I went to the Depew store for a electric blanket, After looking around for about 15 minutes I couldn't find one.NO RESPONSE from anybody. I FINALLY talked to some girl that I thought worked there buy she didn't but was kind enough to look up blankets on her app. This store had none. So She looked up Orchard park store and they had one on sale; So I drove ALL THE WAY DOWN THERE.Went to look at blankets and couldn't find any electric ones, After about 15 minutes of looking I couldn't find it so I called the store from my phone to ask someone for help because I couldn't find anyone working there. THAT WAS A BIG JOKE. I called twice and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. Another 5 minutes went buy and I finally caught a guy walking by, he tried to help but after looking around all over we couldn't find it. Finally I asked for the manager, she finally came and I told her how dissapointed i was after driving all the way down there and they couldn't find it. That store was so messed up they had not marked where anything was and no one knew anything. So I left the store and ordered one from Amazon. I WIIL NEVER STEP INTO ANOTHER KOHL"S STORE EVER AGAIN, NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING AND YOU CAN'T FIND ANYTHING AND YOU CAN'T FIND ANYBODY THAT WOEKS THERE. THAT STORE SUCKS !!!!!
Now after shopping for years at Kohls for Lee jeans and capris, I was told today ( after trying cloths on for hours) that your coupon no longer applies to Lee brand!!!!! Like Lee is a premium brand ????? Thats about all the capris they carry. I told them they could keep all the purchases! The cashier said your coupon is only good for today. I said " who cares- wont be shopping there again!"
I shop in the Kernersville North Carolina location I am a man in my late 50s. I have never seen such garbage in your stores as icy today. People of age do not want to wear shorts up to their behind people want to wear something that's in style what you have it in your stores today is disgrace. Such cheap clothing. Get your ass together or maybe you'll be the next door closing. Man of my age like to wear shorts that are 12 inch inseam straight front classy shorts that we can wear going out at night or every day for the ones that you have in your store or short short ugly and what happened to the v-neck all colors t-shirts that you used to have an apartment 9 you no longer have them get it together
Your app to make a payment is awful 2 months in a row trying to make a payment and it wouldn’t let me. Since you did an update it is poor poor. I have had the same log in for 8 years and password for as long then I had to change because it locked me out. It locked me out again to many attempts. I made 2 Try to call and talk to a person forget about it You all need to look into the way Dish takes payments takes less than 30 seconds. Text pay bill, confirm,payment processed then I’m sent email confirmation and text confirmation Simple and doesn’t make a person upset when they trying to give you money
Information sent by Kohl's stated order was complete and on the way. The tracking number for UPS said it was never picked up. Then I found the order had been split up and another tracking number was never shared with me. The items in the first tracking number were never received so called customer service in Mexico (not my choice) so I called for a credit to be placed on my account after holding on the phone for 50 minutes. The information provided in email customer service rep. sent did not correspond to credit she wanted me to agree to place on my account. I asked to speak with a supervisor and waited about another 15 minutes and then was cut off before call was finished. No call back as of yet to complete action. I sure can't call back to be placed on hold for another 50 minutes. Horrible lack of service. I will never place another order on line with Kohl's.
Three items were ordered and two were delivered. The price today on the third item is half of what I was charged. I called customer service to no avail, and I was transferred back into the system at the end of the call. I called again and was told that there were no supervisors. Kohl’scustomer service is a nightmare!!!
My review is based on poor delivery times. I’ve yet to receive my order. COVID era is no excuse anymore. Everyone needs to get over that. I have sit and watched two separate orders -both for shoes for my son, sit for 6 days and not move per Kohls and USPS/Pitney Bowes tracking, showing to be in Irving Tx.
April 1 label created, to today it’s still in same dam spot. Sad thing is.. Irving is 45min from my house in Wills Point, Tx. There is never ever an excuse for why our delivery system has come to this. I have read the horrible reviews related to Kohls shipping/delivery times, and I’m saddened to see that I’m now a part of it. We typically don’t shop at Kohl’s, I’ll certainly not after this experience. My son has missed the reason and need for the shoes now.
If I could give zero stars I would! Now that they have changed the delivery company they use I refuse it irder online ! The drivers leave packages at the end of my driveway where my trash gets picked up I. The rain and snow and anyone could have driven down the road and steal my items. So disappointed and will no longer purchase online items at Kohls and it’s a shame as the kohls near me doesn’t carry a wide selection
I was genuinely concerned. I love the items I purchased and the customer service was not bad, but the fitting rooms were terrifying. I just decided to test the mirrors to see if they were two sided, and THEY WERE! I was shocked. I didn't have my phone on me so I couldn't take a picture, but I am scared. This was horrifying. Please, let's change this!
Kohl's has the worst customer service. If I could give them a zero rating, I would. I won't ever buy anything from there again. They advertise free shipping over a certain amount, and even though your purchase is over that amount, they charge you for shipping anyway. Then their customer service employees are rude, and argumentative and left me on hold for over 30 minutes while "checking" on my concerns. Do better, Kohl's.
I purchased 2 of the exact same item. I was charged for both items and I only received one. I have been trying for a couple days to get a refund or the item I purchased. I’m just terribly disappointed in the whole thing. I’m no longer going to be purchasing items from them any longer. It should be easy to contact someone. It is not
Kohl's is awesome! I just recently started shopping at Kohl's online. I love the convenience of shopping online with the option to pick up at a nearby store or have items shipped directly to me. Items arrive super fast and the prices at great! I ordered several items this morning and just receive notification that they have already shipped! This is highly unusual for a Saturday. Unbelievable!
Kohls will set you up for failure if you open one of their credit cards. I've been a customer for many years and have had an 800 fico for a very long time with all the credit bureaus. I rarely use any of my credit cards and when I do, sometimes I forget I even used them. Every card I have EXCEPT FOR KOHLS sends paperless statements when I have a balance due. Kohls waited until my account was 30 days late to even call me and only did so after reporting to all 3 bureaus that I was 30 days late. (Keep in mind that in order to do this, the bill would have been due on Feb 7th and they waited til March 8th to call me to let me know a balance was due. BUYER BE WARE OF KOHL's BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. and they told me that I would have to wait months to get a response back and in the mean time an 800 fico drops to 690. BETTER HOPE YOUR NOT WANTING TO BUY A CAR OR HOUSE. They will mess with your life and should be stopped!!!!
Kohls does not want to address your issues by phone. There is no phone number posted. When you finally find it, you are speaking with an overseas person. When they transfer you to the U.S. you wait for hours. They require two separate accounts: one for shopping and one for paying your bill, making it a nightmare of passwords and user names.
I just want to say, I went into Kohl's today to do an Amazon return which was quick and easy. I was given a $5 cash card to spend in the store... I purchased something and when I went to check out, the cashier asked if i received email from kohls wirh The mystery percentage off.. if she hadn't said that I wouldn't have known. Needless to say I was estatic to get 40%off!! I was very grateful! The staff there were unbelievably nice I have always had a good experience in Kohl's in Mayslanding.. very organized and very nice

Dec 9 2021 I placed online order with Kohls using the Kohl’s Credit Card, the merchandise was either stolen or delivered to the wrong address. The thieves took the merchandise into a Kohl’s store and instead of putting it back to the orig form of payment the store gave them a merchandise credit. I’ve been fighting with Kohl’s Credit Card for 3 months for a refund credit to the Kohl’s credit card. They keep telling me they can’t give me a refund because I got a store credit. HOW MANY WAYS CAN I SAY YOU GAVE STORE CREDIT TO THE THIEVES!!! I’m a person that cares about my credit so I am going to pay that $159.10, but they have lost me as a customer. I was the victim here. But Kohl’s doesn’t care. Oh they offered Kohls cash but we all know $159.10 of Kohl’s Cash is not really $159.10.

I'm written this review in hopes that noone else is scammed for their money! Khol's has ridiculous fees they add to your Khols card. I had not purchased anything from them in over 3 months. Yet I paid an extra $60.00. So that savings I thought I received was infact pricier than I thought. It's not about the amount of money they continue to charge their so called valued customers as they say...It's that they add absurd fees just to see what they can get from the customers. Once I called the customer service number and spoke to Rep: Porcha , she said she could only wave this fee if I didn't cancel my card.
I signed up for the kohls credit card and was suppose to get 35 percent off my 1st order using my credit but everything I try to use it on it says I can’t so spent 170 buck didn’t get kohls cash normally earned when spending money. I am not sure what has happened but more frustrating shopping there then not. I mean why so many restrictions on a discount and no list of what it can be used on unreal. False advertising along with the kohls can I never received for my ordet
I have had a terrible trying to speak to a service representative in regards to a charge card on behalf of a deceased family member. Neither the store location nor anyone on the 18885756457 or even 18887685559 numbers allowed me to speak to a representative to get this account cleared up. I have spent now 4 days and zero progress.
