Simple easy and prompt...

Laptop that I bought was wrongly advertised. Was advertised as having a backlit keyboard which was one of the reasons I purchased it. Upon receiving it it had no backlit keyboard. Annoying the website does not have the correct information listed for their items.
Laptopsdirect we’re good apart from that, delivery was prompt

Package was slightly damaged - a bit of padding wouldn't go amiss for delicate electronics.

Had an issue with my phone from Laptops Direct. Contacted their customer service, pleased to say they were as helpful as anyone could wish for, problem was resolved without the need to return my phone to them, although, in the mean time, they had taken the trouble to book a collection of my phone had I needed this service. Well done Laptops Direct, and especially the service team. Great to know that someone actually takes the trouble to “listen” to the customer.
Would I purchase from this company again? That’s a big YES from me.

They had the used monitors I was looking for in very good(A1) condition at a reasonable price. Painless purchasing process. Extremely well packed and delivered. Power cord supplied but they only sent VGA cables 😢 do had to order display port cables from Amazon

Explanation was great bought the cctv system with 2tb 8 cameras value for money.

Really good service, delivered next day, great laptop. Had a few problems getting the Windows licence sorted but Laptops Direct were very responsive which allowed me to get it up and running quickly.

The Logitech MK270 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Bundle arrived in timely fashion but I could find no instructions anywhere in or on the packaging on how to install them. I had to guess.
