I was going to buy some of these books at another store and decided to comparison shop before I checked out. I am so glad I did as I was able to get triple the number of books by buying through your site. I will definitely become a loyal repeat customer as we our first grandbaby was just born!

I have purchased from you before and you do not show any information about me and my last order. I wanted to see it to be sure I am not repeating items for my grandchildren. Also, I had to put my address and credit card info in more than once today to get the order to be complete. I am nervous about ordering "Bargain Books" not knowing how large and permanent the marks are on them... maybe Kidsbooks.com will look used to people I give them to as gifts.

Good selection in books, the set up in the checkout process did not flow as easy as possible. Had to keep going back to the cart to advance to the next option to checkout.
I do appreciate the discounted book especially when little hands are going to be using them.

Always excellent books and service for our nonprofit organization! We give these books wrapped in receiving blankets to parents newborns at the local hospital. Our goal is Literacy from birth!

Second, It was difficult to check out. There was a 'box' in the way of the button; and, when I read the terms, etc., that box was still over the check out button.

Our school was trying to order books for reading month, and these exact same books on other sites were double to TRIPLE the price. I greatly appreciate the affordability when ordering a large amount of books, and the delivery time and price (free shipping when you order over a certain amount too) is so reasonable!

I tried to place an order last week and received a "internal server error, please try again message." My card was charged regardless so I didn't want to try again in the same day. Once I heard back from the company that I wasn't actually charged and the pending purchase would fall off of my account, I had missed the sale I was hoping to purchase under and had to pay more than I was expecting.

Each year I choose a charity for my Christmas project. This year I chose a local organization that puts books into the hands of children who would not have one to call their own. Literally obsessed! I thought this site was a scam for the longest time but I was so wrong! I have put in 4 orders now and everything has came perfect and so fast! I check the site multiple times a day to see if any of my books on my huge ISO list have been posted and 9 times outta 10 there is! Fast shipping, packaging good, literally new books. I have been on so many book sites and this one is the best. Hands down.

I love Kids Books.com, great opportunity to be able to afford having more books for our son because you can never have too many books. I give only 4 stars because books kept re-appearing in the care when I tried to remove or save for later so rather than saving for later I had to remove and not leave the cart.

It kept kicking me out, I spent a really long time trying to pay and it wouldn't let me add a credit card. I had to use PayPal to get it to work and I didn't want to. Also, the search function was difficult to use. The deals are great, it's just the shopping experience was too difficult and frustrating and time consuming

I have been impressed by the vast selection and prices; however I do not always receive a free book during the Buy Two Get One Free Book Promo. I did not receive any free books in my order today but it was stated free books were "Store Wide" otherwise I have been pleased. My husband and I donate these books to the area local schools as Kidsbooks.com are in dire need. On that note I was wondering if it is possible to ship books directly to an elementary school from to them- which is located in a different state?

I'm trying to buy books for a very low income class of twenty students. I'm a single mom so I don't have a lot to spend but it broke my heart to hear that the kids couldn't go to book fair because Kidsbooks.com had no money. So for Christmas I wanted to buy them some books. Your website had books that I could afford so each child gets one! Thank you so much for being such a great source!

Checkout process for new customers is very disconnected. I wanted to check out but had to create an account first, then had to restart the checkout process once my account was created. Just unnecessary steps. However I did find the book I was looking for at a great price.

Didn't actually get the books yet but based off what I've learned so far from kidsbooks.com I would have to say my overall experience wasn't the best but to to exquisite requirements I would have to say that this app stole my children and locked them in my cupboard. Now my applesauce is disintegrating

Great experience, aside from one order during quarantine. A large order arrived damaged and very late. I assume it was due to the usps issues that were happening at that time. I never said anything bc I was dealing with medical issues. But the box and a number of books were damaged and dirty. I have ordered before and since an have otherwise been happy with my experience. I would otherwise recommend your business.

Would be nice to see more of the inside of the book, however I'm a repeat customer and the books I received in my prior order were in very good to excellent condition and the covers have been indicative of the inside; good illustration on the cover was consistent with good illustration on the inside pages.

I placed an order that was intended to be Christmas gifts. I received notice that the entire order shipped, however received only half of my order. I contacted kidsbooks and Kidsbooks.com offered to refund my order or send out what was missing. I requested they send out what was missing, and it has taken nearly two weeks to even show tracking information. Very frustrating and now my intended Christmas gifts are late :(

I was purchasing from three websites at the same time looking for specific items. One was amazon which had my account info saved and I was definitely buying other stuff, and yours and another were new. I came to the pay part of the other website and was asked for my info in such a way that I got irritated and moved the item for a little more money to amazon, then I came back to your site. I had a few more items but the way the checkout process was presented did not bother me and in the end I believe I left you with a credit card attached to my new account and done. I appreciate how my address was handled both for shipping and for billing by the user interface. I was like hey this is really nice! I noticed the care and attention the designer put into my experience. Good job!

I love being able to buy my kids affordable new books. There's such a great selection that I always have a hard time limiting myself. I really appreciated the free shipping with no minimum this time! Would probably order more frequently if free shipping was always an option at no minimum.

You lost a star as your site originally would not let me log on--or become a new customer. I had ordered before. A bit frustrating. I am a secret Santa for a different marine family every year. Last year and this year Kidsbooks.com asked for books for their young girls and a baby. This is my 2nd time ordering with you. Your prices allow me to buy them extra books. These are the lowest income families in the military, so along with clothes and toys, I like to buy them books. Thanks!

I like the option to buy kids books at a more reasonable price than regular department stores or other online shopping options. KidsBook has a great variety for different age groups. With the cheaper prices, I can purchase more for the kids. The books are in great shape when I receive them, and the kids love them.

It took 20 minutes to set up address, credit card and payment. First of all I had to reduce my viewing percentage to see your button to execute my entries. Then I had to keep re-entering information once I found a way to move on to the next step. Very frustrating...

I liked the range of toddler books that I was searching for and the prices were fantastic. Would have liked more pictures of the items though, esp of the book interiors. I had to go to YouTube to get an idea of what the books were like. Otherwise, I would have been making blind purchases almost. It was rather inconvenient.

I love shopping Kidsbooks.com! I find wonderful books for my grandchildren that range from creative learning to important people in history. It's straightforward when it comes to payment and delivery. I like that. I'll be shopping on this site for a long time to come. :)

The only thing that I would change is how hard it is to look through the saved for later items. It only loads a few at a time and you have to start back at the top of the list whenever you remove something or add it to the cart or wishlist. Other than that I love your site and deals SO MUCH!

Search engine and filtering needs updating. When i type in "if you're happy and you know it" and shows 0 found but when I use google to search the same three words but add in kidsbooks.com the actual book appears with a link to your website. It was quite taxing. So some updates would be nice; no other issues other than that. Thank You for the discounted Childrens books. Praying that the big discounts on price don't mean less quality in craftsmanship and materials. Buts that's what return policies are for.

It is very easy to place an order and there is a large selection of books for all ages.
I received my first batch of books waiting on the second and just placed an order for the third. It was packaged nice and tight in a big box and the books look wonderful thank you

I liked the books that I found for my teen daughter. You have a nice collection of books and the prices are reasonable. I wish that you add more books about history, science health and other educational subjects and to lower the prices even more so people with low income can get books for their kids.

I LOVE this website! I love the fact that my daughter can have high quality books but for the fraction of the cost! We have bought from you guys multiple times already, we love it! My daughter is a book worm and will ask for books for Christmas or her birthday, so... this is fantastic!
