Initial consultation and prescription were fine, but then once the prescription is sent out I can no longer access any of the discussions with the doctor or information that was provided to me. Any questions I had or clarification on what I paid for or what the regimen was, which would have been answered by this information, or the links to documents that were given in the initial consultations, were inaccessible and I had to submit questions by form and wait to receive an email response. Why?
After filling out the quick questionnaire I was then contacted by one of the doctors. We then got into a discussion about what would be best for me. It was my choice and if I had decided to go with another treatment they recommended they would refund my money. I however decided to go with HRT treatment and it was posted out to me super fast. I have been taking it for around 4 weeks now and so far, fingers crossed, the problems I was experiencing have been reduced.
I feel so much better, no more headaches, I happy person now , getting better sleep 😴 now

I have found the support from Juniper to be amazing. Any time I have had a question it has been answered promptly. I am finding the program they have prescribed to be working well and I am loving the weekly support emails to help me succeed in my weight loss journey.
So far so good. Lifestyle changes are the hardest part. The treatment is very good at stopping unreasonable cravings and helps you to be more mindful of your eating choices.
The consultation service with Juniper was thorough but streamlined and I received my treatment in the mail in less than a week.
This has been extremely convenient, and there is a clear line to seek medical support if needed. The cost is reflective of the products and service provided, and very good value in my opinion.
Really happy with the ease of using this service, they were quick to respond, ask all the required questions and cared about responses personalising the whole experience.
I appreciated the quick response, the clarifying questions and the acknowledgement that what I was feeling was not just in my head. The process of prescription and reordering is simple, seem less and not dependent on my local pharmacy being in stock.
Once I had paid for the product I could no longer speak to a doctor and I had questions on how to take the patch’s and issues afterwards that I wanted to speak to someone about however the option to speak to someone was no longer available

So today I finally received my very first pack after three attempts at delivery. I had been extremely frustrated with the whole process but excited to finally start after 2 months. All I received today was the medication and no welcome pack with the needles to administer and no real answers as to why. Emailing back and forth with no phone contact is frustrating.
The whole experience was fantastic and so easy. My GP's eye glazed over when I mentioned hot flushes. I tried to get into a female GP here in our regional area and could not get an appointment as she was not taking new customers. That night I found Juniper. I have been on medication for 2 weeks and I feel fantastic!
My symptoms and mental space have been greatly improved in a few short weeks of commencing HRT specific to my needs and medical history. I felt able to make an informed decision after gwen given time and adequate information prior to starting any medication.
I hope I am able to gain records to give to my local GP as this journey continues.

The process was very easy and questions raised were answered well and a recommendation of treatment was provided. My journey will be reviewed after a couple of months but can always contact at anytime for further information.
Was good to have someone understand what I am going through. As I live in a remote country town medical practitioners are limited, and even after visiting 3 doctors getting 3 different answers not one of them wanting to act on getting me on anything for my symtoms. Juniper was easy spoke to Doctor via email and she gave me an option for me. No pressure totally up to me. There is no making appointments that I have to wait for if there is anything that I need to know all I have to do is ask a question via email and I get a response very quickly. I like it cause I can ask questions as I think of them not having to wait to make an appointment having to pay more money for the same issue.
I found juniper through Facebook and thought why not give it a try. The online medical history process was easy to navigate. Juniper had a program going forward within 24 hours. Ordering was easy and medication arrived promptly, although the huge box it came in wasn't necessary. I would have liked to of had a chat over the phone. I am making progress with the issue that I had, so that is a win.
For the first time in my journey with perimenopause I felt heard. I was given detailed and quick responses to questions and I finally had a treatment plan. That alone was enough to make me cry happy tears. I am thankful for this service.
