There absolutely right, I ordered shoes got the wrong sizes, sent them back. Have not heard from the since, this was 3 months ago, I'm out $200.00 and the customer service sucks. I advise people not to buy a piece of thread from them.

Poor quality. Amazon is a much safer site and you get much better quality. Definitely was not what I purchased, Dollar store quality.

I ordered a cat litter box but instead received a cat mat! Kaaum offered to refund me back $8 when I paid $38! When I just asked for my money back they said that I could send the mat back for a full refund. So now I have to pay to send it back when it wasn't even my order to begin with?! I think not. Will never do business with them again and will keep asking for my refund!

Fake bait and switch products from China. See advertised picture vs what Kaaum sent. BEWARE! China based, they refuse to help. Paid $39.98 and they want to refund $10. As laughable as the junk they send. See pics - ridiculous!

Kaaum hide the fact you are ordering from China which leads to very slow delivery and basically no Customer Service after you order. If you need to return or exchange an item, you are basically out of luck.

I ordered my item back in June today is August 07 still have not received my shoes. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the reviews before you purchase these people are not lying, I was told that Kaaum would ship out replacement still no email on shipping notification, no more communication from the company since then. PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED if you decide to order from this company and have issues receiving the items your hard earned money paid for, you have only yourself to blame.

The products in the photos look amazing but the product itself, well I just put them in the clothing bin once I opened it up. Product looks crap, material is crap and it took 3 months to arrive! Should read reviews first before buying any online products.

I have been waiting for 3 months for a pair of shoes to arrive, tracking shows the shoes in flight for the last 2 months, plane must have a big fuel tank.

All you get is is due to the pandemic.
Do not waste your money.

I purchased sandals a month ago. I used global tracking for all carriers. My tracking number doesn't exist. The Chinese track service shows it's in Ohio. Been there for awhile now lol i live in Indiana should've been delivered a while ago. Yeah don't buy from foreigners nothing more than thieves.
