I really believe that keto mojo has an excellent product. I had their older version and when they updated their analyzer and strips they exchanged it for the newer version for just the price of the strips. Not too many companies will do this. Maybe Apple can learn from Keto-mojo’s customer service and their way of business and appreciating their customers. Thank you Keto-mojo for your great customer service and product!

The only major issue I have is that I cannot purchase the supplies I need in Canada, in Canadian dollars, and have them shipped to my door. Instead, I have them shipped for free to a friend in Pittsburgh who then rewraps them and send them to me here in Toronto. I then must reimburse her for the shipping which is about $25 US. This is awkward and expensive. Why can't you have a Canadian representative? Other companies do. Why can't Amazon Canada carry your supply orders? I can even order American supplements through them (like Pectasol) that are usually only sold in the States through their own website.

I am able to track my blood sugar & ketone levels simply every day. I am pleased that my health is improving continually as I learn how my body responds to what I eat & drink. I find that it's easy to obtain supplies through the mail rapidly & at a reasonable cost. I also enjoy the additional information on your website and thru the community forum. Thank you for everything you do ☺️

I love the Keto-Mojo system, the app is great and clear to read ketones, ketosis and blood sugars. It is easy to use and effective.
I live in New Zealand and had to have it freighted via a NZPost forwarding service from the US. IIt would be great to have a Pacific/NZ distributor. I have been without strips and lancets for 2 weeks waiting for them to arrive. Health post is an excellent NZ health distribution service that would be good to use. Thanks again for an excellent product

A few days ago I needed help ordering some lancets and strips. My computer wasn’t working properly. I sent an email that was answered promptly. Then I ordered the wrong thing. The wonderful people at Keto-Mojo realized my mistake and wrote me to confirm my order. Lucky me. Even a manager contacted me and fixed my order. Great service!!! Not only the product is good on customer service alone Keto-Mojo has won my appreciation and business

I am very satisfied with all the helpful emails and videos that I have received. I am suffering with memory loss so any information I get is helpful to me.
Using the meter has been a little challenging for me to use on my own. Once again it has to do with my cognitive abilities to understand it and remembering how to use it.
I am giving it all a try and am I’ll thankful for all the help I get.

I rated Keto-Mojo 3 Stars or basically "acceptable" as a balance bewteen the product i purchased, the GK+ meter and it's customer support/service degree of service.
The product i'd give 5 stars. It's good, the customer support well, one star would be a kindness, but their lack of response to my issue is disturbing. I was promised a reply and that has not happened.
Here is the transcript of my 1 communication with Keto-Mojo. There has been no further response from them.

I have used keto mojo since day 1 of my keto journey and find it to be an invaluable tool. Recently I had to upgrade my machine because the straps were mo longer available for my older model. I have no complaints about the product itself or my experience with customer service, very happy to highly recommend. My only issue is that I am not a fan of their strips being packaged in individual sleeves. For someone like me with challenges on my right dominant hand these pouches are sometimes hard for me to open. I much more prefer the option of buying the straps in the cylinder cases they had before. I find myself now sitting down to open each of the straps with scissors and then putting them into my old cylinder container like before! Much easier this way. I do sincerely hope they will take this into consideration and maybe offer the option of how you wish to purchase strips.

I had a problem with my Mojo from the get go. It would not go to the 12 or 24 hr mode AT ALL. I called 4 times and left a message two days in a row. I only got a call back when someone from Dr. Pompa's prgoram called you and asked that you call me. I did get a quick phone call. I was told to hold the side button as well and that worked. My meter still is not working as suggested in your videos and brochure. I just have not done anything about it. Even tho connected to my bluetooth it is not automatically recording my levels. I cannot get the second strip to read my glucose after testing my ketos. I would never suggest anybody buy this. Mostly because of your customer service. I would return this in a heartbeat and have you send me another to see if that worked any better.

This is a complete piece of garbage and the company absolutely doesn’t stand behind it. Even with an endocrinologist saying this overpriced paperweight isn’t accurate they wouldn’t replace it. I don’t know if the ketone readings are accurate, but my KETOSCAN is almost always higher than this toilet. I DO know the glucose readings are absolutely junk. On average they show 20-30mg/dl higher than an accucheck device.
I’m a Veteran who has been exposed to multiple chemical warfare agents, one of the side effects of the exposure is diabetes so even though I have no family history of diabetes, seeing readings consistently in the “pre diabetic/diabetic” ranges was terrifying. I’ve already survived bladder cancer 5x, I definitely wasn’t looking forward to fighting diabetes!
After seeing an endocrinologist because of the absurdly high numbers, she checked my glucose and I was at 89mg/dl which seemed a lot more likely since I DON’T EAT SUGAR BECAUSE OF MY FIGHTS WITH CANCER. The accucheck confirmed this measurement, and the overpriced piece of garbage these people sell returned a 111mg/dl reading.
Ken with customer service said as long as the control samples are “within normal range” the device is not defective, so he refused to replace it and stopped responding to my correspondence.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!! What a terrible company and terrible item. Zero integrity. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This is the third unit I've purchased for myself/family. It's an excellent product, and the videos really help. If you're tracking ketones, you need this convenient device! The challenge for someone who's not tech savvy is figuring out how to use the online tools/app initially. The support is really good, though, so anyone can figure this out with a little patience. Having to negotiate both a store account and a tracking account is a bit cumbersome. It would be better to have one account and be able to toggle between them--only one login and one password to remember.

Keto Mojo has been a lifesaver in my pursuit of better health. I have been using the meters and strips for several years and they are accurate and importantly affordable to live the keto lifestyle. If only people would realize the benefits of keeping glucose under control and staying in ketosis for not only weight control but overall health. I hope to be a customer for the rest of my life. My machine is unable to set time and or date. Keto support asked for pictures, I was unable to do so. My son who is also a customer sent a video of my machine display hopping all over display of date and time. The machine does display readings but maybe they are not accurate either! This is not his or mine fist experience with keto mojo. The machine certainly appears faulty! It was a long holiday weekend, but the response from support was not impressive!

Keto-Mojo has made it easier for me to stay on track. The blood-glucose & ketone monitor is easy to use, and ordering test strips is an easy process on their website. Do I wish they were less expensive? Of course, but I strongly believe that you get what you pay for. Plus, from past experience I know I'm getting quality products shipped to me fast and (usually) free.

I started using the new kit while I still had a bit from the old kit. As a scientist, I always take samples twice especially when I begin using a meter. So here go my thoughts: The new Ketmojo is not consistent. The old one is...
I do not know what to say. Who wants to go on with the meter that is not good. The question is WHY do you have to stop the old kit, the perfect one.

Measurements work great for me. I still struggle a little bit with the menus and buttons but it does what it is supposed to do.
I would like to be able to switch units from mmol/l and back but I can't blame keto mojo for this, I know that the EU does not allow this. Government idiocy.
I haven't tried the smartphone app yet, so I can't say anything about it.
I asked support what differences there are between the EU version GKI and the GK+ but I never got a reply beyond the automated mail that I did not ask during business hours.

GRATEFUL FOR KETO MOJO! Fighting cancer is hard enough - even harder than staying in a high-therapeutic state of ketosis. That said - my Keto Mojo monitor, strips and lancets take the guessing out of if am in it or not. This alone reserves energy that I need for other things. Also - I can visit their website and order what I need - which is a convenience factor. And, finally - when I had a hiccup with my monitor, the customer service/trouble-shooting team was kind, patient and resolved the problem. THANK YOU Keto Mojo for your impact in my world.

I really like using this. I mostly bought it because it syncs and saves to my phone. I need to watch my blood sugar during my pregnancy to make sure i don’t have gestational diabetes. Having this makes it easy to take my data to my doc appointments. Maybe after baby i can use the keto strips. Only downside, is that you have to buy the strips from keto mojo-it would be nice if glucose strips could be universal so that if i get close to running out, i could run to the store.

First off, love the GK+, which was acquired on Amazon. It's a great and easy-to-use system that does more than the others I was considering. Even the phone app is simple and effective.
Ordering directly from Keto-Mojo is nice. Shipping times are exactly as advertised, and it nice to be able to save a few bucks ordering more ketone strips without the bundle purchase of glucose strips that I will never have any need for.
All in all this seems to be a reliable and cost-effective method of implementing regular ketone checks for peace of mind.
My two cents worth of unwanted advice: switch up whatever fingertip you are using to draw blood, especially if you do so more than 1x per day. Calluses, crikey. You don't want those unless you are a guitar player, in which case you should probably be lancing on the fingers that belong to the hand you pick with. If you are a fingerpicker I dunno what to tell you...

Poor experience. First shipment lost in transit. Second returned to sender before even crossing the border. No response to emails. Managed to connect via Facebook Messenger, but no explanations given. Despite having waited almost 3 weeks for my order to arrive, they refused to offer any discount for a 3rd attempt so I gave up on them. Easily the worst experience I've had with a company in quite some time.
