It would've saved us all a lot of time if you just let me cancel and re-order from the beginning if that was going to be the final resolution.
I've read that only a small number of people ever actually send for rebates. So Lens.com aren't actually getting anywhere near the lowest price. It's not the right way to make money. Why not just order good prices to begin with?
The only thing I didn't like was not enough information about prepaid card and where you can use it. I found out my answer through the chat but I wish it was more clear so customers could surpass this extra step.
The "supervisors" are worse than the employees. One even blatantly LIED about calling me, as she had promised to do, and leaving a voicemail. 1. I had my phone with me at all times, and she did not call. 2. I had no missed calls. 3. My phone is not even set up to receive voicemails! (LIAR! BUSTED!).
Dealing with them was a complete nightmare, and I will NEVER buy from them again. Something that is quick, easy, efficient, and even pleasant with other companies is worse than surgery without anesthesia with them. HORRIBLE COMPANY! They reel you in with supposedly lower prices, but you pay for it big time with blood, sweat, tears, time, and aggravation. Keep those additional 10 years of life and don't deal with these people!
Plus, don't give them your credit card information, and if you already have... watch your account like a hawk, because I wouldn't trust them as far as I can throw them. I'll be filing a complaint with every agency that has anything to do with them as well. They should not be allowed to put customers through this hell.
ON A SIDE NOTE, THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL SAYS USPS SO THAT'S WHERE I TOOK IT, COME TO FIND OUT IT'S FED EX SMART POST WHICH ADDED ABOUT A WEEK TO THE RETURN WAITING FOR FED EX TO PICK IT UP. I THOUGHT IT GOT LOST AT THE POST OFFICE BECAUSE IT DID'NT SHOW UP ON TRACKING FOR SO LONG.
Once you order, if you can't upload a prescription yourself, they take it upon themselves to contact your eye doctor and verify if. I was impressed with how quickly they do this. Your contacts are delivered to you impressively quick, and that was important to me.
Overall, they definitely deserve a 10/10!
