The same as all the other one star reviews, should have checked the reviews before ordering, yes order didn’t turn up. After some emails I got a reply “ticket”. Interestingly it was signed Amazon support team, I have forwarded it to Amazon who are looking into fraud by Konnec. So if anyone has a similar ticket, perhaps you should send it to Amazon.

Further to my previous review for this company, I have received a tracking number from Hermes (who are now called Evri and not Hermes) 6 days ago and yes you have guest it. The courier is still waiting to receive it. This company is a total scam.

Ordered items from this company did not recieve raised a ticket as they call it still no response do not use this company no response say they have sent order never recieve and no credits issued for money they have taken

I ordered about a week ago and was told that the order would be here in 2-3 days, nothing’s been shipped, emails haven’t been responded to and I feel like a proper wet wipe. £45 down the drain it seems

Absolute con, I wish I had checked these reviews first. I placed an order that cost £34.20. The website still says unfulfilled. I have emailed, no reply. I have used the message facility on the Website and get told nobody is available and we usually respond within a couple of minutes, no reply. When I placed the order there was a phone number on the site this has been removed. The registered address is a post box service. Because my loss is under £100 I cannot claim on my credit card so I intend to spend another £35 and take them to small claims court. I will also report them to the local trading standards. A company like this that takes advantage of people should be stopped from trading.

I agree with previous comments about this being a scam site. It is looks like a sophisticated scam/fake shopfront set up to defraud unsuspecting buyers. My experience is the same as many here - made an order and nothing has been sent. There is no contact number and no response to emails. No goods sent, no refund, no way to contact. I don’t believe the positive reviews on this site are legitimate, many are not verified and they use a lot of similar language (thanks Konnec, well done Konnec, etc).

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Order never arrived after 12 days of trying to chase it up I got an email back saying a refund had been processed. 4 days later still no refund and now I’m being told to take it up with Amazon customer service even though it was bought through their website and not Amazon. Tried telling them this but just keep getting the same rubbish email. Now having to contact trading standards. Absolute joke of a company. Pay slightly more and go to a proper retailer and not theses scammers

I bought Hozelock nozzle and fittings starter set.
The service was excellent.Next day delivery.
The price was also excellent and very good value for what we paid.
Will definitely be shopping with you again.

Placed an order two weeks ago, the money was taken but I've not had a single update since. My emails are being ignored and the live chat is never available. Avoid this company at all costs - I will be contacting Trading Standards.

Haven’t received my order for Jubilee Bunting despite taking payment and offering to express delivery. When calling or emailing their support centre have been given promises that someone will get back to me. No one has done so on past 10-12 days. I’m beginning to believe this is a scam!!

AVOID THIS can't even say company as they r scammers. Ordered elfbar paid £70.19 and nothing except Hermes tracking number I got.
My bank will help me to return money and place dispute. THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CALL,NO ONE REPLIED TO NONE OF 4EMAILS. I think is time to take company to small claims court, this would be good punishment from customers. For me looks that compacreat to wash money and I will contact authorities to look closer at invoices and bank account of KONNEC and owner Sripiragash Kanthasamy

Ordered wasp nest killer via Amazon. Item arrived 24 hours later than predicted, but seems absolutely fine; none of the delivery problems others seem to have had. Based on my experience, very happy to order again from this company.

Ordered some bunting for jubilee, you advertised item saying plenty in stock and delivery within 48 working hours, it’s now 72 hours and the courier hasn’t even received package yet. Wish I’d saw reviews from other disappointed customers before ordering

I ordered some Jubilee paper napkins they arrive the day after I placed my order how’s that for excellent customer service, plus they are perfect just what I wanted. They were a very good price too.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchase but it was only a small item so went ahead but like everyone else I ordered and paid for the goods nearly 2 weeks ago and have not receive it. I really wouldn't both ordering anything as I think the actual likelihood of receiving the item is slim to none. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Do not buy from this company, its a scam,you pay for goods and the goods do not arrive.
