The "Texas Is For Lovers" shirt quickly became the favorite in my collection! Great quality, too!
I ordered 2 XL’s and received 2 mediums! Not very happy, won’t order again.
Bad experience. I ordered over $100 worth of merch as a Christmas gift for my bf on Dec. 6th. It never came, which made feel horrible, and on top of that the company was unresponsive until Jan 20th when I started commenting about my issue on their Facebook posts. They also deleted my comments from facebook which I think is super shady.
I have nothing but positive things to say about buying from KingsRoad Merch. Each and every time I have placed orders they have been received quickly and sometimes even much sooner than expected, the items shipped have always been correct and the quality of the items is always top notch. I will always continue to purchase from KingsRoad Merch.
My Watain shirt and CD came in great time. Shirt fits and looks great. CD was very killer.
Always great products arriving at a great time. Makes for a great day for great music or great whatever. Now I grate cheese. Great.
Kings Road Merch did a great job keeping me informed about my purchase,i had some items on pre order .they always have my oder on there radar, from shipping to my front door.
Thanks Kings Road Merch
I love the vinyl, love the quality, BUT. I have to give this experience 2/5 stars. It took 10 MONTHS to get the vinyl. I’m giving an extra star because I was at least grateful for Kings Road emailing me with updates. But seriously, 10 months with no real explanation for the delays?
They have a good selection of items I want. Prices are decent. Shipping and updates aren’t as fast as I like, but you’re a consumer. Gotten some great LPs from here.
Honestly, kind of disappointed with the whole situation behind this vinyl pressing, the constant pressing/shipping delays, and receiving the product in less than stellar condition. The spine of the vinyl sleeve was worn so much, this looks like a used record from my local shop, despite being “shrink-wrapped” (with the loosest plastic wrapping I’ve ever seen). 3D glasses were included, but I’m not entirely sure the point of them considering there was no album insert for additional artwork to look at, the glasses really didn’t add much to the experience. I am truly, very disappointed in the quality of this package, especially after waiting nine-months from the time of my order until delivery because of “Manufacturing delays” (curious how so many other records were pressed and printed in a normal time-frame, and yet this was so terribly behind schedule).
I order from Kings Road pretty often and I am always satisfied with their service and merch. When my pre-order was delayed (these things happen, no biggie) they sent me a message explaining the situation and I got it soon enough. I shop at a lot of online merch stores and KRM is always one of the first 2 or 3 I check for new items. I highly recommend them!
The items are great, and I’m sure the bands have something to do w that. Especially loving the new Descendents products.I’ve been ordering over ten years, never once been offered a promo code;shipping prices are ridiculously high, especially for the weight of tshirts, and figures. I’m not on a rural route, I’m in Madison wi, a decent hub.
My recent order placed 4/30, today is 5/24, still hasn’t arrived.
I feel like supporting my artists, but feel ripped off by shipping costs, and wait times.
I don't know if you have choice in the matter, but my The Locust "Safety 2nd, Body Last" vinyl was shipped inside the sleeve. This caused seam splits on all three sides and the inner protective sleeve was also messed up. The corners were fine, so it wasn't a handling issue.
It's understandable that shipping can be late but my record was nearly 6 months late due to problems with receiving the record color. Everyone of my friends received the vinyl long ago.
I also had a problem with my Lar Frederiksen vinyl color being canceled and received a grey one instead.
I'd likely not ever use this as a site to pre order vinyl records again.
Thanks for supporting indie musicians. Our order status was communicated well and everything arrived as ordered and well packed.
This is the worst merch company ever! I ordered two things from dropkick murphys. Got one but not the other. Was told I will resend you the missing item. Never got the missing item but got some bogus items. Then messaged them back. Then come to find out the item is out of stock a month and a half after I ordered it. Will never use again to order dkm merch which is sad because my husband really loves the murphys
Merchandise was great, never had any issues there. For the most part, shipping has been prompt. Shipping costs, however are very unreasonable. For one order i have placed i just ordered a few patches. shipping the patches cost more than the price of the patches themselves. Outrageous. There is nothing special about the shipping specifications. I feel like this is some graft going on. It would also be good to know how much, if any, of the price gets back to the bands.
Cool company with great merch! Ordered the sickAF FIATVF tie-dye halloween shirt and got sent the wrong color, but it's all good because this is now my favorite shirt lmao the person packing the order probably was psychic and knew I'd wear this color more hahaha 10/10 will buy from Kings Road again
I ordered a vinyl and while it arrived seemingly unscathed and placed in a typical record mailer but not best kind of thicker record mailer... it arrived with split edges on the sleeve and inner sleeve on multiple sides... suggesting it wasn't handled very well but as I stated the package seemed fine on the outside so it makes you wonder if it were shipped that way from the beginning or mishandled by underpaid worker... yet I have to wonder if a better record mailer would have prevented this and rather than say anything or complain and be petty i took a chance and bought a second one hoping it would come in immaculate condition.. which surprisingly it did.... but because of their no refunds or exchanges on cosmetically damaged vinyl albums I just looked at it as an opportunity to have one mint and one to abuse... but yeah I'm not really happy having to deal with kings road to buy albums from one of my favorite record labels... I think they could upgrade their vinyl packaging... but as an avid online shopper I understand why they have that policy... and I wouldn't have said anything at all including this review... except I was sent an email to give feed back so here it is...
No fue muy buena la experiencia en la compra en su tienda, puesto que de dos productos que compré solo llegó uno
