont repeat my mistake, avoid AmazonPay! 3) may be dont bother emailing Jomashop, I had a query about a model showing out of stock, asking when it would come back in, they never replied, presumably because they are working flat-out with so many orders. However price and speed of delivery trumps these issues. Would defo use again!
Great prices and good watches. My one complaint is that some of the watches don't come with the instruction manuals. I recently ordered an Oris Artix GT. It came in the original box, but the manual was removed. Customer service told me Jomashop is not an authorized dealer for Oris, so when they receive the watches to turn around and sell, the instruction manuals are typically removed by the original seller. It was disappointing to receive a rather pricey watch without the full manual. However, pricing, delivery and everything else is top notch.
Jomashop's warranty doesn't compare to a reputable watch dealer!
Everyone who buys from Jomashop should be aware that you are not getting a normal manufacturer's warranty on your product. You are trading warranty coverage for the pricing. I'm done with Jomashop. I will only use them to get reputable watch dealers to match their price.
I am a repeat customer (3 expensive watches). On the last watch, Tudor Black Bay Bronze Automatic Men's Watch, the leather band broke within 2 months under normal use. They would not stand behind their sale, and correct/replace the defective band.
I ordered a Tissue Watch and have some feedbacks:
1/ Delivery Time: I paid 25usd for DHL international shipping - but Unfortunately, it took 1 month to ship. And the service which shipped to me is VIETNAM POSTAL, I think DHL changed service to ship. They did the Customs house clearance process easily. but for Delivery time, I will put it is poor. Because I have to pay more 100usd for import tax.
2/ Quality of Watch: Brilliant, I like this watch. I have some concerns that The box of Tissue seems be different than other on youtube. Also does not have guilde book, but never mind.
3/ Next purchase: I will think again and check about Delivery service. I rather pay more if they use DHL EXPRESS. I want to receive it quickly because I still have to pay IMPORT TAX/

I am a first time customer purchased a bag paid through PayPal and for security purposes so happy I did per the reviews they are taking people money and taking weeks to mail items. If not received in a few days PayPal refund ur money. Last purchase for me they have ok looking items but it's not worth the headache from customer service or a long wait. Good luck! Update asked for refund worst customer service ever 😑
Jomashop were able to supply me with a Tudor Black Bay Ceramic, which no watch seller in Australia were able to do!
I opted for Jomashop to pay the import duty to Australian customs which made the import totally effortless. Shipping was just $33.00.
Tracking was very accurate and the door to door shipping really fast, though only complaint was the shipping company left the watch on the front porch!🥵 I was overseas and fortunately my wife was home, otherwise it would have been sitting there for couple of weeks. (Not Jomashop fault, but given the value of the item, I naturally assumed we would need to collect from UPS office if no one was home)
Now onto the watch... Absolutely love it! I wasn't able to actually see and touch before buying (as none in Australia), so it was a bit of a gamble gamble. If your the same as me, just go for it, the Black Bay ceramic is gorgeous and I have no regrets. The way the indices 'pop' with contrasting colours is stunning.
All original box and tags included (I did wonder) and the watch comes with a really cool rubber (looks like leather) strap with a second NATO strap, to give two different looks.
I note the watch price has dropped $US450,so looks like I paid top dollar, but it was for a special birthday and my wife wanted it in time for a present.
Will definitely buy from Jomashop again, already have my eye on the next watch!

I bought RB 2132 polarized 4/1/22. I paid for it right away. Waited about six weeks when I saw it that they have it is stock. They never send it until I called and emailed them. I received an email that my credit card was declined. They try to double charge my card so it got declined. I called them. I got them promised to be delivered that day. Nothing happened. I called second day and finally they emailed me with tracking number. I received the RayBan sunglasses. I opened them. When you I tried them on the temples make cracking noice when they are close to be opened all the way. One side very easy and soft and the other is a little hard. The lenses were with some dust. Tried to clean them with the special cloth. They seem like very easy to loose or fall down even though I tried cleaning then with care and very gentle. I tried the you tube computation between fake and authentic. They are close to fake. When I put them on the bridge and lenses one side is a little bet higher than the other. I tried to contact Jomashop buy email but the never answer my emails or concerns. I wrote a review with one star and a negative review and the either never let it be on their website page or accept it even though I received an email from them to make sure my review and email were not fake. I guess they accept only five stars reviews only. I needed someone to explain to me my concern and take care of my issues but it seems that since tgey sold the sunglasses and got the money for it they don’t care at all. I been waiting for an answer from them 4 day by today. Be carful when buying RB sunglasses from them. I also called Ray Ban company and I found out that they are not an authorized seller and they are not listed in RayBan at all.
Purchased a Burberry belt first week of May. However, the belt fits my waist but not my hips. Called today to exchange bc website says you can exchange. That is completely false! You cannot. You have to return and repurchase. Here’s why I’m unhappy. The same belt is over $100 more for a medium. They cannot honor the 30% coupon I used 2 weeks ago. The First Lady I spoke with was clueless. Told me I bought belt too long ago to return. Mind you it was May 4th. Then asked twice for order nbr. Then she was flipping thru screens and had no clue how to maneuver the system. I asked over and over why no exchanges. No response. Also your page states clearly “FREE SHIPPEMF AND FREE RETIRNS”. However in my return email it’s $13.75 to ship back. Hmmmm….an awful lot of confusion. I’m not trying to get something for nothing but this is not the JomaShop I’ve shopped in the past. Will not be purchasing ever again. And buyers beware as they are not honoring what’s on their pages or the emails.
First time using Jomashop. Recently bought an Omega seamaster and de ville and was extremely pleased with the experience. The watches were brand new as described, well packaged and shipped/delivered on time.
Customer service is a bit delayed in getting back to you but overall, pleased with the purchase and would buy and recommend others as well.
Don’t count on customer service!
It only provides you with “ we are deeply regret” and nothing else.
On my recent purchase I realized that the same Jomashop site also has the same watch in steel, and I emailed them to change my purchase from rose gold to steel. I was informed the next business day that “ sure, please provide us with the item number and we will change your item.”
Two days later I received an emailed that your watch was shipped.
After I informed them that why they shipped an item that I had already requested for change, all I got was “ we are sorry, and accept our apologies!?
They would not cover the cost of return for their mistake.
To top that , as soon as I returned my watch they increase the cost of steel watch by 600 dollars!!!!! If that isn’t a crime or price gouging it is definitely not a good customer service.
This was my 1st purchase from them and very happy with the results. Item was exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition with box and papers. Price was a few hundred dollars less than anywhere else online. It was shipped promptly and arrived a day earlier than predicted at checkout. Love my new watch!
Very good shopping experience - good selection with very attractive prices from one of the more reputable online sources. Two small gripe: (1) Search filters could be fine tuned to include movement and crystal types. (2) While it does state that the items are genuine, the fact that it is not an Authorized dealer/reseller is not stated anywhere that I noticed which would mislead potential customers.
Reviews seem to be a mixed bag but most watch reviews were positive and my experience so far has been positive. I do appreciate that Jomashop publishes both the good and poor reviews.
