Blinds inaccurate in measurements
I ordered 5 window shades, all the same size. 38x38.
None of the 5 were that measurement. 2 were the same, 38x47, and 3 were 38x57. I ordered this size because I wanted a certain look with my window blinds. And I did not want the option of the shades to be pulled down any lowere than 38".

When contacting Just Blinds their reply back to me was that JustBlinds blinds were not inaccurate, that they were made correctly. That they always add 10" more to length. I can accept that, but they should list that on the form when ordering. I would have adjusted the length I ordered.

And even if they add 10" above the ordered length, then they are short an inch on 2 shades, and over on 3 shades.

Shoppers, spend the few extra dollars elsewhere to get what you want, and order.

Excellent Customer Service - Excellent Product
My experience with JustBlinds has been stellar. The shades were delivered promptly and the quality of the product greatly impressed my wife and I.

Without going into too much detail, there was an issue (this issue was minor and not entirely the fault of the company) which needed to be quickly remedied.

Normally I dread calling companies. The sad fact is, most companies give the consumer a hard time, make us wait for a solution, or give an unsatisfying solution. NOT WITH JUSTBLINDS.

I was blown away by the customer service representatives of Justblinds. I spoke to the rep, expressed my concerns and he offered a number of solutions for my wife and I to choose from. JustBlinds were extremely fair to us and am exceedingly pleased with our solution.

Do not hesitate to order from this company. They stand behind their products.

I was highly satisfied with all aspects of my purchase - the quality of the product, the quick delivery and the interaction with the personnel during the phone order process. The first 2 items mentioned are obviously very important but being able to talk to someone that is actually in the USA and that is not reading all their responses without listening to my questions is by far the most important aspect of the transaction. I'm so tired of dealing with other customer service personnel from other companies because JustBlinds can't do their job correctly or efficiently. I own 5 rental properties and so far the only people I get good service from is the water department. Once I find a company that I can depend on, I stick with them because I'm tired of wasting time with everyone else. Just Blinds is one of those companies I will continue to do business with in the future. Thanks for a job well done. It is sincerely appreciated.

Terrible business and terrible service
I purchased 3 sets of shades through justblinds.com at the cost of $351.71, to cover the windows on a double french door and another side entry door. On their website, JustBlinds provide measurement instructions for outside mounted shades, which I read over carefully. In their instructions, they state that the shade would be made at the exact measurement that the customer provides. In my order, I specified the width to be 22 inches. I needed this exact width because if it was less, it would not fully cover the window, but if it was more, it would get in the way of the door handles. So I did not have much room to make the shade wider. When I received the shades, I discovered that the shades were only 20 1/2 inches wide, which is 1 1/2 inch less than my specified width. This is not enough to fully cover the window opening on the doors. I contacted their customer service through email that the width of my shades are wrong, and that I would like for the shades to be remade with the correct width since they claim to have a 30 day measure protection warranty. But they responded that the measurement is correct because the headrail of the shades are 22 inches wide, even though the shade itself is 1 1/2 inches less than that. They also mention that I have the option to purchase another set of shades with a 20% discount provided (which made me think that perhaps this is a scam that they are running). I explained back to them that I thoroughly read the measurement instructions for outside mount, also watched a video on their website explaining how to make measurement for outside mount, and also read the instructions on the configuration page while ordering the shades. In NONE of these sources was there a mention that the width of the shade would be 1 1/2 inches less than the provided measurement. In fact, in all 3 sources, they claim that the shades would be made to be at the EXACT measurement that is provided. If I had known that this was the case, I would have provided a measurement of 24 inches instead of 22 inches for the width. Subsequently, they replied that "under the product specifications it references a vertical gap of 3/4" on each side," reconfirming that they made the shades correctly, and mentioning AGAIN that I have the option to purchase another set of shades with a 20% discount. So based on this one line statement on the product specifications (which itself is completely hidden and not obvious to find), the customer was supposed to know that the width of the shade would be 1 1/2 inches less than the provided measurement. I do not know if this is a tactic they use to fool some customers into buying more products, but I refuse to purchase another set of shades, even with a 20% discount. I have read several other reviews of justblinds.com, and discovered there were many who had complained about the same problem. Thus, this company knew about this issue where customers were misled when ordering these shades, yet they still did not make any changes to better inform customer regarding this measurement difference. I have filed a complaint with the BBB regarding this dishonest company.

BEWARE! WILL NOT PROVIDE CUSTOM RESULTS!
I ordered a blackout roller shade for a window in our home. I placed the order directly with a JustBlinds representative over the phone, giving her the window frame dimensions precisely.

When the "blackout" roller shade arrived, there was a HUGE, nearly 1" gap on both sides of the shade, letting in loads of sunlight, and exposing the double-hung window tracks. The shade looked like it was for the wrong window. The impression it leaves is decidedly like someone wearing pants that are embarassingly short, exposing the ankles and socks.

When I contacted JustBlinds, I was told this is their *standard* for custom shades! I was further invited to place ANOTHER ORDER with a 20% discount to get something that fits better!

I sent JustBlinds a photo of our existing roller shades, and these clearly leave scarcely/only 1/8" on each side, blocking out the entire window and looking like a perfect fit. This proof of what custom shades should look like was of no use.

I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company to obtain a refund on product that is clearly misrepresented as "custom".

Perfict Fit And Customer service
I have ordered aluminum blinds (once) and cellular blinds (twice). All orders had perfect fitment and were built to my exact measurements. I was having trouble with a continuous cellular mechanism leveling correctly in the up position. JustBlinds offered an immediate replacement, but also advised me how to level the blind. When I did what they suggested (pull the blind down through the cycle until it began elevating again) the shade leveled and has never gone out of wack again. I could have insisted on a replacement and used it in another room, but decided to not take advantage of their generosity. So I ordered a second one of the same style and size. I am sending for samples to buy a vertical and two window shades for the master bedroom. Everyone comments on the quality and colors and wonder if they are custom installed.

I bought a honeycomb blind for my sliding glass doors from JustBlinds.com in August 2010. The blind arrived promptly, and I was pleased with its appearance. I installed it exactly according to the instructions. For 2-3 months, the blind functioned well. Then one day I noticed that it was not raising evenly. I pulled back my curtain and saw that the blind had "traveled" 4-5 inches to the right (outside of its metal casing) and had crumpled up at that end. When I reported this (with photo) to the company, I was told that JustBlinds would replace the blind. Then, today, they told me that their vendor had determined that the fault was mine, and that they would not replace the blind. I feel that I have been cheated out of $200. Do NOT use this company!

Bad customer service
The first time I purchased blinds form just bilnds.com JustBlinds did not sent all the parts for proper installation.
When I contacted customer service for the parts needed the employee stated that( if I had used an interior designer the mistake would have been prevented!) yet they sent the parts anyway. The next two purchases went without a problem. The next and final order I will ever do with them I purchased two different colors of which one was correct and the other was not. The blinds that were sent incorrect were not only the wrong color from the website but did not match with themselves. The trim kit and the bottom rail did not match the color of the blinds. When contacting customer service to correct the problem they were short on responses and sent an additional trim kit that matched the wrong color blinds sent in the first delivery. I was left with the color I did not choose with no response form customer service. Very unhappy!

Good product but...
We purchased cellular shades for 4 windows. JustBlinds fit perfectly thanks to our measuring 4 times each window. However, no hardware was included. I called and asked for 12 screws with anchors (after all, they were listed as components in the installation instructions). Also had to ask for the 2 handles that should have been with the shades. My confirmation email assured me 12 brackets and 2 handles were being shipped. I had to correct the email that I needed screws/anchors, NOT brackets. They corrected the order and told me anchors weren't included and I had to purchase them. Maybe they should take the anchors OFF the provided components list if they aren't going to include them. But, having installed them ourselves with our own hardware, they DO look Nice. I might try them in the future if I needed more of their products.

I love this site!
I love this site! I first called the customer service on a weekend to ask a few questions and JustBlinds were very helpful and friendly. I ordered my blinds, got them much sooner than expected and they were everything represented at a much lower price and even custom sized. I did have one problem with my blinds and without any question they shipped out a new bar. I will be ordering for now on from this company, in the past I ordered from another on line comapny named "select blinds.com that claimed 100 percent customer satisfaction, money back. Which WAS NOT TRUE they were very unhelpful rude and would not honor thier product which was misrepresented when I got my honeycomb cordless blinds they were so thin you could see the strings! They are see through junk. They wanted me to pay out of my pocket to fix thier problem. Just Blinds company did not give me any hassle at all and fixed my issues. And then followed up with me to be sure I was happy. They are truely a customer service company that makes the customer happy. I would highly recommend this company.

Ripoff
Looked online to order top-down, bottom-up shades and I was not sure So I called and
Ordered top down bottom up shades from the 800 number on the website. Shades were shipped as bottom up only when I reported JustBlinds shipped the wrong shades they replied that the agent that placed the order would have to be contacted. Just blinds did not contact me I called back and I was told there was nothing they would do and I was stuck with the shades they shipped
Incorrectly.
I reported it to Discover Card. Just blinds advised Discover that I did not take warranty so it is not covered. I asked why I would want a warranty that I was not informed about to cover me against Just blinds shipping the incorrect shades.

Great service and product
I was hesitant to order from JustBlinds due to some poor online reviews but JustBlinds had the deluxe fabric roller shades available that I needed. I have 2 roller shades from a different online company but JustBlinds discontinued the deluxe fabric shades. I ordered samples as the fabric pattern had a different name but it was the correct pattern. I ordered 3 shades and then realized that I hadn't been able to order reverse rolls. Yikes. I immediately called their 800 number. Alaina and Shareka were so helpful. They contacted the blind supplier and then emailed me to let me know the order was updated for reverse rolls. The blinds arrived about 5 days before the date expected. I will order from them again. Wait for their sales and always double check your measurements.

Instructions poor, long wait
Ordered Deluxe Roller Shade. Took long time to arrive. Instructions very poor that came with the shade as well as online. Brackets seemed different than shown on website, but finally figured out the problem on my own, as trying to call Customer Service, waited on phone for over 30 minutes. Of course JustBlinds warn you it may be awhile, and give you the choice to call back, but stated it may be several hours due to "high volume of calls". Quality is average to me--the bottom edge sewing missed about a 8" length of the correct seam, but glued it down. The roll down cords aren't the best because of their design, but they do work. Hopefully, they will stay working and not break.
Now that I see they are made in China, understand the problems. But customer service is a joke so far, as other have mentioned!

Stay Away
I furnished all my windows 10 years ago from Just Blinds and was totally satisfied. I recently order a 2 inch aluminum blind from them. The blind seemed ok until I hung it up. There is a 2 inch gap between the top slat and the header of the blind. JustBlinds did not send a valance only a single slat to cover the header. After the aggravations of making numerous phone calls, sending pictures, leaving messages the final outcome is "this is how they are made."
I never heard of blinds having a 2 inch gap at the top. They will not refund or remake the blinds. The said they will be made the same way. I have the same exact blind in another room and it does not have any gap in it. Cheap blinds at junk stores don't look like this. Shame on their factory workmanship. Seems like the blind is missing a slat at the top or the cords were not tightened enough, but they claim that is how they are suppose to be. I am sure if it was in their house they wouldn't approve. Never ordering from them again.

I ordered two cellular blinds with top-down, bottom-up...
I ordered two cellular blinds with top-down, bottom-up option and vertical blinds for a sliding glass door. After about 6 months, the larger cellular blind would not stay up at the top all the way when the blind was closed (all the way down at the bottom). The gap grew, and several complaints resulted in no response except that a new part arrived unannounced in the mail one day. We replaced the part that is supposed to lock the string, but it didn't help. Upon closer inspection, it looks like a design flaw related to the type of lock used (cheap and flimsy) and the type of string used (skinny and slippery). I would not recommend purchase of this type of shade from JustBlinds unless it is for a very small window. Only a 90-day warranty.

Similar to others, wish I read these reviews first!
Ordered a single solar roller shade with cassette valance before ordering another to mitigate risk. Fit OK but the brackets provided did not allow for a flush/straight mount--and had to take apart the chain since the "stops" on it were in wrong place. Took very long time to arrive. Although not ideal, I "got it to work" for my purposes. Far more effort than should have been required. Now, in order to match, I had to order another for adjoining window. Figured I could do the same steps in order to match. Same order, same, length, slightly different width. Took a very long time again. Cassette valance was a completely different scale/size. Mounting brackets different. Not horrible but enough to not match. Took two detailed emails complete with order numbers and specifics in order to get an acknowledgment or response. Despite the various guarantees and warrantys on the site, the response was JustBlinds could make an attempt to contact the manufacturer to get these to match at my cost (i. E., not their cost). So, beware of the satisfaction guarantee. As with many such guarantees, it WILL NOT BE HONORED. It is there to provide a false sense that you are safe to order an expensive item sight unseen as they will take on the risk if you are unsatisfied. Sadly, not true. Big disappointment. Buyer beware!

Tired of Waiting
I ordered two sets of blinds for a bedroom on July 14. I was surprised when I received an email saying JustBlinds would not be delivered until July 22, because I have ordered from this company before and never had to wait more than 7-10 days for delivery. NOT this time, however! When my blinds didn't arrive by July 22, they send me another notice that they would be delivered by July 27. When they didn't arrive on time, they send me another notice extending the delivery date to Aug. 5. Well, it is Aug 6, and no blinds. When you try to call them, you get a number run around like you can't believe. When you "push #1" it tells you to "push #3" and when you "push #3," it tells you to "push #1." After several bouts of this, a voice says "Thank you for contacting JustBlinds" and hangs up. I will be very surprised if my blinds EVER arrive, and - regardless- I will NEVER order from JustBlinds again!

This company's customer service reps are extremely...
This company's customer service reps are extremely rude and condascending. I just called them to ask a simple question (it's very difficult to find some of their products on their website - I called about their Soft Impressions cellular shades). I had my measurements and colors and was ready to spend some money as I planned to order several shades, but after my experience with Mike in customer service, I will not order from this company. I told Mike that I didn't see ther Soft Impressions shades listed anywhere on their site in the area from which a customer can place an order and he rudely stated all their shades are on the left side of the screen on their website. Not true. He told me to tell him my name so he could look me up in their system and I advised him I just wanted him to tell me how to navigate their website so I could place my order. He argued with me and raised his voice, at which point I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor. He then CONTINUED arguing with me. After the supervisor finally got on the phone, he gave me the answer in less than 30 seconds! After all that hassle, I don't even want to place my order now. There are other companies out there. JustBlinds.com doesn't deserve the business when JustBlinds treat prospective customers this way!

I have purchased blinds from this company twice
I have purchased blinds from this company twice. Once in July of 2010, and once in March of 2011. Both times, the experience I had with JustBlinds.com was stellar! I ordered several samples prior to ordering and was able to make an informed decision based on the exact shades of the blinds I was ordering through the samples. I was kind of wary of the measurements and their exactness. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that the honeycombed cellular blinds I ordered fit exactly into my window space! I LOVE their black out blinds! Ordering was so easy, and website was simple to navigate. I received my blinds within the time frame stated, and installation was a snap. In fact, my 13 yr old son installed the blinds because he has infinitely more patience than I have! I would and will order from this company again, and won't hesitate to give them a thumbs up, I expect my blinds to last a good long time! They dont back their product with customer satisfaction
I have ordered two cellilar blinds from them and neither one held up. The one with a pull string has broken twice, JustBlinds replaced the first one at no charge and now are offering me another replacement for the second time but refuse to refund my money because I a now past the limit of time allowed for a refind so I will have to look forward to going through this hassle every year to replace my blind when the strings dont hold up. The second blind was a cordless and it wouldnt stay up, I requested my money back and I was told I would have to donate my blind to a local charity and submit a receipt before I would be given a refund, by the time I went through through all that process and waited for my refund we went without a blind on our window for a month! Save yourself the pain and dont order from this company. I got a replacement blind for the cordless from Lowes at the same cost and much much better quality!
