I appreciate this service so much. I absolutely hate in-person doctor visits and finding out about this service was a game-changer. I feel like I have a chance to put things back together now that I've started treatment. I chose Juanita Ellis as my provider due to her reviews and the wait was worth it. I was a mess during my first visit but she still listened and took what I saying seriously. Most of the time I feel judged when talking to healthcare providers but she was very kind and didn't dismiss me. I look forward to seeing how things improve in my life now that I'm getting help. I just want to say thank you to Klarity and to my provider, you really are helping people.

I am a woman in my 50s who has suffered from undiagnosed ADHD my entire life. I needed a safe place with a compassionate person with experience in recognizing my symptoms and hardships. I found Klarity and took a chance since they specialize in ADHD and I am soooo glad that I took that first step. I was paired with Amethyst Maxey and she got me from the first meeting. She was kind, gentle, listened and assured me that I am not alone and there is help available to me. She worked with me to see me get the proper medication and dosage and it has started the ball rolling for me. My life is in constant growth, and improvement with a higher level of functioning than I ever had! Amethyst will never know just how much her kind support and safe place to speak freely and discuss options for treatment have improved the quality of my life. Klarity provided a secure platform and service at a reasonable price and Amethyst changed my world!

Amethyst Maxey, APRN, FNP-C is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my mental health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. She answers my questions and concerns in a way that’s easy to understand. It’s rare to find a provider that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. She provides an outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

I have been using Klarity for a while now and it has been fantastic. Since my first appointment, Amethyst Maxey has been nothing short of amazing. I think finding someone who you feel comfortable opening up to and don’t feel shame can be a struggle, but she has allowed me to be open and honest and I feel no judgement when I talk to her about my struggles. Connecting with your provider is probably the most important aspect of getting the right mental health care that works and fits, and Amethyst has made my personal biggest struggle of talking about my feelings an easy one. So thankful to have her, my life has changed positively since our first meeting and I continue to look forward to our meetings.

I have been seeing Amethyst Maxey for a few months now and she has been amazing! She is very attentive and responsive to all of my concerns. I appreciate her flexibility because my schedule is always jam-packed. This, combined with Klarity being a tele-health clinic, makes receiving treatment so easy! I also love that if I have any issues with medication, or if new symptoms arise, she is able to schedule an appointment within the same day or the next day. I will definitely be continuing to use Klarity.

Amethyst Maxey has been an absolute god-send!! She’s been compassionate and understanding in the six months I’ve been a patient of hers :) Always has a selection of appointment dates and times to choose from, and is very timely in keeping them. I’m on the road a LOT (as an agency nurse), so klarity and Amethyst’s flexibility are perfect for my schedule too. I have definitely referred both to friends!

I have never had such a great experience speaking with my provider (Amethyst Maxey) she understands my issue and takes the time to address it in a way that best suits my needs and my concerns. Amethyst is always available to answer my questions which are always speedy and professional. She is definitely the reason why I am using klarity ADHD if I had to deal with anyone else I'd probably not enjoy being here and would most likely find another place. If klarity ADHD is reading this, give this woman a raise!

This message is long overdue and I apologize for the delay in my review of Jeremy Verhines. He is quite simply the GREATEST ADHD medical provider I have ever had the privilege of working with. Over the past 20 years, I have been to psychiatrists, primary care, and boutique medical providers to try to improve the quality of my life living with ADHD. In recent years much more has been discovered about living with ADHD and mental health. Frankly, I am not even sure they teach medical health in medical school to practicing physicians. Dr. Jeremy Verhines is simply the GREATEST provider I have ever worked with. He listened to me. He did not judge me. He knew what I was dealing with. But, the MOST important aspect I took away from working with him was that he was there to HELP me! I honestly think most doctors are not there to help you heal anymore. Most are there to cover their butts. (I apologize for the graphic nature of that expression) I know medical providers are under intense scrutiny from the medical boards in California. I happen to think unnecessarily so. But, Dr. Jeremy Verhines told me he understood my situation and would help me under the requirements of what the medical boards do allow in today's world. For the first time in over 20 years I feel that if I ask a question about a medication or tell him something that had happened, there is no judgement but just a sincere desire to help. Medication has saved my life. As I told Dr. Jeremy Verhines if doctors can not or will not prescribe the medication then why the hell do they even make it? He told me he has lived with ADHD and understands how it can negatively impact one's life. He is the BEST ADHD doctor I have ever been to and that is NOT an understatement. Sadly, that also includes the previous provider I had with KIarity. If he leaves Klarity, I will leave and follow him or even travel to wherever he is. Being able to have somewhat of a "normal" or productive life living with ADHD under the care of Dr. Jeremy Verhines has meant more to me than you will ever know. ADHD is real. It is not just a concentration problem but also involves so many more aspects of life. Dr. Jeremy Verhines saved my life and I can not say enough good things about him and his approach. Mark Mathis.

Klarity has been a pleasure to use! Everything is quick and easy to set up and my provider Christine is excellent! She is very understanding and really takes the time to listen to me and answer any questions I have. The treatment she prescribed is perfectly tailored to my specific situation and has had a huge positive impact on my life. Jeremy Verhines​ Is absolutely amazing. He really listens to his patients and treats them with respect. Jeremy made me feel comfortable talking about the issues I have been having and explained the game plan with plenty of detail. I am very confident that I will start to feel better soon. Oh and he also responds really fast to questions that I send to him though the messages tab so that’s a bonus.

I’ve always struggled with anxiety and struggled to stay on task. In school and all my adult life. My typical coping mechanisms disappeared or became unavailable to me during the pandemic. A loved one recommended getting checked out for adhd. I have a hard time asking for help.

Her knowledge and compassion as well as patience and eagerness to listen, made my anxiety easier to manage.

I’m so thankful to have found Klarity. My primary care had been treating me with all these different anti-depressants - none of which ever worked and in some cases made matters worse. And trying to get an appt with a psychiatrist or any mental health professional in my area can take months. It’s so frustrating and makes you feel defeated before you even see a therapist.
Klarity is perfect. I had a confirmed appt within 2 weeks (could have even been within a couple days - I actually chose the 2 weeks as that worked for my schedule). My counselor Christine is amazing - I finally felt like someone was truly listening to me and understood what I was feeling. It was like talking to a close friend who really cared and wanted to help, and more importantly had a plan of action to help me. The patient portal allows me to send her a message at any time with questions or issues or anything I might be struggling with.

Klarity has been so easy to use and helpful. It is great to have this online option as scheduling in-person meetings with a doctor is very time-consuming and doesn't work with my schedule. My provider, Kate Graen, was super helpful in diagnosing my ADHD and providing me with the proper tools and medication that would be most helpful for me. She took the time to answer my questions and has helped tremendously.

I was paired with an amazing provider, Jeremy Verhines. I have been viewed by doctors in the past as just a list of previous medications and diagnoses. Jeremy read my entire initial form (I went into great detail) and he spoke to me like a whole person, not just the sum of my medical history. His knowledge and experience treating adult ADHD is so valuable. With other places I've been, people I've spoken to, I've needed to advocate so much for myself and their lack of knowledge and experience meant I wasn't able to get effective support. I was having a really hard time finding someone that had this kind of knowledge and experience. Thanks to Klarity and to Jeremy, I am finally getting effective treatment and support. Thanks, Klarity for making adult ADHD treatment a priority, if it weren't for this service, I doubt I would have been able to find Jeremy. It has made such a difference in my life.

I am beyond grateful to my provider, Jeremy Verhines, for his competence, compassion, and for his efficient care. The care I receive continues to improve my general health and quality of life. Klarity ADHD as a service has exceeded my expectations--billing and communication are consistent and clear, just what you'd hope for when seeking healthcare services but something that has been unusually hard to come by in healthcare lately.

Jeremy Verhines is a fantastic clinician. Very experienced with treating ADHD. He prepped thoroughly for the initial visit by reading my forms beforehand, reviewed key information, offered empathy and compassion for me, and provided a very detailed discussion of the medication options, including dosing instructions and common potential side effects. I trust him implicitly as a fellow prescriber and learned a lot from our brief meeting.

Saw Kate Graen for treatment/medication management of my ADHD. I found her very helpful in terms of listening to my experiences with past treatment, explaining medication options, and prescribing new medication. She was efficient but I didn't feel rushed or not listened to (as I have with some in-person providers). Overall a very positive experience and looking forward to continuing treatment.

Amethyst is a great nurse practitioner! I connected with her instantly because of her approachable and caring demeanor. She listened to me rant on about my life and continued to ask questions to evaluate my symptoms. Being able to talk about how my current feelings and emotions are negatively affecting my actions and decisions is a huge relief for me. Amethyst discussed a plan of action with the appropriate medication to alleviate my ADHD and depression symptoms. I really enjoyed how she also made some motivating suggestions to me about feeling positive again and getting my life back on track.

I was very nervous to make this call as I was struggling for quite awhile and didn't know where to turn. However, my doctor, Amethyst Maxey, was amazing! She listened very well, was patient with me, and guided me through the appt with important questions. She took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of the questions I had. I will defininetly stay in touch and really looking forward to my next step in receiving treatment.

Klarity sort of showed up out of nowhere for me. It was not one that was heavily advertised to me atleast. I was looking to seek out treatment for a possible ADHD diagnosis. I did some research and Klarity was less expensive than the one service that I was aware of 'Done First'. So I opted to go with Klarity.
I've never been one to seek treatment for anything... I'm the type of person to just "deal with it". Well anyway... just dealing with it didn't seem to be working out too well.
Anyway, going to the Dr. or talking to a medical professional makes me nervous. Anything medial is terrifying because I know so little about it; diagnosis, treatment options... everything can be so overwhelming.
Well It was honestly a godsend that I was assigned to Juanita Ellis. She was very approachable kind and calm. She did not make me feel like I was wasting her time and made me feel confident that I was taking the best next steps to improving my mental health.
I had some concerns with how treatment works and she answered every question that I had. I may have even asked something twice without realizing, but she did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience.
I'm glad to have Ms. Ellis in my corner helping me towards better mental health.
