Sizing was not easy...
Sizing was not easy... seriously order up a size at least. Exchange is scary. First I have to pay for an exchange size for both jackets. Second, lack of communication and I had to contact this company when I did not hear from them after LeatherUp received my jackets back a week prior to my contacting them again. I did everything I was suppose to. I contacted the website when the jackets did not fit. I filled out the online form and printed the return label from the email you sent me after completing the website form. I took the package to Fedex. You had my billing info to bill my credit card that I approved you doing when you sent the email shipping label. I paid again by the way... 21.00 this time. I tracked the package being delievered and received by your employees. I waited a week for you to contact me... and nothing. I had to do it. Look at dates.

Will not order from here ever again
I am so tired of the sizing of the women's jackets. The arms are way to small and tight. Returned 2 items and got charge $11.99 each time because their sizing is off. Then when I ordered a 3rd jacket in men's medium LeatherUp wanted to only give me a gift card for their crap and not refund onto my card. I called to complain am still waiting on what they decide. Not gonna be buying anything from them ever again. If I have to go up the food chain to get this resolved I will.

Was told no refunds, I explained I reordered a jacket because on website there was not an option to exchange. They said they would let me know within 48 hours. We will see. I am not happy with this company keeping my refund hostage just to try to make me buy more from them.

I made an order and entered my gift card, numbers. But the gift card was not recognized. I tried to cancel the order, but there is no recourse. How is it that the biggest e-commerce company in the world, Amazon, can offer a cancellation on orders, but Leatherup can't because there are "so many orders" that a cancellation can't be done? Your check out process is flawed. Plus, the website is a mess. Why can't you see the whole page without the banner on top of the page? What a pain. Won't be buying from Leatherup again.

You offered me a 2 year extended warranty on this product,...
You offered me a 2 year extended warranty on this product, which I agreed to purchase for roughly $9.00. It did NOT appear in the checkout nor was it reflected in the total price. I called *******010) and was unable to contact anyone at all, despite a few, different attempts. I would very much like to provide the 2 year extended warranty on this product as it is a gift. If anyone would be so inclined to contact me re: this, I imagine I would happily rate my experience a full 5 stars and recommend LeatherUp to anyone considering them in the future.

First vacation in 7 years, order in the end of august
First vacation in 7 years, order in the end of august. Ordered direct from company gave all info opened email September 3 said shipment on hold due to address gave same address now everything ok. Leaving on the 8th LeatherUp had my phone number, really you cannot pick up the phone? Better yet I give you the same address the last time as I did the first. All will be forgiven en if product arrives on time, if not you can have it back. And I expect you to pay the shipping. And I will never do business with your company again. There is no excuse for the type of service. If I run my business like this I could take many more vacations.No money to go, but plenty of time.

Disapointed
I waited almost a year for the Women's Black Buffalo Leather pants. When finally I received a pair that fit, I found that the pants had two[2] holes one in front right leg and one in back of left leg. After notifying Customer service in December 2019 I finally got disposition in February 2020. Customer service refused to replace damaged pants because it had taken too long. Never mind LeatherUp had delayed disposition with incompetence.
I'm so disappointed. Definitely will not order any merchandize from them in the future.

The right stuff at a great price
The website is very clean and it is easy to find what you want. I have always found the size designations (S, M, L...) to vary widely from manufacturer to manufacturer. The sizing chart for the item on the LeatherUp website cut through all the uncertanty and the fit is exactly as I needed. The denim shirt feels solid I expect it would be warm on those early spring days. I would not consider this is not a winter top layer for temps under 40 when riding but it would probably still keep you warmer than a light jacket when not riding. Seams are tight and overall construction is high quality. Can't wait to get on my bike this spring.

I love the ease of navigating the site
I love the ease of navigating the site. I love the variety of items LeatherUp have. I love that I ordered my jacket on a Wednesday and it was here on a Thursday. I even love the jacket itself. What I don't love is that the jacket was two sizes too small and I had to pay $21 to return it. I had to pay $11 at UPS for a bag to put it in and because I had to use their computer to print out the $10 return label LEATHERUP made me pay for. That's why I give it a three. I don't know if I'll be ordering again because I don't want to end up paying more for shipping than for the item I buy if there's a problem with the size.

LeatherUp has treated me very well for about ten years now. Last night at like 1a.m. I decided I needed a few new mechanics shirts. Well one of them I ordered in a small when I wanted a large. The order was complete and paid for before I noticed the mistake. I wrote an email with my problem, just giving it a shot, and man was I blown away. Jason had my order canceled and reordered in like 10min. I'm an anxious person and I included that fact in my email for help. Jason hooked me up and the anxiety was gone. Great experience

I am witness to one of very few companies that is a pleasure to do businesses with hands down. Either your purchases go through with lightning fast delivery without a hitch. Or you may personally have an issue or quirk over something?... Forget about it... It's taken care of... Excellent products, ( my choices are anyways),,, Excellent shopping experience via the detailed description of merchandise. All along with the best customer service I've ever received. Hands down.

Just a typical experience, nothing fancy, the usual everything that i was interested in either was out of stock or did have my size. And the only size LeatherUp have was one that a new born baby could maybe fit in... hence the sale price... getting rid of someones overstocking a ridiculous size nobody ever buys... other than that nothing special. Your average experience...! I let you know more when i can actually determine an experience, by how quickly i get my $#*! i ordered, and hopefully not scammed, as so many of these sites do...!

Easy navigation of the site and products, there could be improvement in the information about sizing, specifically with the footwear. Some items have size charts or statements but many don't. I purchased a pair of boots in my size, turns out LeatherUp run large and the description did not have any information or a sizing chart. Customer comments stated too small, perfect size, too big so not a good source of information. The return process is pretty simple but the extra cost and time just delays my ability to use the boots.

I have been using LeatherUp for years
I have been using LeatherUp for years. Today I ordered boots. I used PayPal and paid then remember that I forgot to use the coupon code. So, I emailed them. Then I thought, the coupon code ends today so I should call and ask them if LeatherUp could refund me the coupon amount. To my surprise he said. "Ma'am, it looks like we've already done it and we sent you a email to confirm". Amazing! This was all within 5 min of ordering! Great customer service! Thank you LeatherUp!

First ordered a pair of med chaps an driving gloves an both didn't fit. I sent back an changed them out for a small pair with a removable quilted liner because first pair didn't have the liner I had thought it did. Waiting on my delivery that should be here today an tom. I ended up buying a face shield that's coming today.
I got it instead of gloves because I bought gloves at a shop in person for the right fit. But chaps should be in tomorrow! I cant wait to try my new gear! It gets alil chilly up here in parts of maine!

On Monday I hadn't received any information regarding shipping or responses to the emails so I called the 1-800. Tried to connect to customer service, not available, tried general information, no available, tried to leave a message and the mailbox is full. I want to cancel the order before it ships to save everyone time and effort... no luck. Order #1361735

The loading of pages was quick
The loading of pages was quick.
The information on the items I looked into was thorough and informative.
The pictures were great in that LeatherUp showed really good and close-up detail of the jackets and chaps I looked at.
The prices were fantastic and I was able to apply a 10% additional discount and I wish I was in a position to order more items to take even greater advantage of it.
Thank you for the additional discount my budget appreciates it.

DO NOT ORDER FROM LEATHERUP!
The leather jacket I ordered was supposed to have a small change pocket on the front. The jacket I received did not have it. I called customer service and LeatherUp sent me a return label. I returned the jacket. A new jacket was sent out to me the same day. The second jacket I received did NOT have the change pocket! I called customer service and got another return label, but this time I requested a REFUND!
This was to be a Christmas gift and I can not risk a 3rd mess up! I will NEVER order from this company again.

Customer service was ok.

Leatherup does not uphold the customer service values of their respective peers and will not be a go-to vendor for my company needs going forward.

There is a level of dishonesty and false advertisement not matched by many in this day and age. There are so very many companies available to provide the same products, at not only a better price but with a more dedicated customer service team!

Please note, the free returns and free exchanges advertised with Leatherup are COMPLETELY FALSE!

If Leatherup took note of proper legal protocol, understood the meaning of free returns/exchanges and addressed their customers with care and concern, LeatherUp MIGHT have a chance in the competition BUT sadly this is not the case.

I implore those looking for high quality, reasonably priced leather goods to look elsewhere! Buyer Beware - Leatherup does not uphold their advertising and they will not assist you with ordering mishaps in a way that allows their customers to feel appreciated for spending their hard earned money.

I bought a jacket last year for my son and he was very happy with the purchase. It fit him great and he wears it everyday. (even when he skis) So he need a new jacket and of course I went to LeatherUp. I bought him a jacket that was very similar to the one I bought last year but the sleeves are so long. I didn't realize that there were sleeve lengths because his original one fit so well. Now I need to replace the jacket but SURPRISE, it's a CLOSEOUT. That means I am stuck with a jacket I can't use. It doesn't indicate that on my receipt. So BUYER BEWARE.

First of all let me say the quality of your products...
First of all let me say the quality of your products is great the thickness of the leather and the quality is amazing the only thing is that it fit me way too big, I am 5 7 and weight 190 and I wear size Chase 44 it'd be amazing if you guys can change the size chart a little bit I sold the vest to my brother and that's why I bought another size a large hopefully it'll fit the way I like it, if not I will be returning it but other than that it is an awesome vest that's why I'm buying again.
