After purchasing an introductory pack, I began receiving emails from their Collaboration team, asking if I would be willing to endorse them on social media via their influencer program in exchange for free products.
It's not something I'm interested in, nor did I give them permission to contact me. They won't reply to my emails asking to be removed from their list and there is no unsubscribe link in their emails.
Incredibly annoying and very dodgy marketing practices.
Now I receive a product review request, which I never asked to be emailed. I'm seeing a pattern here.

I've been trying different brands of low toxic, eco friendly cleaning products for the last 4 months and think I've finally found a winner!
I'm enjoying using Koh for cleaning. It doesn't leave any film or streaking on the surfaces, doesn't have any harsh chemical smell and gets the job done.
I had a problem with the atomiser bottle and sent Koh an email outlining the issue. They sent a replacement bottle immediately. Great customer service!!!

I love my Koh. It’s the best all rounder that’s not toxic for the home or the environment but tough on grease and grime. Now that’s one awesome product.
I have been using Koh for years now and recommended it to family and friends who have then recommended it to their friends. It kinda sells itself really.
Thanks for an awesome product. I have cut out so many toxic sprays and replaced it with Koh. There’s a bottle in every bathroom, kitchen, laundry and even the garage!! My whole family love Koh.

This is the most amazing product I have ever used. And …they haven’t paid me a cent to say this!! I’m simply a very, very happy and amazed client.
I bought it because of their claims on “easy oven cleaning” and yes..that was the easiest way I’ve ever cleaned my oven …. That then caused me to try my copper stained toilet bowls and I’ve tried everything to clean those copper stains (including citric acid and CLR) …..and YES …KOH also fixed that problem …. I’m a complete convert now …. I then bought their pack which included the diamond sponges ….OMG ….the combination is amazing ….
It’s promoted a spring clean …..painted walls …windows…. Ceiling fans ….. just to see it’s effect. I don’t know what’s in it but it’s excellent AND it doesn’t hurt your skin or your ‘nose’ …

I’m generally very happy with my Koi products. The only problem I have had is my spray bottle - the weight on the end of the tube keep on falling off . I sent a message and received a message to say take a pic and send it back, I didn’t have the bottle anymore to take a pic, the thing is this happened about before so I was pretty peeved. I have a new one and so far so good, I felt like I wasn’t believed and had to send photo proof. I think the weight stretches the tube sometimes.

Absolutely love the surface spray and the dishwashing tablets, my dishes have never been cleaner. I do however think that the spray mop needs some changes. I am currently using my second Koh spray mop - this latest one bought last November and like my previous mop the plastic part of the handle has split and I have had to wrap it in tape to prevent it from breaking off totally. I also think they need to look at how much strength is needed to remove the bottle on the mop, trying to get your fingers under the bottle in order to pull it out of its cradle takes a lot of strength. I don't know if I will be buying another spray mop from Koh because this one has only lasted 6 months.

Wow-what a product love it so much, I come from a rural property and use bore water, this leaves rust and calcium build-up on showers and toilets I spray with Koh each night and clean every night when in the shower with their wonderful sponges. I am now getting the rust off the shower and I can see the white walls again just about to start on the toilet but can't see a problem there. Love it that it is eco-friendly as we also have a septic tank, Thank You so much KOH for this wonderful product. Wish I could tell all the rural people about this product, will now only buy this for all my cleaning purposes as I don't have to wear a mask to clean anymore.

I have been using Koh Universal Cleaner now for many years and would never use anything else. I have cleaned just about every type of surface in my house, including rugs, soft furnishings, floors, benches, bathrooms, the oven, the range hood filter (yuk!)... the list goes on, and will keep going on. I have recommended Koh to so many people and the ones who have tried it, love it also. I also use the dishwasher tablets and the sanitizer spray and they're great.

I am always delighted and excited with my Koh delivery! I have always hated cleaning but Koh makes it fun, easy and toxic-free for my family, guests and pets. I'm always surprised with the stains it can remove, whereas I have paid thousands of dollars to cleaners that did not get the same result. I was an Airbnb host for years and now have Davcorp Executive Rentals in Adelaide, and having clean carpets, pots, pans, kitchens, bathrooms and furniture is a 100% must. Thank you for all your amazing products.

I have been using KOH since 2019 and haven’t ever used anything else. It is fantastic, cleans my oven, surfaces, fridge, kitchen, bathroom, dining table, windows, microwave… literally everything and what’s most comforting is it’s not toxic as I have a puppy and a baby on the way. I have felt comfortable using it whilst pregnant. The clothes and diamond rectangles that come with the package are great. I also have the mop. It’s a nice feeling knowing you’re not producing so much plastic waste too. I recommend it to everyone.

I have been using Koh for many years now and if used with the correct cloth (and dont try and use it with a wet sponge as some visitors to my house have tried to do) will outdo any chemical product hands down.
Especially good at removing grease oil buildup on my stainless steel cooktop /splash backs and barbecue. Nothing can compare to the ability of the diamond sponge on burnt in cooking fats
Then there’s the floor mops which I use on my polished concrete and bathroom tikes.
Also works well on timber floorboards.
Then there’s the dishwasher tabs. They work as well as any other big name brand.
Absolutely recommend these products.
Customer service was brilliant also.
I recently forgot to put a promo discount code on my order and paid full price by accident.. I sent an email immediately and asked for a few products to make up the difference. Was very happy to find that Koh had refunded the discount amount to my account within hours. Thank you.

I love the way you only need one product for many cleaning jobs from windows to stainless steel to countertops, mirrors and tiled floors. The Koh refillable bottle is fantastic and reliable, it's so easy to use that you need to try it to experience it, the results are amazing! I also love the mop and the extra cleaning pads that come with it, I can have one in the wash and use a clean one when needed. I don't have the clutter of many bottles of cleaning products under my sink anymore and no more chemical smells. Try it for yourself! You're not only making cleaning easier and more effectively you are also helping the environment with less plastic and no chemicals.

Brilliant product which does an amazing job in such little time.
I have an OCD disorder but it has been overcome with the sparkle Koh leaves our home.
Would gladly recommend Koh to anyone looking for a squeaky clean home in such little time with such little effort.
Koh never ceases to amaze me and I have purchased them for myself and gifts to other family members who have also joined the Koh band wagon.

I’ve been using Koh since it was a relatively new company! I love it!! I have allergic reactions to many things and many products but not this!! It doesn’t smell, it works beautifully (I highly recommend the mop too by the way!), I spread brilliantly and goes a long way if you learn to trust the diffuser spray and don’t try to use it like a regular cleaner. It’s great on benches, stuff that needs gentle cleaning, floors but also ovens and tough things to clean! Also realise that KOH stands for the main chemical ingredient which is a nice stable but effective formula. I won’t go into the chemistry but it’s good and quite safe. Highly recommend!!

I have been using the whole bundle of KOH for 3 years now and their service is impeccable and any small problems are rectified with no questions asked.
I have introduced my children/grandchildren to KOH. Plus friends.And bought the bundle for them as a gift.
They told me it’s the best present they could have.
I thought as I promote KOH and buy it a nice little gesture would be appreciated. Even if it’s just the atomisers as I have a large house and like 1 in each area

I was Amazed, from the first spray on the stovetop to the cleanliness of my convection oven, my stone tops are no longer streaking and the windows/mirrors I can see out of properly with No Streaks. The microfibre cloths are great and the refill with a hint of lemon scent is so fresh and clean.
Did need to test the oven tray in an inconspicuous spot and when I did and used the scourer block it did rub off, so I do know now not to use the product and scourer on certain metals. Otherwise skeptical at first being the clean freak that I am but I am now a believer. Well Done Koh

I’ve been using Koh for quite a few years now and have found that it actually does what they say it will. Apart from being eco-friendly, it is very economical. The diamond sponges are amazing. I accidentally left a pot of water on the stove and it burnt dry. I thought I would have to throw the pot away. I used the diamond sponge & it came back as good as new & didn’t take too much effort. Koh is the best cleaning product I have ever used and would (and do) highly recommend it.

I am very happy with all of the products, I bought the home clean kit and was pleasantly surprised to find it matches the advertised expectations. So many products fall short. The cleaning spray is very effective, I used to have to scrub to clean my air fryer, now spray, leave it for about a minute then a quick wipe after I've cooked a roast and it is totally clean. The spray mop combined with the cleaning product is easy to use and very quick and effective. Happy to recommend all products. I received my order very quickly too

I was introduced to Koh from my daughter who recently moved into her own home. All her friends recommended. Absolutely love it, we have dark porcelain floor tiles and have tried every product that is on the market and that includes steam mops etc and they are always left cloudy/smeary. But the Koh cleaner / mop is amazing, wish I knew about it a long time ago. So easy and just love it. The best thing ever. It’s awesome for bathrooms/kitchen cupboards etc.
We have black granite benches in the kitchen and I have always used Windex with paper towel. I tried to Koh cleaner and the polish BUT definitely not good on granite. Left like a film/cloudy residue on them. Went back to the Windex and they are nearly back to normal, took a while to get rid of the film it left on them. So overall I am truly happy and will not use any other cleaning product throughout the whole house (except the granite benches) that’s a real no no

I have been very pleased with Koh and all its cleaning abillities. Its great having no harsh chemicals in our home, for us, for family members when they visit, for friends.
We have some help with carers in our home from Home Instead, and they too are very happy using Koh products in our home. It sparkles! Many have since started using Koh in their own homes , and are more than pleased. Thankyou for your interest and for supplying us with such great products.
