Great friendly service, I live in Brisbane and wanted a gift delivered to a hotel in Kent Street. Nothing was a problem, same day delivery and the recipient of the gift said it was beautifully wrapped.
Searched Australia wide for the product we were after and hit the jackpot with these guys. Great customer service and super speedy delivery.
The purchase experience was online, and went smoothly. However, I specifically included in the order details for the delivery not to be left at the door (as was $1100 worth of whisky). However, even though I was home at the time, the delivery driver dropped and ran. I would suggest KSC reviews or changes delivery company or delivery process for online orders.
My order arrived ahead of what i expected, in fact i was amazed at how quickly it arrived. Just 3 working days
Very impressed Kent Street Cellars
The item was good. I ordered for my husband as a gift. However the company you use for the delivery was not professional. Not only they made few mistakes notifying me that the item was delivered, when it was the time that actually they came to deliver, they left it downstairs without trying to reach me. They did not buzz, they did not email me with the photo. I contacted them and finally they sent me the photo where they left it and it was not in our building. I pointed out that to the company that the item was left on the wrong address but there was no apologies. They just forwarded me the general page on their website where I suppose to be able to contact the driver. But when I went on the website and typed the suverb we live in so that I can ask the delivery person where he out it, it said they can't locate any delivery in your area. According to the photo they sent me, I went around the buildings on my street and finally I found the package. I'm happy with the item really, my husband likes it too but I'm very hesitant to purchase again if you are going to keep using this delivery company.
I have recently come across KSC, they are my now goto Liquor supplier. The most professional prompt service and the most complete array of choice... there's nothing they don't stock.

Disappointed at the post sale process and policy. I’m a frequent purchaser of wine from different stores but this is the first time I’ve been rejected For a return within a week of delivery because I didn’t like the wine. They should back their wines and their customers imo. Won’t buy again from here as it’s too risky to buy a case and not be able toe return the remainder
I ordered some wine from 4 different providers on the same evening within a half an hour spread. Kent Street Cellars was the first one to be delivered within a few days. The others? Well I waited 2 - 3 weeks for them
I asked to be notified when Krug vintage and Grand Cuvée was. Ack in stock and nobody rang from Kent st Cellars yet you are now advertising them.I have since bought $25k of Krug missed opportunity for you guys
Kent Street Cellars customer service and delivery are exemplary. Their range is incredibly extensive. It is always a delight buying from Kent Street.
Service and communication were excellent.
Bottles were delivered well packaged.
Overall a satisfying experience buying from Kent Street Cellars.

The billiecart salmon was extremely disappointing. Very expensive but way past its best. Lacked freshness, lacked rose colour and starting to oxidise. We didnt finish it
Great service and great selection of brands and alcohol. Also thankful you guys are smart enough to have Russian Vodka that is already in the country, unlike the emotional other fools that fall to weak popular opinion. You have me as a customer for life.
Absolutely amazing customer service after ordering the wrong bottle they were able to help as soon as possible and sent the correct t bottle. I emailed late at night and recieved an email the next morning.
Have been really impressed with the service and choices. Have made several purchases and the experience has always been positive and cost effective.
The product arrived as purchased, however the delivery was one week late. Kent Street Cellars blamed the delivery company and weren't very concerned that they had let me down, when my transaction was with them. I won't be using them again.
The rating is for the courier company you use. The delivery & tracking of my wine was actually a zero star. Your service and follow up was good.
Diversity of product range is quite impressive. There are wines available to suit most tastes and well as most budgets. Online ordering is easy and seamless with delivery taking only a couple of days. I cannot recommend Kent street Cellars more highly. We’ll done all
Good service from Kent St Cellars but delivery instructions not followed. ie not at home when courier left wine at front door. Lucky it was still there 2 day latter when we got home
Ordered has still not arrived. Am seeking a refund. You should find a new delivery partner as Aramex has let you down. Parcel stuck and no delivery date in sight. Will probably never receive it. Have missed the date for the birthday present I need it for. Don’t order wine from here that needs to be properly stored at the right temperature as it will be stuck in transit indefinitely.
