Do not order from this company! You will never receive your order or a refund. Going out of business would be the best thing to happen to them! Thieves!

Very informative with down falls
The worker was great but soooo pushy! She gave us lots of info on a shoe but wouldn't let up on selling us the shoe. She was extremely helpful. Gave it 3 stars just cuz the worker did help.

Sent Wrong sized shoes so no shoes for my Daughters D. C. Trip
I am so upset! I ordered two pairs of shoes that I needed that would be comfortable for D. C. trip due to much walking. The box said size 8 which we checked but day of trip my daughter went to put on and Journeys were a 6! Not happy! We bought platforms due to comfort and now she has no good walking shoes for trip! I even paid $13 extra dollars because the store had none of her size in stock. In fact they were out of so many sizes. I'm so unhappy my daughter left with no comfortable shoes. I want my money back for shipping too! No wonder you have two stars on the majority of your reviews.

Too much upsale
I took my grandson into the journeys to get some shoes he picked out a pair and it was 59 dollars so I said he could get them! The lady came back carrying 3 boxes of shoes and was showing them to my grandson he then decided on a different pair that she brought out so I went to pay and these were 110 dollars! That is absolutely ridiculous I know all about the upsale thing but for her to come out and show a 10 year old shoes for 110 dollars when he had already picked out the ones he wanted and Journeys were 59 dollars that is insane! I was definitely put in a bad spot at the register and not wanting to disappoint my grandson I bought the shoes but I'm going to remember this and definitely look elsewhere next time! So you may have gotten over on me this time but never again!

No mask manger is rude
Went to the Clarksburg journeys and Lauren is very rude. Went there to spend money didn't have my mask completely covering my nose she asked me to put it in completely disrespectful attitude. So i left called in to tell her my reason do you health issues i can't keep it completely over my face i do have a drs note and since it's Maryland it's their policy or what not and i was told just to shop on line. Like just because i have medical issues i get discriminated against. Great job journeys for making me feel down on myself because i have health issues. I won't be shopping journeys anymore and will be telling all my friends to band them as well #bandjourneys #discrimination

Somethings not adding up
So after ordering a pair of doc sandals a pair turn up that aren't even docs! I've now been offered a 5% refund on a £45 purchase with no offer of a full refund despite the fact I have legally 14 day to return and get a refund! To the ombudsman I go to get this dodgy firm shut down! Trading standards will have a field day!

First off I visit a store outside of town, ordered my daughter a pair of shoes, ofcourse Journeys send a MENS size for my daughter. I reach out to them they told me send the wrong pair of shoes back & once they have the tracking number, they would send out the correct pair, mind you she even checked in their warehouse to be sure they had the correct size, weeks go by no call, no email, nothing so I decided to call... Well what do you know! They don't have the correct shoe in so they just canceled my order without my knowledge & because I paid in cash at a store while on vacation they just took it upon themselves to issue a check, weeks go by I get a check and it has the wrong name on it? Like how the hell does this happen when you verify name address and phone number before you even verify the order number? So I politely call back they apologize and said they will void the check and send out another check but this time will be a fast delivery on it so I don't have to wait so long for my money! Well here we are again weeks later no check no email no phone call! So I call back again being polite and positive as I have always been and I get put on hold... guy comes back and says mam my supervisor is trying to track the voided check down to be able to get you a clear answer let me verify your number so he can return your call? Really? I have never in my life had to deal with months of getting the run around! Not to mention they sent me a $5 off of a $25 coupon! A deal that is already going on and you think you're giving me a deal for the insane amount of weeks that you have lied to me, given me the run around on an order your people $#*!ed up not once, not twice, not 3xs but 4xs! I will never and I mean NEVER spend my hard earned money with Journeys ever again! I will go through the exact shoe website before I ever spend a dime with these people ever again! Then to top it off act as if I'm a burden, I just want my money that you all canceled without my knowledge! Sorry sorry sorry business!

Shipped me someone else's shoes
Not only did I have to wait several days to get a response, but when I finally did Journeys wanted me to take the shoes out and take a photo of every angle to send them for a label to return. They then said I would have to wait 2 days in my email for this shipping label, print it out and bring it to FedEx and once FedEx scans the item then they will ship me the shoes I ordered. Sorry, but why do I have to $#*!ing wait for you to ship the correct shoes when it was YOUR MISTAKE. I WILL NEVER ORDER SHOES ONLINE AGAIN FROM JOURNEYS. Not impressed.

IN STORE > ONLINE EXPERIENCE
Journeys was overall an okay experience. I tried to place an order of Dr Marten Jadon platform boots online, and Journeys said they were out of stock, so I made a trip to my nearest store, who didn't have them in my size but was able to order them for me. This is a more popular shoe, so I understand stock running out, but I was confused as to why I couldn't order them on my end but they could on theirs. I was happy I was still able to get them, as they were one of the only places to get them at the time when I ordered, and the store associates were very friendly, but the only option was ship back to the store. It was an inconvenient process, with a lot of back and forth, but I ended up with the shoes I was after so at the end of the day, I'm happy.
