Delivery schedule - on time
Delivery service - quick and smooth - they outsource it from Lalamove so I was informed before it was delivered and when it arrived
Product
a) The flowers I bought itself was really great. How it looked in the photos was exactly how it arrived. Loved the arrangement and the quality of the flowers!
b) The packaging was unsatisfactory though. The flowers and chocolate I bought were put in a brown paper bag with special papers inside (I assume for wrapping/filling). Because it was delivered through Lalamove/motorcycle), the flower (which was in a mason jar filled with water)- the one i chose to buy, moved around a lot in the paper bag and the water spilled over the brown paper bag. Hence, the brown paper bag and everything inside was drenched in water and destroyed the paper bag.
- I already gave this as feedback to the one from their team who coordinated with me via Viber.
- Told them that it was not a big deal because the flowers were intact - which is really what's important
- Sayang lang! I had to find something to put it in because I wasn't gonna give the flowers and chocolate as is. Haha!

After I submitted my review for my order yesterday, the owner and staff immediately took action to make up for what happened. I am sincerely pleased and truly appreciated the effort of everyone from Knots. Thank you so much to the great customer service team and for the quick resolution and turnaround of events. You guys are amazing! Keep it up! More power to you!

Entire transaction was smooth and hassle-free. I really like the email updates of my booking and the sales team even sent an image of the bouquet before it was delivered (though I would have appreciated it more if the updates were sent via SMS, especially once the flowers were being delivered).
According to the recipient, the flowers looked and smelled lovely. It was also such an affordable price for great service.

Definitely 5 stars! Knots was able to impressively deliver on our request given the short notice on our order. The flowers are beautiful and we felt pleased to give them to our friend as a birthday present. She loved the bouquet as well. :)

This is my second time ordering and just like the first, i find the whole transaction easy. The flowers look great and fresh. The recipient loved the flowers they received. Customer service is quick to respond and follows requests accordingly. The prices and inclusions are reasonable and there are different ways to pay which is convenient for me.
