My Wife and I recently purchased a chair and sofa from the Winnipeg location. Upon delivery there were some issues - it happens from time to time. When we went to discuss the issues at Leon's we were helped greatly by the Customer Care Manager - Chiqui. It is nice to know that the people you purchase from truly have your back when an issue arises. It was the very best service and we will definitely continue being customers at Leon's based on a very positive outcome from what could have been a very bad experience. Thank-you Very Much Chiqui !! I have bought several items of furniture from Leons and my sales associate Yasser went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchases. He is extremely friendly without being pushy. I would highly recommend Leons and make sure to ask for Yasser Hasan

Called Leon's today 04.21.2022 concerned that a purchase I made well over 21 weeks ago has not been delivered. It is outrageous that this place is still in business with products not going to be delivered in well over 4 months. This store is not transparent especially with big ticket items. The Manager by the name "USHA" is an extremely poor example for staff members and should not be representing a 100 year old company. No empathy whatsoever, Extremely RUDE, Foul Mouth, and had little or no regard for the issue at hand. Made no effort to assist and literally hung up the phone while pretending she was unable to hear what I was saying when I tried to speak with her. This was indeed the poorest service from any Canadian Store I have ever dealt with. The only Rainbow at the end of this storm was Ali ( the sales rep) who was actually doing a better job of handling the inquiry and de-escalation that a so called Manager could not do. She definitely displayed her level of education.
I think I could live with the fact the item is on a long back order but the fact that I went to LEONS WHITBY to make this purchase paid all the taxes and a financing fee now waiting for a delivery yet to have a manager who should know how to deescalate a situation literally display how ignorant she actually is had me lost for words.
It should not surprise me since I am reading review upon review about this manager Usha and how rude she is only to deal with her one on one now. Unreal that Leon's would allow someone like this to sit in a leadership position such as her.

Went into Leon’s and Richmond hill and it was nothing but problems since purchasing a recliner, the lady that helped us was very unhelpful and lied to us about everything, we were told the recliner would be delivered the following Friday and we would get a call the Thursday before, she called us herself on a Thursday and said she messed up and the chair wouldn’t be delivered for another 2 to 3 weeks, then she called back that same day and said Sunday she could get the chair to us delivered and someone would call us on Saturday, again she called us herself on Saturday and said no again she messed up so again we’re looking at 2 to 3 weeks, I ended up going into another Leon store up in Newmarket they were actually very helpful and I ended up picking up another chair and taking it home with me, the lady at the Richmond Hill store also told us she would do the scotch guarding for us and we paid for it and that it was done in-store yet a week after picking up the chair another company called us working for Leon’s and said they have to come to our house and scotch guarded, and they give us a five hour window that we have to be home for . They ended up showing up right at the fifth hour no calls or anything so we had to sit at home and do nothing on a Saturday morning for five hours. Very unhappy with this purchase we’ve never had a problem with Leon’s before but probably will never go back to Leon’s after this . Not sure why Leon’s does not care about their customers like this. Never been treated like this from any company in my life.

Poor customer service I think they should close their business if they can’t meet the customer needs!!!!
After waiting 3 months on the order delivery they shipped cracked broken night table the delivery was not even complete, we ordered recliner sofa set they only delivered one seater recliner and not the complete set, we also ordered dresser but they said it will be delivered next year!!! And when you complain to their manager about this poor service they say we are not holding you hostage you can cancel your order with us!!!!

BUYER BEWARE! Their delivery service is awful and their customer service personnel even worse! They take no care in delivering furniture. Had 2 leather couches delivered back in Dec. and one of the delivery guys was paying more attention to the parked truck on our driveway instead of where he was pulling his metal trolley. Banged into a brand NEW rim on the truck he was admiring and put a dent in it! Second delivery person saw it happen, along with one of us. He took pics and submitted it to their Head Office (if you can call it a head office). TIFFANY (Leon's Delivery co.) is an absolute joke. Asked us to submit the cost of replacing the new rim. Dragged it out, accused us of having a fake invoice back from Nov. because the Tire company we purchased from was a mobile shop and had HST/GST on the invoice. She argued up and down that the invoice needed a separate HST and GST number or the bill was fake!!! We got 2 quotes from 2 different Tire Shops for the cost of the rim (cost is higher now), and Leon's Delivery only took the original one after all that. The cheque for the replacement rim was supposed to be ready 4 weeks ago. Finally after speaking to several other customer service people, they agreed to pay. Now after about 5 phone calls to Tiffany, she told us today the person who is to "sign" the cheque refuses to sign it as he is NOT happy with some paperwork. Seriously what is the hold up?? Absolutely terrible on their part after their delivery company IS responsible for the damage.

We ordered a bed online from leons it got pushed back in March we bought a bed from the store we couldn't put the bed together as there were problems we were suppose to get someone in Noone showed up or phoned after demanding some results we were allowed to return it I got told a morning pick up but they came in the afternoon after staying home the morning I phoned for how much the refund would be the next day I get a phone call on how we would get for a refund never shopping there again this was our third item we got there the other was fine

Dear Leon’s,
I don’t know what gives you the gall to think it’s ok to take someone’s hard earned money for furniture you don’t have in stock when you have no understanding of when the furniture is going to be delivered. I’m certain that if the roles were reversed, you would be charging usurious levels of interest on your “no money down” deals when it’s the customer who isn’t upholding their end of the bargain.
When I contact your online customer service, I get more lip service and no actual information about when my sectionals are going to be delivered.
So since I’m sick and tired of sitting on my floors waiting for my sectionals for months and months, I’m just going to start telling everyone I know about your willingness to take our money but not deliver any furniture. And since your customer service people’s only suggestion is to go and physically attend the store to ask about the order, you can be sure I’m going to tell every prospective customer I see when I attend about what’s going on.
I’m totally content to wait for you to deliver on your end of our contract? Are you totally content for me to make sure everyone knows why they should never spend a dollar at your store?
Please deliver my sectionals as soon as possible!

Similar to others' experiences, but should be reinforced, that we purchased a dining room set Oct 7/21 and told it may take 6 weeks to get it. Before xmas was reasonable considering it was required to host a family xmas dinner. By mid-January, we received 3 of the 4 chairs (and they come in boxes of 2), and are still being told the rest is en-route - maybe by the end of April.
We demanded a refund and had to pay full-pop for the 3 chairs, which are useless without the rest of the set. Absolutely ridiculous customer service, and like someone else said, basically gave them an interest-free loan and still got screwed.
The website is still showing the exact same set with delivery in 2 days! Such rubbish. This company should be ashamed of itself.
And a 1-star review is FAR too high.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

2 years ago we purchased a couch at the Dundas St E location in Mississauga. The salesman at that time was Francisco Buitrago, he was very knowledgeable friendly & professional. Prior to the delivery of the couch there was a slight price drop, I contacted him, attended customer service & received the difference.
The couch was delivered on time, and set up.
We found ourselves in need of a new Queen mattress & box spring set, I contacted Leon’s asking for the same salesperson, finding he still worked there I was able to speak to him & set an appointment the next day.
I attended, met with Francisco who has extensive knowledge in mattresses etc and made a purchase without any issues.
I’ve also dealt with Customer Service and found them second to none as opposed to there competitor down the street (The Brick).
Would definitely recommend Leon’s and the salesman to anyone. They are backed by a strong and friendly customer service department.

Nice salesperson Kevin who sold us mattress queen size, we needed to get it replaced to a thinner mattress which was no problem Salesperson advised us it was even a bit less than the other so on our way to get the small refund his manager Maria told him we had to buy something for 290.00 in order to qualify for this lesser price..Makes one feel stupid as the bait and switch happened to us. They have now lost future sales from us and our family. Ottawa Leans on Walkley.

If possible I would give them zero stars. First the salesperson misinformed us! he told us the sofa would be delivered and set up by the people who come to deliver. Well the delivery guys told us NO.
So we open the box to find the brackets in the wrong direction and two right arms of the sofa.
May husband went to Leon's at ProBass Mills, Amazingly first my husband was shown the fine print on the back side of the receipt ( which you receive AFTER ones pays them that stated that the buyer has to set up the furniture themselves)
As to the two Right arms they would call their supplier in US , and since no one knowns about electronic mail it was to be done via donkey express which would take months to get to US. Then they would ask one man to go to the warehouse to check and see if they had an extra left arm and again since they do not have an electronic inventory the guy will walk through each aisle and physically check for the part and then the donkey express will be used to inform us of whether they have the part . And if NOT only then will they pick up the two rt armed sofa and take it back. So at least a year but due to any calamity happening in any part of the world it might take even more time.
What they are hoping for is that we get so fed up that we just throw the sofa out !!!! ($3000)
NO ONE EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LEONS

Sawsan, my sales assistant on Queensview Drive, was a huge help in my search for a love seat. She was very professional and in particular made sure to point out those couches that were available immediately. I ended up with a lovely purchase, made even better by the 20% off customer savings certificate.

Its worst ever store when they are selling super nice totally misleading especially they force you for extended warranty that covers everything its a fake by the company called https://zucorahome.com everything they gonna through on you just by saying its not covered avoid avoid avoid totally disaster never ever buy from Leons and their warranty by https://zucorahome.com

Similar to many of the other posters, I purchased a couch in Dec 2021 and told it would be delivered in January. Called in late January and told it would be further delayed until March or April. Called again in late March and told it would be delayed until June. They had already charged me for this purchase, refused to provide a discount for the delay (despite essentially providing them with an interest free loan). I hope others don't get stuck in this same situation.

I just bought a chair there and they have been absolutely excellent with helping me out. Lou Ann in service plus Terry my salesman and also the service technician have been absolutely great. Cannot say enough about my service from these people. A special thanks to them all.

The customer service I received when the delivery men delivered my new mattress was great!! Friendly, timely service the only thing that was wrong was I forgot to write down their names so I could personally thank them. Well done delivery gentlemen from Kingston Leon's that serve the Napanee area👏

Worst exerience ordered sofaset in July 2021 and now almost end on Feb 2022 and still answer is it will reach in 4 to 6 weeks ,but they deduct the payment from credit card at the time of booking and for last 8 months we paid full amount and waiting .Never ever order anything witg Leons.

Ordered upright freezer in sept 2021 for my sons house warming gift, I was told it would be in Oct , I had to call , then told me it was on back order , which was fine , then called again to see when it was coming in , then told me not till Jan 2022 , fine , then called to tell me they could not delivery it to me , because it was not in they delivery area, that I had to wait another week for them to delivery to another store , for it to be delivered in Guelph , they came , was not in box , delivery guy told me it was floor model , which I thought I was buying brand new , it came with dent in side and huge dents in back , I waited six months and they had my money to receive floor model , will never shop Leon’s again . I'm happy to report a very positive experience at Leon's. My elderly mother is moving to a Retirement Residence. The furniture she currently owns is too big to fit in her new apartment. We ordered all new furniture 6 weeks before her move in date. I followed up at the 4 week timeframe and all but the kitchen table and chairs are ready for delivery. There was 1 problem with the bedroom set. One item that secures the bed frame together was missing. Our salesman, Walt Provencher, found the item at a different store and has arranged for it to be shipped to the London store, where we purchased all the new furniture. We are very appreciative that Walt went out of his way to make sure that all the parts belonging to the bedroom suite will be delivered together. I would highly recommend Leon's, and in particular, Walt, our sales person!!!
