Ordered and table and received an email a week later saying there was a mistake on their inventory and I would have to wait a month. I was ok with that and now after the promised date they have said I need to pay delivery charge?? Table no longer on site when I click on it - very strange and poor customer service. Almost 6 weeks later and no table and I have to look elsewhere!!
Excellent service. Delivery on time and friendly staff built our furniture and removed the packaging. I would buy from Swagger Home Furnishings again.
DO NOT USE
Ordered a bed and the payment was taken from my account. Was then informed that it’s not in stock. I have emailed 4 times and phoned 3 times to cancel my order as I need a bed for my son, but I am no further forward. When I phone they tell me I need to email cancellation which I’ve done but the company are stating they haven’t received!
I am very unhappy with their products and customer service. I ordered a dining table, when it arrived it was faulty, it took one month for a return. I am waiting for a refund from January no positive response. Please do not buy any item from this website.
Andrea was absolutely great dealing with my furniture order. I was annoyed with the early delivery which was not scheduled and missing boxes on delivery but Andrea went all her way to make sure everything was organised in the best way possible and communicated promptly via email and fix the problems I was not happy with. Overall, my TV unit and shelf unit was great but the assembly guide could be better. The delivery people are not great as they cannot deliver directly inside the property and I struggled 2hrs lifting 40kg of furniture boxes up 2 floors on my own in a flat so I hope they can improve on companies that can manage this. Thank you Andrea for being so helpful with all updates and etc.
