I ordered 2 lamps 6 weeks in advance as Christmas gifts. I contacted them 2 weeks prior to Christmas and waited for over a week to hear back. By this time is was the week of Christmas and our family celebrated early Both lamps arrived after the Christmas. When I asked to return for a refund, I did not hear back for 2 weeks. Lampeez offered to give me a 15% discount however, I told them I already had replaced the gifts since their products didn't arrive. I waited another week and they said I could return them however, I would have to pay a fee plus shipping. I would NOT recommend this company. In looking at their website, it states I was supposed to receive a draft of the product before the order was shipped so I could confirm I wanted it. I NEVER received this draft. Don't waste your time. I also checked this company on the Better Business Bureau. Horrible reviews. I wish I would looked there first. Buyer beware of this fraudulent company.

This company is a complete joke. Don't waste your time or money ordering from them. Ordered something in November. Didn't get it until late December. Lampeez sent me the wrong item. I sent the wrong item back. I then spent another month waiting for the correct lamp... never got it. Demanded a refund and they only gave me a partial refund. They will hear from me everyday until I get a full refund. P.S. It's taking a lot of self control not to use colorful language in this review. This "company" is RIDICULOUS.

The ads are so misleading, and the cost is not worth what u get. I received my so called 90 dollar lamp, with Xtra base, I received a 6 inch product went through hell trying to get the right lamp. AND here it is Xmas in 4 days and I still don't have the right product. Not only did I mail the wrong one back, but Lampeez requested a picture, and tracking number. I couldn't find the tracking number cause I sent it back a week ago. Horrible customer service. My friend has not received her lamp she ordered on December 13.

Ordered for a Christmas gift on 12. 4. 18. Lampeez advertise shipping starting at $7, however they charged me almost $11 for standard and I was willing to accept that. Promised shipping within 3 to 10 days. After 11 days I contacted them and they said it should arrive on or before 12. 22. 18, that the order was going that day. After two days i again contacted and asked for a tracking number. Again, they replied by email that it would arrive by the 22nd. Today is the 24th, still no lamp that was a gift for my granddaughter on Christmas. No response from this company, no email, nothing!, to let me know where it is. So now I don't have a gift for my granddaughter and I will never order from this company again!

After reading these reviews there seems to be a pattern. I placed my order on 11/29/18. Still havent received a shipping confirmation. Emailed twice with no response. I finally called today and after being on hild for 45 minutes my call was answered. It seems a story was made up for everyone. I could hear other people in the background giving the same story i was given. The whole pallet of items was lost! Yeah, right. She promised to personally send my item to FedEx today and have it here by Christmas. I'm 98% sure that wont happen but I will wait 2 more days and if my item hasn't shipped I will request a refund that I will probably never get. All buyers should be extremely cautious...

I ordered 2 lamps as Christmas gifts for my grandsons and I know Lampeez will love them! Love the fact that they are unbreakable, as they will be putting them on a shelf (according to their Mom). One lamp arrived without an adapter, so I messaged them and asked if they could send me one, since I Did Not want to return the entire package. They were So gracious and sent me not one, but two! Additionally, the shipping time was Much faster than what I thought it would be. Took less than a week for the lamps to arrive. May take a bit longer at holiday time, but I could not be More Pleased with my Purchase.

I placed an order for a birthday gift. Immediately after doing so I received and email confirmation and notice that order is being prepared for shipment and it even provided a tracking number. I kept checking for Tracking updates but there were none. Nearly 2 weeks later I called their customer support number but there was no answer and no recording... phone just kept ringing. I was able to get a hold of someone via their website online chat. When asked why no phone their response was we have no phone service at this time. That concerned me. I then inquired about my order and Lampeez said its out of stock and they are waiting for shipment. I asked where shipment is coming from and their response was a warehouse in China. That was a red flag IMO. Their website states it ships from a warehouse in Texas. Bottom line I would not Trust this so called company... Their communication to customers is poor, as I was not aware my order was being delayed... and note that their website states orders ship within 2-3,4-5 days... that is obviously a lie.
I would not recommend ordering anything from Lampeez.

Well first Lampeez are very much smaller then I thought especially for the cost, tho I bought them on sale. They all came in one box and I mistook the box as ONE lamp... so finally after trying to explain in their CHAT box I took the box apart to find 5 of 6 I ordered were there but one does NOT fit in the slot provided. These are Christmas and BD gifts so I really want them. Trying to find a phone n umber so I can actually SPEAK to a person,, I really like the looks of them. :O) yes this is a HONEST and OBJECTIVE review G=Ma

I am very pleased with the purchase of Mind illuminated football. There are times when I find myself staring at it because I am in all of the amazing beautiful colors that it can display. Most times, I will set it to the red to represent my Atlanta falcons, "Rise Up, Atlanta.!" Next, I will be ordering the basketball, tennis, baseball and soccer. What is there not to like? For operation purposes, one has an option to either use the DC power cord or use batteries. I highly, highly recommend this product.

This was a "just because" gift for my grown son. He loved it. I'm regretting my decision to gift it to my son, because it was quite cool and larger than expected. It came in a timely manner even with covid shipping delays. Before covid, my orders came quite quickly. I have ordered at least 3 lamps as gifts. Maybe one a year for 3 consecutive years. Once, I placed an order and then a really good sale was announced right after placing my order. I emailed the company and within an hour I had a positive answer to my request for the sale price and a refund to my credit card. I have found customer service to be attentive and willing to accommodate.

Love the idea of the illusion lamp, but my overall experience with lampeez was horrible and disappointing. I paid for express shipment to receive in 3 days. Two weeks later it was delivered. I kept emailing them, since no telephone number for contact and the only thing Lampeez emailed to say was "We are sorry for the delay". I didnt cancel the order because they wasn't offering a full refund. They was going to charge me for restocking fee and I would've had to pay a cost for cancellation. Please do not order from this company. Buyers beware.

Placed order on 11/26/18, Lampeez charged my card immediately. Finally, on Dec. 1, I messaged them and wanted to know where my lamps were (they were Christmas for my 3 grandkids who live in other states). They responded they had put the order in a shipping queue and should have by Dec. 12. On Dec. 12, no lamps. I selected the tracking for my order and they are supposed to be transferred to USPS for Dec. 14 delivery. Really? This is a horrible company with bad BBB rating and do not believe the reviews on their site---they are fake. They will never allow this review on their site.

I ordered a swimmer lamp for my 10-year-old niece on 11/26/18 as a Christmas gift. The Lampeez website said I would have my lamp in 7 - 10 days.

Three weeks later, I contacted them to ask where my lamp was. I then received a fraudulent email from USPS that said USPS had deemed my lamp undeliverable with no further detail.

One week later (on Christmas Eve) a wine lover's lamp arrived.

When I contacted Lampeez customer service for a refund, Lampeez were so slow with their response that I ended up filing a dispute through my credit card company.

When Lampeez finally responded, they asked me to send back the wine lamp, and only upon its receipt would they refund my money.

Since I had already filed the dispute, I mailed the lamp back. What am I going to do with a wine lover's lamp for a 10-year-old anyway?

Lampeez refunded my money MINUS shipping. Unacceptable. I told them I needed the shipping charge refunded and their response was, "We were willing to ship you the lamp you ordered."

Not only did they not communicate this to me at any point previously, but why would I want the lamp after all that headache?

Lastly, not once did they ever apologize or take ownership for the travesty of an experience I had.

As a side note, my mother-in-law ordered a lamp from Lampeez on 11/25/18 as a Christmas gift for my son, and it arrived after a month as well - too late for her to give it to him for Christmas.

This is a terrible company with horrible customer service that should not be in business. They should be investigated for fraudulent claims and for sending fraudulent emails posing as the USPS.

I got an email from the post office yesterday stating that my packages were delivered. The packages WERE NOT delivered to my address here in California, but were delivered to some city in Texas. How can a company get an address so messed up that it goes to a different part of the country. I am waiting for a reply from the company. Since there are NO phone numbers listed, I cannot call to speak to someone, which irritates me to no end. I am NOT in the mood for this before Christmas as these were to be gifts for my granddaughters. I will have to go out and buy something else... but those gifts won't be unique. I am mad.

Save your money! I We ordered the Elephant as a Christmas gift for our Granddaughter. Upon arrival in a paper mailer envelope, box smashed, upon inspection noticed the cheap material. The glass plate was extremely smudged and didn't fit in the cheap plastic holder the remote didn't work, the light colors did not work. And the only thing the customer service would do is charge me for return as well as a charge for "restocking " we paid 60$ and it cost us 30$ after fees. I wish I would have thought to take pics! What a RIP OFF. Because ofThis Company I lost my trust any other social Media advertisements... singed concerned consumer.

I agree with all the other negative reviews and should have seen this before making a purchase. I bought one as a gift, site scammed me into buying another AFTER checkout. So immediately emailed them for refund. Then I get the product and it is so cheaply made and looks like something you'd pick up for $1 at the dollar store! I would be embarrassed to give as a gift so emailed again for return process. Surprise! 10% "restocking fee" and charged additional $6.99 for shipping, even though I paid for my own shipping to ship it back? Such a scam of a company. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered Nov. 23,2018 and Lampeez charged my credit card on Nov. 2,2018. Sent several emails asking where my products were and kept getting the run around. Dec 3rd I requested they cancel and refund and immediately got a tracking number... and that was all they did, made a FedEx label but never sent any product. Kept requesting refund and they wont even answer now. This company is a scam. I am now filing complaints with Texas Attorney General and federal agencies. They took me for over $98 Don't order from these people. The phone number never is answered

This company is crap, bad on my part that I didn't do my research before ordering. Ordered first of November 2018, still have not received. I sent an email and was told in a not so nice way it would be shipping. I told them to cancel the order and Lampeez waited to respond for 3 days and then said it had shipped and they wouldn't cancel the order. So many scam companies that appear around the holidays. This company needs to be put out of business, they are doing nothing but taking advantage of people. Shame on them. May you rot in hell!

I ordered two basketball lights for christmas and got two soccer balls instead the day after christmas. Since then I have tried to get the correct items. Phone call and service was worthless. I waited on line for three hours and never got to speak with anyone. I have sent emails and had one response which suggested that I already received the correct items which was wrong then I got sent a return slip so I returned the wrong items as instructed. That was over a week ago and i have heard nothing. Now I think I will have returned the wrong items and paid for items that I never received.
By the way the phone line is now disconnected.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Not worth your hassle. No responsibility taken for their errors. Impersonal.

I never received order number (345341) Large Coral fish purchased September 10,2020 I have sent many emails to you about this item after so much time has past I have emailed you and said I wish to have the Large Dolphin since it's been a Hassel on the Coral fish, I have purchased 2other items from you received no problem but this Coral fish problem has left a bad taste in my mouth about this item this item is a Xmas gift I would appreciate it if you would make it right ASAP since I have been waiting since September send me the large Dolphin and where good.
