Website is helpful however constantly lies about promos and "bundles". Additionally the paper quality is a bit lacking at times

I ordered an outline as well as the paper. Never got the outline. When I got the download link I checked on the source material. Problem is source material is pay wall blocked. My college has access to numerous sources, writers use the sources Kiwi Papers have access to. Kinda a problem if you need to have a copy of source material for your needs.

The website prices are very high compared to other websites, first paper or 10th paper. I have done now 6 papers with kiwi and the prices only get higher. I would like more of break on the money charge since i am a loyal customer

The worst part was my payment method continuously declining. I called customer service which was no help. I switched cards and it was fine. My writer did a good job and included a last minute visual aid. The abstract page was forgotten, but i easily moved the intro paragraph as the abstract page. My writer also completed it a day early.

Got a really low grade on a paper where I asked for 3 scholarly sources and only one was scholarly. The paper got me a very low C and when I asked for revisions I was ghosted. Here's the thing though. Once Kiwipapers has your email address Kiwi Papers will harass you to no end. Expect literally a dozen emails every couple of days. Horrible company with foreign writers! Never again!
