About my order
This juvia's place I don't recommend anybody to purchase from Juvia's Place are sending my order to different place they say they are not responsible for them i was asking for my refund they didn't answer bad service no customer service everything is worst don't purchase nothing from them

I will NEVER order from this place again NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND IT.
This is my first time EVER ordering anything from Juvia's place! So I NEVER received my package! I go online so I can try to get the order reshipped and when I got to strolling in the settings I came across this!

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Once orders have left Juvia's Place warehouse the package is in the care of the postal handler. Customer is required to submit a claim directly with courier and follow their guidelines. USPS and Fedex recommend waiting 14 days before assuming a package is lost. After 14 days, please call the customer service team of the courier.

This is beyond unprofessional! This is saying is so many words that Juvia's Place don't care about how the customers feel and that they are all about the money! So that was MY FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM

I need my refund
Their courier delivered my items to the wrong address and marked it down as delivered. I reached out to Juvia place to resolve this matter and Juvia's Place told me to reached out to the courier. I reached out to the USPS and they told me Juvia place has no insurance on my items so they cannot refund me the money so I need to reach out to the seller. I explained the situation and send screen shots of other people complaining about the USPS couriers misplacing people's items. Juvia place still refused to refund me the money

I should've read their return policy.
I'm so disappointed in this order. The Wahalla pallet looks so cheap. It doesn't resemble the picture at all.

Customer Service is lacking
I had an issue with my address, and I was told I would have to pay shipping again for the items to be reshipped. So I cancelled. This was my first order and my last. I will find eyeshadow else where.
Juvia's Place could really take notes from Il Mackiage, they have excellent customer service.

Scam, do not purchase, they will not refund or reimburse.
The worst service I have ever experienced.

I ordered on the 26th of Nov 2020, and as of the 10th of Feb 2021 am still waiting to receive the order. Juvia's Place claim that the shipping company lost it so I had to wait for it to be returned to their warehouse and now they want me to repay the shipping even though the address is the same and theres no guarantee I'll get it this time either, they wont refund it or resend. Absolute scam, will never order again and will advise everyone from doing so. Customer service reps do nothing to help and will only go in circles, I have had to continually chase this without them reaching out, they claim once it leaves their warehouse its not their problem even though they are losing customers, they dont seem to care.

CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT
I WANT A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT TO BE BROUGHT AGAINST JUVIAS PLACE. THERE HAVE BEEN A PLETHORA OF COMPLAINTS. JULIA'S PLACE WILL CONTINUE TO STILL PEOPLES HARD-EARNED CASH AND NOT RESPOND TO THEIR CLIENTELE CONCERNS REGARDING THEIR PAST AND RECENT ORDERS, THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE THEIR FIRST LONGE ON THE INTERNET. I MYSELF HIT A HARD ROAD WITH THEM NOT SENDING ME THE PRODUCTS THAT I PAID FOR WHICH I CAN PROVE WITH MY CREDIT CARD BILL. I CONTACTED THEM SO MANY TIMES AND NO RESPONSE. Juvia's Place DON'T CARE. I'M ASHAMED OF A BLACK-OWNED COMPANY STEALING FROM A MAJORITY OF YOUR OWN PEOPLE. IF THERE IS ANY LAWYER OUT THERE THAT WILL REPRESENT US PLEASE DO SO. THE LAW NEEDS TO PUT A STOP TO JUVIAS PLACE STEALING PEOPLES HARD-EARNED MONEY. NEED I SAY MORE

Delivery, shipping, customer service
I ordered and never received my package so I contacted customer service but couldn't get any reasonable response, it's been weeks since Juvia's Place reply that they are investigating
But still nothing

COMPLETELY SATISFIED
I'm not sure why all the negative reviews, but i received everything i ordered in a timely fashion. I wll definitely shop with them again.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM
Place order 11/27, label created 12/1 never moved since. Juvia's Place won't refund. Hard to communicate. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. My daughter order from them as well. Order never moved since it was placed.
