Legacy Touch

I ordered two of the thumbprint keychains with my mothers thumbprints and had the dates and names put on them. When ordering them on the screen it showed them correctly. When I received them this week Legacy Touch had dropped the 21 off the end of this years date so instead of the date reading 07/15/1943 - 05/03/2021 it read 07/15/1943 - 05/03/20 which was obviously not correct. I contacted them immediately and there answer was we sent you an email so we can't do anything but offer you a 50% off to purchase them again. I never received an email from them I went through all my emails and spam there was nothing so she then tried sending it again same thing never came through. She sent it a different way from a different email and that one came to me so something was not working with the original email they were using. She said I had exceeded the maximum allowable characters so that was why it cut the 21 off so I asked why it didn't state that on the system when I was creating this and she didn't have an answer. This was very upsetting as I have just lost my mom, these were over $200 and now to get them again they want me to pay over $100 more for them. I feel this company is taking advantage of peoples grief and not providing good customer service for a mistake on there side. I would look elsewhere before using this company.

I ordered the fingerprint pendant with silver chain, which is great for special occasions. I also ordered the fingerprint dog tag, which I feel is better for every day wear. I love how I can feel the ridges of my loved ones fingerprint. Whenever I am missing him (which is always), I can run my finger over top of his print and it brings me comfort. The quality of the jewelry is exquisite and amazing. I will definitely be placing more orders in the future and would recommend this site to everyone. I think it's a beautiful way to remember your loved one and always have them close to your heart.

Item received as disclosed. Price is high and promotion for $30 off (w/free chain) was not real. I didn't need chain and cost was same, Legacy Touch told me that's just how it works. The receipt was even misleading. This was for my grandma who lost her second and youngest son so, I felt it necessary anyway.

I bought two, one for our daughter in law and one for myself. Legacy Touch are beautiful what a wonderful memory we have of my son to hold onto forever. My son passed away prior to their son being born, this will forever be something his son can also hold onto as a little part of his father.

I received necklaces I ordered in a very timely fashion. I feel like quality could have been better, as Legacy Touch are very expensive. It's too bad items are not cheaper, so people who can't afford it can buy, because I love the concept, but paid over $500.00 for two necklaces.

Soo my mother passed away on September 6,2018. This year me my 2 sisters and little brother planned on doing something with her ashes for the 2 year anniversary. However my sister got her car broken into August 30th and Legacy Touch took her purse that had all of our remaining ashes in it. We were devastated and broken. I called the funeral home and they referred me to legacy touch to have her finger print out on something special with her own personal pin number. I just want to say how grateful I am of this necklace I chose and how it brought me close to my mother again who I thought I would never have any connection with again. I don't write reviews but I had to this time. Thank you guys for making this so beautiful for me. It's perfect..

This is an amazing idea. It is a precious priceless memory for a loved one. I can't wait to give it to my dad tomorrow for his birthday. Losing his little brother due to Covid without being able to say goodbye what a difficult time for him and this will help carry him close to his heart.

I bought the money clip and the lighter for my 2 sons with there Moms finger print she passed away 6/20 when I give them to them I think Legacy Touch will like them very much and there Mom will always be with them I think they are great and my sons will probably get very emotional when they open them on Christmas.

I'm a very petite person so I decided to stick with a charm size heart for my thumb print of my grandfather and it turned out beautiful. The only thing I would recommend is you should provide chains with purchase considering the price of them now.

I wanted a way to honor my soldier Dad. This was perfect. My Dad was my rock and this was the best way to honor him for my sister and myself. I would recommend this site for anyone who wants to honor their loved one.

In May we lost our 2 month old grandson. The staff at Legacy Touch helped us with our order in chat and by phone. I placed an order, but after review, the staff called to say that the finger prints I sent weren't clear enough to use, would it be okay if Legacy Touch used the footprints I sent for my entire order instead. They were so compassionate and kind. Our necklaces came out beautifully. We received our entire order in a weeks time.

I recommend them to anyone looking for a way to keep their loved ones close to their hearts.

I got the bear with the fingerprint on a necklace. It looks really cheap and I am disappointed in the item. I wish I could find another company to go through and get my family all a bear with our loved one's fingerprint on there

My most recent interaction(s) with Legacy had two components. Due to arthritis I needed to have my fingerprint ring up-sized by a half and that was done so quickly and I have a very difficult time determining where the ring was modified in any way. Great job! My other interaction revolved around ordering a fingerprint dog tag and that order, too, was handled very expeditiously and I am extreme; y satisfied. I wear my fingerprint dog tag along with my military dog tags and it means so much to me to be able to do that.

There product is totally top of the line. You couldn't ask for anything more. There delivery time line is spot on. My delivery time line was 36-48 hours. I received my order in 22 hours. I totally recommend this company for all your personal wants.

Got my mother a charmed necklace with my brother Doug who passed away of colon cancer finger print on it for 84th birthday. I loved it so much that hoping to save enough money to get myself and 2 sisters one also.

I purchased a dog tag necklace for my husband for $175. Less than 24 hours after I ordered it I realized there was something wrong with engraving (my fault) and emailed them to see if I could change it. Legacy Touch replied no because it had already gone into production. I called to see if the response would be different but was again told, no, it's already gone into production. I think for $175 for a tiny piece of lightweight aluminum you could redo it. Your prices are insanely high and your profit margin must be ridiculous. I think this company takes advantage of those who have lost a loved one. If you go on Etsy you can get the same products for 1/4 the price. I would never order from them again.

These are the two best reminders of a loved one I could have ever gotten. Legacy Touch are beautiful and perfect, and made with great quality. Please get one for yourself. The best reminder of a loved one you could for yourself. I havent taken then since i got them, except to shower, then they go right back on.

I am very very pleased with my locket that I ordered. It has my son's fingerprint on one side and will have his picture on the other. It means so much to me to have this locket. I feel like he is just a closer to me when I'm wearing it.

This Pendant is not only beautiful it is impressive. I ordered the dog tag and was pleasantly surprised that it was so well made. It's smaller in size than a standard dog tag. Perfect for everyday wear. I am so glad that this option was available.
