Installed a new faucet in my bathroom. When the water is on low, the water would run down the spout and collect on the counter. This was not acceptable or something I was willing to live with. Removed the faucet and boxed it up to return the defective product. I have been trying to work with the company on the return and Juno Showers just say no. Since I did not take a video of the problem, I cannot return it. Their site says there is a one year warrantee on their products. Guess this is not true along with their claim for 100% customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this company to anyone because of my issues. The Customer Service Manager Carissa has been useless in the process.

I ordered the Juno Brushed Gold Square Rainfall Shower Head with Shower Faucet and it came in sooner than expected. It was beautiful when I finally got it installed! I love this quality pieces and beautiful and comforting shower!
