Keeler Hardware

So I bought the wrong lock mechanism recently, before I returned it Keelers said by phone they would not charge me a restocking fee. Adding, the lock was one they kept in stock anyway. But they reneged and charged me a restocking fee. Taking my money without a full refund. I had already bought the correct item from them out of good faith. I really cant recommend them.

The shop is well laid out and easy to navigate. Staff were accessible, knowledgeable and helpful when I visited the showroom in Willoughby. Staff responded well to email queries. When I placed the order I requested delivery. However, once the goods were picked and packed there was a txt message that indicated that the goods were ready to pick up at the shop. This was sorted out quickly through an email exchange. Although delivery was made to regional NSW promptly, there was no tracking made available to me once the goods were in transit.

Since recently moving to an older house in the Blue Mountains I have used Keelers a few times now as the 'go to' for period window and door hardware. Keelers usually have hardware which isn't readily available elsewhere and the quality of their products is good and prices are very competitive. Service and delivery is also excellent. Highly Recommended

The promptness of their service is exemplary. I have dealt with KH on a number of occasions nnd have found their staff knowledgeable and helpful. They stand by their products and readily replaced a door latch that may have been faulty. A pleasure to do business with them and I will return.

I rated 5 stars, as very good. Their prices were excellent, being about 60% cheaper than a clone of the product that I could get from Bunnings. That is awesome. Shipping was fast and efficient, and the product worked well. Most happy to pass the details onto the other owners of my apartment complex, for when they need to replace the same parts.

I ordered window handles/locks which came quickly and with no hassle, except the package had been opened. All the items were intact and undamaged. The quality of items wasn't perfect - the chrome was a bit bubbly towards the edges. The items were Whitco brand, so I'd probably avoid in future. But otherwise happy with the purchase.

Door handles arrived quickly and look good. Had great customer support over the phone from Alex, who helped me select marine-grade stainless steel that hopefully will stand up to the sea air a lot better than the chromes-plated ones we are replacing throughout the house..

Keeler has a good range of handles suitable for any property - including ours which is 50 years old. I had a really helpful live chat session to confirm whether I should replace the inner lock as well (thankfully not!) I was excited that the parcel arrived in a couple of days so I could replace the broken handles.

Fantastic customer service! We found ourselves in need of assistance over the phone with the purchase of new door hardware. The staff member we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The product arrived within the week and best of all at a great price! Very happy.

I not only own a reclaimed timber furniture manufacturing business but am also fully renovating a 1910’s weatherboard home in country Victoria, so I’m like a kid in a toy shop when it’s Keeler Hardware ordering time!
Their products are just perfect and customer service is always above a beyond my expectations.

After living and working in England repairing period timber windows and having window furniture and ironmongery readily available pretty much everywhere, moving here I found it hard to get hold of period and traditional hardware. I feel fortunate that I found Keeler as they are well stocked and offer a prompt service. After looking at the products they have to offer, I feel they have everything I will need in my window business. Overall, very pleased with the service I received and with the items available.

While in the process of building a house I have had to deal with lots of different people trades retailers and Keeler hardware have been by far the worst experience of my whole build. There staff seem to be led by an arrogant man who does not listen to customers but prefers to tell people Sahara they want and then if you dare to ask for an extra service you will be dealt with disdain. A terrible experience and I would never shop here again.

I searched online for some cupboard handles and found what I was looking for on your site. It eas easy to order, arrived quickly and they look great. We actually had a change in the cabinets and I had to order two more handles and they too arrived quickly with no problems.

I have to say that I hate writing reviews. I am skeptical about them, they annoy me and I think they are basically a useless PR exercise. Does anybody really read them and act upon them? Usually I totally ignore them.
Aside from that, I was very happy with my dealings with Keeler in ordering some Kethy handles. I've given four stars rather than five because I felt they took an unusually long time for delivery. Dr Don Stanley

I was very impressed with the friendly service I received in-store even though I did not purchase at the time, they informed me online ordering was easy. So when ready, I placed my order online and the fast turnaround and prompt delivery of my order were great! Thank you.

Wasn't a great experience and I wouldn't have written a public review if not for multiple emails from Keeler badgering me to write a review.
Online order placed late Saturday after close of business. Emailed the following day requesting an amendment to the order and called Monday to confirm order had been updated. Was advised that my order had already been submitted to the supplier without the requested ammendment but not to worry as the cancelled items could be returned.
When collecting my products I wasted half an hour with a staff member trying to push a restocking fee on me because supplier orders are placed before anyone checks emails.

I recently bought from Keeler Hardware once in-store and once online. In-store the staff were knowledgeable and helped me locate the correct replacement part. Online was a no-fuss transaction which arrived promptly. So ... you can't get much better than that!!

Twice now, I have bought online from Keeler Hardware. My experience is that their prices are lower than at least one other Australian online option (which is about four times the price for my last purchase). The website is relatively easy to use, and delivery was relative speedy.
