I purchased a beautiful necklace for my mum with all her grandkids initials on it when she saw it she burst into tears with pure happiness she wears it everyday and tells me about all the comments she gets about it. It arrived in the post quickly and was packaged so nicely. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone wanting to buy something extra special for someone.

I purchased my gorgeous necklace last April and it is still going strong. Cleans up nicely with the little cloth provided when I feel it needs a little brighten up.
I love the delicate nature of this piece, I will be buying my daughter one for her next birthday. Such a special piece and customer service was great, I mentioned that I was hoping to get it before a certain time as I was going away and it arrived well before then. Other than my wedding bands this is my next favourite piece.

I’m a returning customer to Kellective by Nikki, I’ve purchased items both for me and my 11 yr old daughter. The pieces are so beautiful, I have a ring (forever heart) I wear to work instead of my wedding rings and being attacked with hand sanitiser and washing hands every 5 seconds (nurse) the ring is still in brand new condition (so FYI no issues with the quality and the real sterling silver) and I get a lot of comments of how gorgeous it is, along with my birthstone studs and initial earrings (I’m also allergic to any earrings that are non sterling silver so cannot wear dress earrings.. so I know these are sterling silver). I’ve just ordered a second pair of earrings for my daughter too! Beautiful pieces, efficient service and postage, I’ll continue to come back

Beautiful product, materials exactly as decribed, loads of care and effort made to make my custom order exactly as requested. I wear my pieces everyday without taking them off to shower/gym etc. And no signs of tarnish/corrosion/discolouring. I have been purchasing gifts for others and treats for myself for a few years now (I believe since 2018!) Myself and everyone I have gifted a piece to have loved each and every piece made!
Their quality, workmanship and pure love that goes into their work, customer service and team is second to none. I cannot explain how luxury their products feel, look and last - I still wear my very first order a lot!
I am all about leaving my jewellery on (I’m not very gentle with these sorts of things) so all of my Kellective by Nikki pieces have seen everything - sleep, massage/facial, shower, soaps, skincare, beach, sunscreen, hand sanitiser, sweat, food, hand washing… the list goes on! They still all absolutely sparkle like they did when they arrived in their gorgeous packaging!
I haven’t even had to really clean them, maybe I’m cleaning them by showing in them haha!
Anyways, I highly recommend if you are thinking of gifting a gorgeous personalised gift or treating yourself - the ultimate self care!
I have a variety of silver, gold and rose gold - rose gold is my current fave!

I have bought 3 pieces now from Kellective by Nikki - a bracelet for my husband, a bracelet for my sister and matching mum and mini bracelets. I don’t even wear jewellery apart from my wedding ring but I want more! Each piece is stunning quality with that handmade flair. Quality is fantastic and cleans well. Great for gift giving or sentimental value. Stoked that we have such a talented small Aussie business and will most definitely be purchasing myself more jewellery when i want to treat myself!

I ordered my first ever pendent necklace in March 2020 and when I say I am still impressed with the quality I am! I specifically asked for all the pendents to be even and the all are I have not taken my necklace off since then only today have I ordered another one because I needed to add more initials! I am shocked to see the lengthy bad review from “anonymous”, everyone I know who has bought from KBN has been incredibly impressed.

I have several pieces and have bought one as a gift too! Absolutely love them. High quality and beautifully designed pieces. You can tell they take pride in each little piece they create.
The pieces to recommend to take off when in the shower etc however I have been wearing mine for years and no problem. The only time I notice a slight discolouration is if I wear in a chlorine pool, and with a quick polish using a jewellery cloth it comes up as good as new!

I ordered two necklaces, one of which I've been wearing everyday for months and never take off but looks as sparkly and beautiful as when it arrived (and has been completely unaffected by my curious baby nephew's tugging). The other I don't wear as often but is also gorgeous and the store owner even helped me with ordering a unique design for it and was really prompt in responding to my queries.

I have purchased 8 pieces from Kellective for both myself and as gifts and adore them all, I have both the gold and silver and haven’t taken them off for over a year, some are almost 3 years old and they’re still perfect condition and have no tarnishing at all.
The quality is amazing, I have 3 necklaces, 2 bracelets and earrings and they have held up to both of my kids hanging off them.

I can’t speak highly enough of the products, the quality has actually been better than some more expensive jewellery ive had in the past and I love that it’s all personalised too, it makes it all the more extra special ! Whenever it starts to get a bit grubby from wearing it all the time, I just give her a little shine with the little pad that came with it and it’s like brand new . I definitely don’t understand the negative review I read below, the products I’ve received have been second to none.

Absolutely love my necklaces from Kellective by Nikki. My first necklace was purchased when my son was born. He is turning 5 in 2 months and it’s still in incredible condition. I have purchased more items than I can count on one hand from Kellective and love them. The very first necklace that I had from them years ago now unfortunately snapped in the chain and they were so quick to replace it for me. It was perfect quality and lasted for years. Since then I’ve changed colour of jewellery that I wear and ordered new necklaces, I’ve ordered them as gifts for so many family and friends who wear their pieces daily and always polish up perfectly. Nikki and her team have top tier customer service and I love everything they do!

Don't waste your money with these people. I bought a pendant 17th Jan 2022 and have worn it several times since but i noticed it going really black so I thought ok it just needs a clean. Mind u I have got alot of silver jewellery and pendants so I know how to clean them and I know how they should look after cleaning.
I tried cleaning over and over again and it was just getting blacker and blacker on the back of the pendant mostly.
So I just put it aside until i got the time to message this seller.
Anyway I messaged and told them that I had tried everything to clean it and it was getting darker and darker.
They kept saying that I hadn't cleaned it and that I don't know how to take care of my silver and that's not their fault. I started to feel like they were insulting me and trying to ignore the issue and pass the buck onto me over and over.
If they could guarantee and took pride in quality products and workmanship this just wouldn't be happening. If they were the above, they most certainly wouldn't be putting their issue onto the customer and adamantly blaming them despite the customer saying something isn't right. This in itself is a bad sign and a dead giveaway that they know they are selling extremely flimsy poor quality products.
They accused me of abusing them and said that they aren't going to help me and that they won't be refunding the item.
There was absolutely no abuse at all, I was just telling them not to treat me as a fool and that I knew how to clean silver and that something is wrong with their product.
I paid 80 bucks for this supposed 925 tiny thin flimsy pendant and this issue isn't normal for proper 925 silver as it should polish up nicely, and especially after so many attempts to clean it.
When I first received it I was a little shocked at how thin it was aswell plus the sides aren't rounded like they look on their website they are just kinda sharp flat edges. If I paid less I'd expect such poor quality
My suspicion is that its not 925 silver and there's alot less silver than they are saying plus it's mixed with a super cheap alloy or it's some other cheap metal coated with a really thin layer of 925 hence it's inevitable for it to wear off extremely quickly.
I've attached photos of a larger good quality 925 silver pendant that I've had for 10 years with it to compare. It was cleaned with the same cloth and it is perfect, plus a photo of it to compare its thickness to another pendant I bought for my daughter for half the price..
Kellective by nikkis pendants are astounding thin and flimsy that's just another issue on top of it going weird and black
She also disabled fb reviews so I couldn't leave an honest unpaid review, plus they don't have a Google profile so people are free to review. That in itself is a red flag.
Just save your money and look elsewhere if u want to buy quality products

Beautiful necklace received as a xmas present for daughter. Did take anout 6-7 wks to ship during xmas time bc coming from Australia. I sent an email about shipping/tracking information and received an email back right away with the information I requested. I did have an issue with the necklace so I sent another email & Kate Responded right away .. no questions asked she refunded the entire amount, apologized. They are extremely easy to deal with in the gold bar necklace was gorgeous. I would buy from them again in the future 😊

Do not waste your time nor money! The end product received was tacky and 2/3 pendants stamped the initials were not the same as the example and stamped horribly. I added the extender on the necklace, which isn’t even the same style or matches. The only way to correct the issue “you'll just need to use pliers to remove and add pendants” potentially ruining the whole necklace or wait another month + sending back and forth to fix. Not to mention the cost to do so is almost the same as the original price, as they want to charge a surcharge fee on top for their poor workmanship. Please do yourself a favour and purchase important custom keepsake pieces elsewhere because this business will leave you disappointed and out of pocket.
