I love the rose oud candle- it easily competes with far more expensive candles and for that reason I bought one after being given one
The fragrance is great- not sure can I order one which isn’t personalised, if not that option would also be a good option because I sometimes want to buy for myself /my home rather than as a personalised gift

Ordered the candle for my daughters graduation , it came very prompt , was very well packaged, even came with matches, which I thought was a nice touch. We have not lit it yet but the smell is amazing, I would highly recommend , love it.

Very quick service. Candle was beautifully packaged and looked lovely. Map a nice idea but one I chose had Glastonbury so not a lot of detail on map. Given to niece for engagement present and think she loved it. Would highly recommend and definitely use this company again.

I ordered a personalised candle for my Daughters Wedding in August and it’s so beautiful and smells amazing!! Was easy to order and Kindred Fires had amazing customer service. Very pleased and will definitely order from them again☺️

Fast delivery, candle looks and smells great, perfect gift for a first wedding anniversary.
Just one thing, it’s a shame the address label is stuck to the outside of the box, as the box would be nice to use as part of the gift, so you need to take the candle out to wrap it as trying to take the sticky label off leaves the box ripped and damaged looking.

These candles are lovely. The scents are gorgeous and the quality is fantastic. Customer service is brilliant and questions are answered quickly every time. Can't recommend highly enough!

Excellent products love the candles but packaging does have the delivery postage stuck to it and the box dented. On contacting Kindred Fire they said the lovely external box with the postage sticker on it, is not intended for presentation purposes . Maybe placing the whole box in a postage bag would allow customers to use this box with the shredded paper inside as part of the gift .

Gorgeous range of gifts and great quality candles - the candles are long lasting and the smells are divine. All the candles come packaged beautifully and all the recipients were overwhelmed with their gifts.

If you opt to purchase this as a gift be aware that they will send the actual template with example to the recipient as part of the gift. So your personal message and the example is in the text.

I loved and will definitely be my go to for candles. So inexpensive yet beautiful and high quality. The gift recipient loved it and it was so beautiful. I received it in literally a couple of days and it came in a nice box. So much care had been put it it and I loved it.

I purchased a 50th birthday candle for a friend as I wanted a quality personalised product. Whilst I loved the fragrance and colour of the candle (velvet rose and oud) the personalised label was not to a good standard - the text was very small and did not ‘stand out’ - whilst I understand that the length of the message would affect the text, I used similar characters as the one advertised. It was the name that could barely be read. I did contact customer care and had a quick response (thank you) but I was just told that the text varies from product to product (a bit of a disappointing response given the cost of the candle!). I think the personalisation of a candle is a great idea but given my experience, and the cost of the candle, I would not purchase another.

I contacted the Company with a question re being able to choose a particular date for delivery and was told this wasn’t possible at present. However I ordered a candle in spite of this and sent a message to the recipient to delay opening the parcel. She was delighted and thrilled with her gift. This is the third candle which I have bought from Kindred Fires and will certainly be buying more in the future. Ten out of ten for customer service.Thank you

Very poor website in terms on knowing what you were receiving when something is personalised. The summary of your purchase is confusing and I had to ask questions twice. Improvement required on placing a order, it should be visibly transparent.

Lovely smelling candle received in good time. Postman left the parcel in the back garden and did not leave a card and it rained that night. Candle was fine, but packaging was water logged. Kindly Kindered Fires sent me a new box as the candle was a gift. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Very pleased with my purchase. One candle I bought was a "sister" candle, I personalised it to say "& Brother in law" accepting that this part would just be part of the smaller text included with the rest of the message. When it arrived, I was thrilled to find that the brother in law part had been picked up as part of the larger title text along with sister. Felt this was a really nice touch that effort had gone into checking the personalisation to make it perfect. Candles are beautiful and smell gorgeous too!
