The ring was delivered as late as possible on the schedule so that you would have little luck sending it back in time to get a refund but since mine was "on sale" it was not eligible for refund. The ring looked gaudy and tacky not at all like the video on the add. The only reason I gave a 2 instead of a one was the nice packaging and the free gift which made my niece a nice trinket. I definitely wouldn't order from them again-

Please don't waste your time buying from this website. The pictures online look fantastic, but the jewelry is trash and unusable. Return DHL shipping to them from the U.S. is extremely expensive. Lajerrio offer free shipping to the U.S. because they know it will be too expensive to return to them. I donated the ring I purchased to charity - with the tag still on it and box included. What a scam LaJerrio is. Stay away!

I ordered the 13.1CT EMERALD CUT WHITE SAPPHIRE 925 STERLING SILVER 3-STONE ENGAGEMENT RINGS. The ring is absolutely stunning. It is so gorgeous and it sparkles so brilliantly. If you are considering ordering this ring I highly recommend it. It is perfect. I will wear it every day. Very easy checkout process and fast shipping. I will definitely order other pieces from Lajerrio in the future.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. After waiting TWO months, I emailed them and ask where my order was, Lajerrio said they couldn't track it and the emailed back a week later saying that it was lost by the courier, and that they they would refund me my money, underneath that statement there was a statement that said if it was paid for through paypal, it would be given back on that account or if it was a debit/credit card it would go back onto either of those. I asked them to refund my money back to my debit card that I purchased it on. I get an email a week later and they tell me "since your order is over the time' it can only be refunded to a paypal account" that would normally be fine but I don't have a paypal and I explained that to them. I also asked them to explain what "over the time" meant and they couldn't. I assume it means pat the 30 day money back guarantee time, which would be understandable if I had ever received my order, but I didn't. So now it's almost 4 months later and they are still refusing to give me my money back and when I asked for a supervisors name, email and number, they completely stopped replying to my emails. This is completely unacceptable and I would not ever recommend this company to anyone.

My fiance and I ordered me a ring and Lajerrio emailed us saying thank you for you order. Then NEVER sent the ring, so we emailed them back asking for the tracking number and they say that they can't find the order anywhere and we have to reorder...? So I we emailed them a screen shot of their email thanking us for our order. Then they email us back today saying they cancelled the order... and that we need to reorder but they already took the money from my fiance' s account. We already talked to the bank. Is this website even legitimate because I've been emailing and they are NOT responding.

Ok, to start there jewlery is lower end or considerd costume jewlery, however if a company offers a 1 year warrenty but wont stand behind there product what does that tell you... so i orderd my wife a black plated sapphire ring and it was beutiful and she loved it, but i order for anniversery and paid extra to get deliverd by our annsversery date, lets just say come almost a month late. Afters we finally got it with in 6 month the black completely tarnished off making it very ugly, and after the coating warn off, come to find out it was not even silver as was sold as a silver ring. Sent an email to warrenty dept and Lajerrio offerd a 20 % discount code to buy another, hum... so as i stated if a company offers a 1 year warrenty and dosent stand behind the warrenty or there product, be leary of this company as a good company would stand behind a quality product. Keep in mind it is lower end cosume jewley and i would buy from them again but being leary of how mutch im spending and on what im expecting.

The shopping and ordering process was easy. It took about three weeks for me to get my delivery but it was worth the wait. The ring is beautiful and does not look or feel cheap. It arrived in a beautiful box with instructions on care and a cleaning cloth. I wanted a ring with a WOW factor that I could afford. And this was it! It's not diamonds but nobody can tell! I've already gotten so many compliments on it! Love it!

I received my ring after getting the run around that their system was down and my shipping email never went out.

It finally arrived FROM CHINA and 2 STONES ARE MISSING! I emailed them.and Lajerrio said I have to pay to ship it across the world (I'm sure they wouldn't acknowledge they received it) or, get this. They would send me stones and I can pay to have them put in the ring. Hahhahah. WHAT!?!?!

So I have a junk ring. Lesson learned.

I was very surprised by the quality of my purchase. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would honestly have to give my ring at least a 13! It came in it's own ring box which is contained in a 2 drawer jewelry box. Also being it's sterling silver, it comes with a polishing cloth, well done! It's just as beautiful and sparkly as it is in the picture, well made and worth the price.

Shipping took entirely too long I paid extra for 3 day shipping because it took so long I was refunded my shipping fee but after 13 emails and I'm very disappointed because I wanted to order more but I'm scared it won't arrive in time for Xmas

Very pleased with ring; however shipping was extremely slow. Purchased expedited shipping and even after item was shipped, it took log than 3 days, so speedy delivery never happened.

Pleasant reply and timely and assure me of expedited shipping once product was complete processing, but speedy delivery was charged but never happened.

I order a ring set, it took over a month to come in. I ordered an 8.5 and then looked at their sizing chart and it recommended I order a 10.5. I emailed them and tell them I needed a 10.5 according to their sizing chart and now it's considered a "speciality ring". Lajerrio won't return it for a full refund until I pay shipping back to Hong-Kong. Shipping costs are almost as much as I paid for the ring. I will never recommend them to anybody. No where on their website does it say they are out of Hong-Kong. Had I known that, I wouldn't have ordered from the beginning.

Horrific. Ordered mid Jan. Express shipping weeks later got refund told to rebuy. Re-ordered and yhats when Lajerrio annul the discount and send you on a 2 month wild goose chase with dhl tracking numbers that dont work and FedEx numbers for delivery. Numerous "im sorry" reply emails containing nonsense. Then the excuse of our system is broken. Only given them a 1 star as theres no other option. 8weeks later still sitting waiting for the item. If they were honest i would be more forgiving but to keep advertising when they cant cope with what they have now is a joke

No problems at all. No issues from placing order to receive order. Colleen (wife) really likes the ring. She using it to ware to work so don't take risk on 4500. 00 ringset. Wife and myself is impressed by looks, quality and customer care. Thank you

LJ staff lost tracking when package went to a different parcel carrier and was concerned about package arrival. Everything went smoothly

I love my ring sooo much, it's beautiful. This is my first time ever shopping from Lajerrio. I love how you can get the ring customized to your size and even engraved. I decided to buy myself a nice ring for myself for Valentine's Day and I'm surprised it got here earlier than expected, I'll be back here again <3

This was an extremely unpleasant experience. I ordered on January 10.2020 you would think by also paying an extra $20 that you would have your ring in a timely matter. I was wrong. The status has said ready to ship for 2 weeks. When I mentioned this Joy said it was an error in the system and that my ring was still being made. I was told 9-11 business days until I had my ring. When that time passed I asked for shipping date. Joy said Lajerrio were on holiday and my ring wouldn't come until February. If my ring would have been "made from the moment I ordered " I would have it by now. There is no number to call only email and they reply once every couple of days to you. I was told if I did not want to wait I could cancel. Are you f****** serious? I waited all this time and now you say I can cancel? I want what I paid for! I will never order from this company again. I am still waiting on the ring 2/2/20.

Order this item for the second time 5/8 received tracking number 5/18. Started tracking item from usps site said it was received by united global development inc(shipper) as of 5/20 as of today item it still in transit with same shipper in the same place chino, ca today is 5/29. Called USPS was told anyone can make a label doesn't mean Lajerrio physically have the package. Guess it's a waiting game. Gave them a second chance never again.

Ordered ring and took alot longer to arrive than expected. Once received the ring is too large, although I ordered my regular size. I had wanted an exchange, contacted customer service sent in photos of ring as per their policy and 4 emails later still no response. Will be disputing charges with credit card company if no reply in 24 hours. Absolutely unacceptable

The ring I ordered and received is beautiful as is the gift box it came in.

My ONLY issue is with the time it took to get from Lajerrio to me.

That said, with personnel shortages plaguing every industry, I'm not surprised there was a delay (Ordered 2. 1. 22, received 3. 4. 22).

Overall, great experience and a beautiful ring the GF just loves.

Ordered a bridal set from Lajerrio which took over a month to finally receive, which I guess I'm one of the lucky ones that ACTUALLY received my order (thats why Lajerrio even get 1 star from me) had the ring 2 weeks and a stone fell out. I tried contacting their "customer service" and was ignored past the time the "30 day money back guarentee" was valid. Then was ignored completely when I asked to get the ring fixed not even replaced. The rings are pretty, however not durable for every day wear. I DO NOT recommend wasting your money or your time and aggravation.
