I was notified my previous CC didn't work
I was notified my previous CC didn't work. We played phone tag for quite a bit to attempt resolving this. I never got in contact despite being on old and asking for a callback. Instead I went to online Chat and was able to get the order cancelled.

It would've saved us all a lot of time if you just let me cancel and re-order from the beginning if that was going to be the final resolution.

Least expensive price after $160.00 rebate which you have to submit after purchase for a visa gift card. Reasonable shipping rate $7.95 5-7 business days and processing fee seems to be about $35.00 but even so still less than others.

Offering discounts would help ensure future purchases and keep competing companies at bay. Also, thought the processing fee was high and was disappointed as I could only purchase one box. My new astigmatism prescription contacts are already so expensive and would really appreciate any offer to lower price.

I feel manipulated when a company takes 10 weeks to process a rebate. It seems like your company is counting on many people not remembering to send for the rebate or that they'll forget about it if it never arrives.

I've read that only a small number of people ever actually send for rebates. So Lens.com aren't actually getting anywhere near the lowest price. It's not the right way to make money. Why not just order good prices to begin with?

It sucks
Was taking way to long to get here and then called and had them cancel it and the lady never really canceled it so Lens.com still took my money and I still have to wait 2 weeks before they come and then have to spend them back and wait even longer to get my money back!

Good customer service and best price out there
I looked at multiple other sites to buy my contacts at and lens.com was cheaper than 4 other sites I looked at. Every other site was at least $30+ more for my biofinity toric lenses. It was supposed to take 2 weeks to get to Vancouver, Canada but I hadn't received it yet so I contacted customer service. Lens.com replied right away and sent me new ones at no cost. Exceptional customer service and cheaper than all the other sites I've been to. Will definitely be buying my contacts from here from now on!

I did not see anywhere on any page during checkout to apply coupon code or to change coupon code. After chatting with agent Laura K, she advised to empty the cart, logout, and log back in to apply different coupon code. I still did not see a "special offer" option as she said. I was able to apply the discount code I wanted, but had to use a link from my email since I renewed my prescription through lens.com. I wish there was an easier way to put in or change coupon codes.

Shopping experience is always great except, always a problem with perception and it's always something missed and could have been updated without finding out my contacts are not on the way 3 days later, after paying for overnight, process needs to get better

The only thing I didn't like was not enough information about prepaid card and where you can use it. I found out my answer through the chat but I wish it was more clear so customers could surpass this extra step.

Re-order was quick and easy. Was a sneaky bastard move, though to show pricing that included the rebate, with expressly telling me that up front. I almost stopped the transaction when I saw it was $100 more than expected hitting my credit card.

This is the second time I've used lens.com and will probably never use another company for my contacts. Very convenient and easy to use, especially when reordering. Just click the email link and I'm taken right to the checkout! Always great deals and/or rebates.

Absolutely WORST customer service on the planet!
Do not bother buying from these people, they're a mess! And do not believe all of those 5-star reviews on their site. What a joke! Lens.com MUST be fake, considering their complete incompetence and lack of professionalism, as well as low-quality, defective lenses. They actually have a B- and tons of complaints (71% negative) with the BBB, who is much more reliable than their own website, for sure! That's just 2.94 stars!

The "supervisors" are worse than the employees. One even blatantly LIED about calling me, as she had promised to do, and leaving a voicemail. 1. I had my phone with me at all times, and she did not call. 2. I had no missed calls. 3. My phone is not even set up to receive voicemails! (LIAR! BUSTED!).

Dealing with them was a complete nightmare, and I will NEVER buy from them again. Something that is quick, easy, efficient, and even pleasant with other companies is worse than surgery without anesthesia with them. HORRIBLE COMPANY! They reel you in with supposedly lower prices, but you pay for it big time with blood, sweat, tears, time, and aggravation. Keep those additional 10 years of life and don't deal with these people!

Plus, don't give them your credit card information, and if you already have... watch your account like a hawk, because I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them. I'll be filing a complaint with every agency that has anything to do with them as well. They should not be allowed to put customers through this hell.

Not crazy about having to submit for the rebate. Also total of lenses (post rebate) nets to be higher than advertised. Feel a little like bait and switch. That being said, did some in on the lower side of the scale. Daily contacts are tremendously expensive without insurance.

I think the sales are deceiving because u think u are purchasing for one price and then the price ends up with a rebate and processing fees added at checkout... I have used this website for years but I am not sure I couldn't just get it cheaper at my optometry office minus the rebates which I wouldn't use and the extra processing fee of 10 dollars plus 9.00 shipping and handling for a package that weighs several ounces...

I am sure I submitted my rebate last time, but I did not get it, and now it is too late to get it. Hopefully that will not happen this time. Especially since Lens.com are both $90 rebates, which is a significant amount, not just some $20 rebate. Any help or support with the last one would be appreciated. You can contact me via email.

This experience was hassle-free and quick. The website is easy to navigate through and the prices are just right. I received an instant $40 rebate that I was not expecting but definitely could use. Now I hope my order gets here before the expected date of arrival, that would be the icing on the cake. Thanks, Lens.com

I will order through this company again.
I've used Lens.com before, and will continue to use them. I'm always impressed by how easy Lens.com are to work with, and how helpful they are resolving problems with my prescription. The only thing that kept me from giving them all 5 stars was that it seemed to take a bit longer than I would have expected to get my order. But other than that, I continue to be very pleased.

Easy to use
Easy to use. I don't like the addition of the sketchy processing fee to the order. The site tries to mask it by combining it with taxes, but in my state there are no taxes on contacts. Lens.com has a good price even with the sketchy additional fee. Customers would have more confidence, though, if Lens.com stopped being sleazy about their business practices.

LENS.COM CREATES A VACUUM(SUCKS)
I ORDERED LENSES FOR A FRIEND, DOUBLE CHECKED PRESCRIPTION, AND WHEN Lens.com ARRIVED THEY WERE WRONG, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO VERIFY THE PRESCRIPTION. I GOT AN RMA #, FILLED OUT THE RETURN FORM, AND CHECKED WRONG ITEM SHIPPED. WHEN i GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THE RECEIVED THEM AND REFUNDED EVERYTHING BUT THE SHIPPING AND PROCESSING THEY TRIED TO SAY i ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM. I WAS MADDER THAN HELL. THEY FINALLY AGREED TO REFUND THE SHIPPING AND PROCESSING BUT STILL SHORTED ME $1.00, I'LL BE CALLING BACK, THE PRINCIPAL YOU KNOW.
ON A SIDE NOTE, THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL SAYS USPS SO THAT'S WHERE I TOOK IT, COME TO FIND OUT IT'S FED EX SMART POST WHICH ADDED ABOUT A WEEK TO THE RETURN WAITING FOR FED EX TO PICK IT UP. I THOUGHT IT GOT LOST AT THE POST OFFICE BECAUSE IT DID'NT SHOW UP ON TRACKING FOR SO LONG.

Lens.com has a website that's very easy to navigate, which makes finding the right contacts easy. Not only this, but Lens.com tend to have amazing offers on just about any, and every type of contact.
Once you order, if you can't upload a prescription yourself, they take it upon themselves to contact your eye doctor and verify if. I was impressed with how quickly they do this. Your contacts are delivered to you impressively quick, and that was important to me.
Overall, they definitely deserve a 10/10!
