Short lived satisfaction
I bought two matching way lamps for my living room end tables called Onyx Night-light Table lamps items#76054. I fell in love with the beautiful design of lamps after I first laid eyes on them & to have built-in night light was a plus. Well sad to say, I had issues with using 3 way bulbs settings in lamps from the beginning & 7 months ago the 3 way setting does NOT work any more at all. Any other words, no more night light. That sucks! I have lost all confidence in ordering items from LampsPlus. You know their prices are not cheap!

Plus=Lots of Lamps. Minus=Un-informed Product. Specialists.
The site is not easily navigated. Many un-needed items (700+)jumbled within a specified search category. Trying to narrow a search is often pointless.
I had a question. The first product specialist was supposed to call back but didn't. The second prod. Spec. Called back twice but with incorrect info. The third prod. Spec. Knew less than the first two! All were very pleasant but were apparently being given incorrect info. Product range is quite good, thus the four stars.

Quick delivery - packing needed improvement
Good products. I am a repeat customer. Quick delivery. Good online experience,
Only complaint was that the two shades were nested together as LampsPlus were shipped and it left a crease on one of them. I believe it may go away, but it could have easily been avoided if there was some foam or padding between the shades. Otherwise, very well packaged with lots air bags.

A few weeks ago when we ordered our first sofa from Lamps Plus the shipping was sourced to a company that does not do residential inside deliveries. We had to figure out a way to get the heavy couch inside our home by ourselves even though we ordered the couch with the understanding that it was to be delivered inside the home. Customer support didn't fix this issue either when we spoke with them. I think it was a misunderstanding when your company selected the delivery carrier.

Mediocre Delivery
The product itself is great. However, the item came without a third light bulb, leaving me looking in the hardware store for a specialty bulb. The screws were loose in the box subject to being easily lost and the packing… styrofoam is killing the earth - do people understand this? Not only killing the earth, it shed so badly it left a mess to clean up despite the careful removal from box.

No backup if item is misdelivered or stolen.
I ordered a desk lamp from Lamps Plus. FedEx reported the lamp as delivered, but it was not at my door on that day. It was likely delivered to the wrong address, which is a common occurrence in my neighborhood. I asked Lamps Plus for a replacement; after six weeks of thinking about it, LampsPlus rejected my request. So now I have no lamp and a charge for $160. This is unacceptable. The consumer does not come first for this company. So be cognizant of the fact that loss or theft is your risk, not theirs

The acrylic lamp is fabulous and not fully attached...
We bought this acrylic lamp because we love the style. However, the base part (with the cord running through) was not attached and there's apparently no way to snap it together. We had ordered this lamp before several months ago and LampsPlus was very generous with their return policy. However, I think the entire shipment must have been this way. So, it's our fault this time for ordering again.

Nice Lamp but... Quality is so so.
Shopping was easy. I don't even know why web sites are still asking this question. Shopping is always easy. Instead LampsPlus should be asking if the product purchases met my needs/expectations - dumb question. ANYWAY Product quality is just OK. Crystals are attached with a thin wire which was lose on every crystal and because of that all crystals looked saggy, hanging on one side. I had to twist each wire to make them tight - and that finally gave it an appearance like the one on the web photo.

Excellent customer service
We ordered a set of lamps that have glass bases. One was fine, but one had a piece of plastic stuck to the metal rod running down the inside. We called to return them and we were lucky enough to get Victoria C. As our service rep. Victoria went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get what we needed and turned what could have been a chore into a pleasant experience.

Dealing with Victoria C. was the best part of our transaction and left us with a nice feeling about our Lamps Plus experience.

I have purchased a few items from you
I have purchased a few items from you. LampsPlus always arrive quickly. The quality seems good to me. My impression is that led items are lighter relative to other options. It takes a little getting used to but they are holding up great. Lights up about 10 months. Not one problem. I have a clock and under counter led lights on the way. I just ordered today and if they ship like all the others I should get them by the end of the week. Always free.

Wrong choice turns out RITE!
I chose a lampshade for a very large custom lamp. It arrived, packaged correctly, thank you. Installing it on the lamp it was intended for, disappointment! It looked terrible. There was another lamp in the room whose shade looked like it needed replacing. I tried it on this lamp and was impressed with how it made the lamp look. End results, very happy with my selection and the quality of the shade.

False advertisement. Unethical
I bought a fan and an extended rod. LampsPlus send me the rod after a few days and then I get an email stating my fan MAY be available late January 2022. Clearly the company knew they didn't have it in stock when it was advertised as available. I sent them an email canceling the fan and they have the audacity to say that since I received my $30 rod that I'm obligated to pay for the $600 fan that they don't know when they can deliver it to me. Complete B. S.

I have been hunting for a ceiling fan on about 5 different...
I have been hunting for a ceiling fan on about 5 different web stores today. Your your website is easy to use / navigate. The feature/option filtering was appropriate for the product, the content was good and check-out was straight forward. Pricing was pretty much the same on all other websites, but I purchased from you guys because of your website - nicely done.

They Always Get it Right!
My husband and I recently moved to another state. As is the case with so many "moves", we discovered some damage when our belongings were unpacked, among it, the desk lamp for our office desk.

I found the same lamp on LampsPlus (where I found the original lamp) and ordered it just days ago. It's been delivered and is perfect. Of course. I've purchased several items from LampsPlus and LampsPlus seem to get it right every time!

Been looking for a replacement dining room fixture...
Been looking for a replacement dining room fixture for our new home in Fla. Been to every lighting store in a 25 mile radius; looked online forever as well; this fixture kept popping up by Franklin Iron Works and I could only find it on your site. I'm not into ultra modern or trendy fixtures; rather traditional in style but needed the bronze finish. We have high ceilings and I'm hoping this fixture will be all I hoped it to be. Not as much as I actually wanted to spend, but once again, hope the look will be worth it; reviews of this fixture were great.

I would rate my experience as good
I would rate my experience as good. However I spent 20 min chatting with customer because LampsPlus did not shoe how this fan was mounted to the ceiling. Mr. Desmond sent me the instructions which show the mounting plate. Mr. Desmond said he would forward the co. To make them aware of this. I previous ordered two lamps in the brush nickle and this fan will blend in well I love the lamps.

Cheap Lamps
The color and style of the lamps were perfect, thus the reason for my ordering them. The quality was disappointing and the lamp shades are very cheap. One of the lampshades also has black a grease mark on it that I can not get off. The lamps came while I was out of town, my husband destroyed the packaging before I got to see them or I would have returned them. I will replace them with something else in the near future and donate these to a worthy cause.

Installation
The installation for this item was extremely difficult, due to the design. The cross bar drilled holes did not line up with the holes on the lamp base, and it also does not allow the lamp to have a tight fit to the ceiling. Also, the design at the base and the glass lamp are poor, as you can't put the tiny screws into the slots due to the lamp being in the way! I will leave the one installed lamp on the ceiling, but I want to return the second one. Beautiful lamp, however.

Long Term Repeat Customer lost due to Atrocious Customer Service
I am a long term repeat customer with Lamps Plus, have ordered thousands of dollars worth of lighting fixtures. I have been extremely happy until I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with their customer service.
Fedex lost an expensive ceiling fan (approximately 3 months ago.) I quickly reached out to FedEx and LampsPlus admitted fault, they recommended I reach out to Lampsplus for a refund.
Lampsplus disregarded the claim number FedEx had provided me and insisted they perform a personal "tracer" investigation. After almost 2 months they came back saying they would need additional time to process the claim and provide a refund. The customer service representatives were always hit or miss, some would be somewhat helpful and some were flat out rude. I would have to hound them to continue to move forward with the process of getting a replacement or refund. They would never proceed to the next step unless I called them.
When they were on the final step and about to process my refund they sent a final email stating they would not proceed with issuing a refund. After three (3) whole months that's your solution? After FedEx admitted fault on their end but you refused to take my claim number? I could have filed a claim with my bank immediately and the issue would have been resolved much quicker.
You lost a good customer Lamps Plus, I love your its but your poor excuse of customer service is your downfall. I will be seeking alternative vendors for my home lighting/decor from now on.

I really wanted a coupon, so I took the time to sign...
I really wanted a coupon, so I took the time to sign up as new member, and then to receive texts, but neither would apply. Now I'm going to be receiving promotional stuff, without receiving any initial benefit on the item I bought. It was not clear until after I signed up that the coupons wouldn't apply to open box items. Very disappointed and will not recommend people to sign up.
