The shipping company they use really lets them down, over two weeks to deliver parts locally is unacceptable

Purchased a folding e bike from Leoncycle which came with $444 of extras. Really love this bike. Great fat tyres and strong solid frame. Couldn’t be happier with the bike and the customer service received.

The Leon Cycle people are great! Attentive and helpful. I bought a Moscow M3 (not a fashionable label atm!), it’s great, does everything I want it to do, it’s a great bike for cross country use, being a hard tail, I’ll fit a spring seat post though.
One thing, I was surprised to see the Instagram advertisement that any Leon E-bike purchase now comes with $444 worth of accessories and free delivery! I just missed out on this special, so although the bike is great, there is some feeling of missing out! Oh well!!

I purchased the NCM Aspen 4 weeks ago and OMG!! It's the best investment I've done for awhile 😉.

I bought the Venice Plus a while ago now. It took a few months to find out how to ride as I kept finding benefits all the time. Initially I thought it had only 3 electric powers. How wrong I was it has 6 !
Then I found out - again by mistake - that I could go from the 6 power to Zero by just clicking up at the top of each hill. It then automatically went to zero battery power. This obviously extends the battery power and capable mileage per charge enormously.
I bought it to do a 4 day charity ride to cover just over 320 miles. This needed an average speed each day of at least 12 miles per hour. I am now up to 14.5 mph average.

Quick efficient sale, on my way from one job to another, got all the information I needed and was out the door.

I was very happy with my purchase and even happier when the bike turned up on the day they said it would. About to buy a second bike and am certainly leaning toward leon cycles.

I bought my wife a NCM Paris plus bike as a present. I was so impressed with the service and the friendly nature of the staff that I went back and bought myself one. We have been extremely happy & have had many great rides in the last month. I highly recommend Leon Cycles in Richmond.

Buckled the back wheel on my Milano. Went online ordered a new wheel, good price and delivered to my camping address (Bathurst) in record time (thanks couriers please).....fantastic service. Had local bike shop put it together. VERY HAPPY GREY NOMAD.

Don't like:
* black heat-absorbing battery cutting lifespan unnecessarily. Don't park your bike in the Australian sun or paint it white!
* Black rear mudguard would be better off having a white tail end to be reflective and add to safety (like is the rule in The Netherlands)
Do like:
* easy, comfortable, reliable, good range, useful "assist level" settings. It really encourages me to cycle

Easy to deal with and prompt delivery, although tracking was misleading. Had no real idea when it would arrive

Good backup service. Battery was dead from new, (that can happen to any Li battery) but replaced straight away. Always better to buy from a real shop and not second hand or online.

I recently upgraded our 2 Paris ebikes to 2 F1000 fat bikes. All 4 ebikes were purchased at Leon CYcles. I was offered a great deal on the subsequent purchase and some accessories thrown in with the price. The high level of assistance by the Leon Team has been awesome and we are happy with all 4 ebikes. 5 Stars. I've had my new Moscow ebike since Oct 2021. And love it. I'm a short person, so found I could stand over 26" ebike comfortably. Thanks to the Team at Leon Cycles who've been great at responding to my questions and helping me with an issue I had. Gail Piper

Had a NCM Moscow M3 delivered, excellent bike, along with great service and communication from Leon. Had the free accessories pack included. Excellent value.

I actually cancelled my order due to issues with deliveries to Western Australia at the time and the fact that I found a local supplier with the bike in stock.
Leon Cycles, were very easy to deal with and I had no trouble at all cancelling the order. The bike actually had to be pulled from the truck as it had just been loaded and my funds were promptly returned.
Top effort guys. No sale this time, but I would not hesitate to shop with you in the future.

Excellent bike and good service , wish I had waited a couple of days for the Valentines sale :( , the bike is a truly great bike , I can recommend the Venice or the Milano in all ways , comfortable to ride , good battery life ( more than you need ) smooth power changes , great gear changes , good brakes , simply a great bike that will definately take me to a car free future , thank you NCM and Leoncycle for this great package and top service AAA+++AAA
