The package arrived with a little damage. Some of the rods were slightly bent but not enough to put it together. It would have helped if the parts were numbered to corespond with the directions. Other then that I am pleased with the net.
Liked everything about my transaction other than having to pay for the return of one of my items because it didn't fit. It cost me half of what I paid for the item to return it. Something I will consider for future purchases. Otherwise, purchases have been great.
I never received it and I tried to contact you with no response but the money was put back to my credit card so I have no idea what happened and nothing was comunicated to me worst experience with you that I have ever had
I ordered 3 different colors of Nike golf shirts and received three white ones. I contacted customer support numerous times without a resolution. I would like to return the items and re-order the colors I wanted originally. That's all I am looking for. A simple resolution that would require minimal effort on your part.
I tried to purchase golf gloves. After a coupe of weeks i heard nothing so i contact Just golf stuff and someone said they would look into it. Weeks later I heard nothing so i contacted them by email and phone message and heard nothing back.
Then i got a notice that i would get a refund with NO EXPLANATIONS.
this is EXTREMELY poor communication and I doubt I will ever PURCHASE a product from this company again.. Customer service is EXTREMELY POOR.
The 3 stars was for the customer service not the golf shirt... they ran out of the shirt but gave me a full refund for it.... however I had to contact them to let them know I didn't receive it.. then I got my refund..I wonder what would have happened if I didn't contact them.. but all in all I got my refund back so I guess that's worth something.. it won't stop me from ordering again tho..
My first purchase was AWESOME. The three Adidas shirts I ordered were great value and fit great. I made a 2nd purchase (the surprise package of 4 shirts for $75 and I got duplicates of the purple and black Adidas I just ordered, so now I'm stuck with copies of two shirts I already have.
I would have expected that you would have records of what members already purchased so you didn't duplicate orders! I will not be recommending that deal to anyone!

The quality of the product supplied was excellent, and the order from JGS was processed correctly and expediently. However, you then chose to use CanPar as your delivery service, who ruined the whole order experience. CanPar screwed up the delivery so badly, it was painful. Firstly, when they showed up to deliver, no one was home. So they decided to not leave the order on the doorstep ( like every other delivery service does), and CanPar left a note advising the package could be retrieved from a corner store that was a 25 minute drive away. (There was no option left for another delivery attempt by CanPar.) When I got to the store, the clerks could not speak English, and could not operate electronic screening equipment. It was a wasted 30 minutes waiting for them to call for help and get the package screened and released to me.
Until JGS gets a new delivery service and stops using CanPar, I will not be ordering anything else from JGS, which is too bad because their products are good.
The whole online experience is based on convenience - this was not. I could have gone to a local golf store to shop in person, with much less hassle.
Let me know when you fire CanPar so I can return to viewing your ads and buying your offered products.

This is a joke. I have called and left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails and had no response as I got a completely different colour than what I ordered. The company and its customer service is terrible. Will never buy anything again and will spread this to all of my golfing buddies.
Good stuff, especially my first order. On my second order though, I received a shirt that was exactly the same that I got with my first order. Didn’t know if I could have that one replaced, so I’m stuck with two similar items. Wish seller has a way of filtering orders from the same buyer so there’s no duplication in this kind of ‘bundled offer’.
I bought this for my daughter. She loves it! It was a bit heavier then I thought it would be, but she loves it! The colour is very nice. It looks purple online, but it is black as described.
The website was very easy to use, making the purchase very nice and easy. The delivery was very good.
As a loyal customer I was very disappointed regarding a return item. However by working with the company through e-mails etc the matter was resolved in a pleasant and swift manner. Just Golf Stuff is still our favorite web site.
Srixon Soft Golf Balls are one of the best balls I have played with. I actually won a sleeve of them at a tournament and then saw a great deal on JustGolfStuff.ca. So I ordered them. If my game keeps improving, I won't need to buy any more balls this year!!!
The worst customer service I have ever delt with, phoned 4 times left message, no one returned my call. Waited 2 weeks for my order, had to go pick it up myself. I would never refer the company to anyone. I will never use there service again,their message on the phone says they will return your call within 24hrs, 4 phone calls with messages and not one call returned. THEY SUCK BIG TIME. DO NOT USE.
There was a very quick turnaround between placing the order and receiving the delivery. On a previous purchase there were some challenges with the delivery, but when I brought it to the attention of Just Golf Stuff, the issue was addressed immediately, without any excuses. Congratulations! You walked the walk of customer service. I recommend your site to everyone I know.
The golf shoes are not what , i was expecting with regards too the boa system . i thought the system would have had wire too tighten up the shoes . they do not tighten up the best and go loose after a couple of holes . but they are comfortable too wear . i would not buy these again !
Unfortunately there wasn’t an initial delivery date. But more importantly, there wasn’t an NSR option. The courier had two missed deliveries because nobody home to sign for it and it took a phone call to confirm ok to leave at front door.
This was my first order from Just Golf Stuff.
As a first-time customer, I had an additional 10% discount but my code was sent hours later after I placed the order Just Golf Stuff corrected my order and honoured the rebate.
My golf cart was delivered on time without any further issues.
Shipping took longer then expected
Disappointed that I was charged for shipping on my order considering they opened up a previous order that had not yet been shipped and placed the jacket inside my golf cart order thus avoiding paying any shipping on it yet I was charged shipping.
Just Golf Stuff is an amazing website.
Quick deliveries, quick responses if you need clarification on products.
Purchased a few sets of clubs on this site as well as clothing.
The return policy is fantastic.
I am definitely coming back.
