I tried the thigh saver short and a bra. The short was so amazing I called my friend immediately to tell her to go order one! I had to return the bra and to my delight the suggested donating it and issued me a credit! Bravo Knix!!!
Seams on all my underwear are ripping. I think I have thrown out 6 pairs in the last month. Way too expensive for this to be happening .
I couldn't be more unsatisfied. The protection provided was less than what is provided by a 'light day' panty liner. I wish I'd checked your reviews before I ordered and before I wasted more than a $100 dollars for a product which you pay pennies for and isn't as advertised. Waste of money.
I ordered months ago and never received my order and no response from company. Bad business!
My order hadn’t shipped after 9 days. After inquiring via email, I received a shipping notification after 40 minutes. My package arrived the following day, opened it and no bra, just the wash bag. After attempting to contact customer service a few times, got a refund and a discount code for future purchase. Decided to try ordering a different style but the discount code didn’t work. Spent 20 minutes on hold, received another discount code that also didn’t work.
Sports Bra: Tried several sizes of band and cup size and could not find a fit. Straps gaped or fell off shoulder, band rode up, with and without band extender, generally uncomfortable.
I haven’t received my order and the company does not respond to my emails.
I followed the sizing chart and typically wear a medium, ordered a couple thongs and few of the bikini style underwear. Wanted to invest what I thought was quality. Unfortunately, the underwear was very tight around my thigh and was digging into my side. I ordered the racer back bralette and it was so small my breasts were so squished and didn’t cover them. I’m not very large chested and followed the size chart, but returned everything and didn’t reorder. Refund process was very quick.
Vey Duspointed in the bras, they are a heavy material that is not flattering, fairly uncomfortable and do not hold the ladies proper at all. Terrible customer service good luck getting your money back they wouldn't even return my calls or email.
I bought the large originally. I loved the thin soft material but part is about it. It kept raveling down. When I contacted the company to complain they told me that I bought the wrong size so I bought a size up. Wore them for the first time today and they kept sliding down. So disappointed. I've heard so much about this company and was completely dissatisfied on both purchases. Would not recommend to buy again if you have any curves whatsoever. Also, what kind of company that mostly sells online has no return policy? Seems kind of sketchy to me
I ordered several pairs of Knix underwear for light to moderate bladder leakage. While the majority of the heavy leakage protect my clothes, the smell that comes with it is nothing to be desired. So if you are using Knix for this, plan to carry extra's on you so you don't have to worry about the smell. Great idea but needs more work.
I ordered seven pairs of the underwear and really like them, but for some reason they sent me a free bra but didn’t ask for my size. I guess they assumed my size based on the underwear I bought. Unfortunately the bra was far too small. I did wear it for a little while and it stretched out a bit but never fit properly and completely fell apart very quickly. Happy I didn’t spend money on it. Highly recommend the underwear if you have a light/ moderate flow.
Terrible! Maybe their bras work for women with small breasts, but these are definitely not for large-busted women! I ordered the correct size through Knix for my 38DDD's, and it was about 3 sizes too small and blended zero support.
UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - do not buy anything on Final Sale because they'll send you an unwearable product and not take accountability for it.
Wrinkled cups are a known problem. They put those models on Final Sale to get rid of bad stock, made their money from the sales and unethically won't deliver on helping you out for a BRAND NEW UNWEARABLE item.
Passive aggressive customer service so they need a lot of training to know how to talk to people.
I was a long time customer, but now I'm done with them. It's really sad and unbelievable how awful they are now.
