Knotty Tie

I ordered a custom-designed tartan pattern tie. It was a little complicated and I worried that their process might not produce a sharp enough image. I was worried for no reason. The tied turned out perfectly. This is the second tie I've ordered custom-designed. Very pleased with the whole process. I received timely text updates on the process and shipping.

Perfect tie! I ordered two different ties to match my bridesmaids dresses from two different companies. The Knotty Tie was the winner! It matches so perfect and looks great.
I ordered to match Azazie Butterscotch color.
It does take a while to arrive after ordered but that is stated on the website as you order so that was no surprise!

Beautiful pocket squares. Love the color customization. Shipping was crazy long for such small items, but I assume it's due to the customization? Perhaps more upfront communication on shipping time would have been helpful

Ordered color marching guide for dress and bow tie material looks cheap and doesn’t match the color guide whatsoever

Ties and pocket squares were exactly as advertised. There was a small shipping error, which Knotty sorted out right away and still got me everything I needed in time for my wedding. Definitely the only website I will be ordering any custom ties from in the future.

The tie is great but you delivered significantly later than expected. I ordered a month ahead of the event I wanted the tie for and it delivered 2 weeks after the event. 14 business days was the delivery estimate. I understand supply chains and delivery has been impacted from COVID but to be a month late from the expected delivery date is not ok.

Customer service is great, let me know the day it was being sent out. Everything arrived with no worry of it being late or wrong order. 10/10!!

Great website and products

Product turned out great, just what we were looking for in color combination. Only reason I can't say 5 stars is the website advertises a discount but when I placed my order it said it didn't qualify. I was not able to find any information on the site about what the requirements were. Minor frustration though. I would definitely recommend Knotty Tie!
