I received my pillow on the expected delivery day. Unfortunately there was damage to the outer packaging which was due to the delivery company and not Levitex. I had the best customer service experience ever from the lovely Olivia at Levitex after I emailed them just to make them aware of how the package arrived as I know that it was not how the package would have left their warehouse. She was an absolute delight and went out of her way to make up for how I received the package even though there was no need to as it was not the fault of Levitex.
I would highly recommend Levitex pillows to my friends and family and would definitely shop from there again. The customer service is outstanding!

I had some trouble with getting my pillow delivered after DHL made an error. After getting in touch, Olivia couldn’t have been more helpful. She really turned a situation that could reflected poorly on Levitex into one where I’m very happy to sing her and Levitex’s praises. Fantastic service!

Excellent pillow. Went with the recommended size for my height and it has been wonderful. I no longer have to put my hand under my pillow to support my head. The pillow bounces back immediately which makes a huge difference to me

My partner and i both have slept so well since getting the pillows! We had an issue with the courier which the levitex customer service team quickly resolved for us which was also great!
We are looking to also get a mattress as we are so impressed.

I can’t believe I’ve put up with substandard pillows for so long. After just five days of using my Levitex pillow, I’ve noticed several things: better sleep (most important to me),reduced scoring (most important to my wife!) and feeling lighter in my shoulders/ neck. Wish I had found this pillow years ago. I will never go back to any other type of pillow.

I bought the 12 inch pillow for my son who has MS. We have bought numerous pillows previous to this but none of them helped support his neck. This one he hasn't stopped raving about, his MS means he has chronic fatigue and really struggles to get comfortable due to pain in his muscles. This pillows is amazing thank you so much. The medium pillow doesn’t fit a normal pillow case way too small and I thought the pillow had a funny smell I had to spray it with perfume for weeks until the smell went

It is just a flat foam pillow. I have tried some others with better shape. it is ok to sleep on the side but far too firm to sleep on the back.
Like a lot of foam mattresses or pillows, there is a very strong smell when they are brand new but this one still smells after 10 days whereas I have aired it a lot.
Quite disappointing for the price.

Without a shawdow of a doubt, this has changed everything! I have changed my sleeping position which I didn't think it would be possible. I no longer wake up with a sore back, neck and a unhappy wife! As I no longer snore. The tips provided by the team really helped, the pillow is pretty hard which I must admit I was sceptical about to start with, but is in fact very comfortable and supportive.

I asked James which pillow to order and was recommended Large based on mattress type … I went with XL as per website recommendation!
Sadly I did need Large after all, I emailed James again and a Large was sent the same day!
Excellent customer service, excellent pillow which has improved my sleep/posture and especially my snoring!
I would highly recommend Levitex for both quality and service, extremely efficient and effective!

Brilliant service and a fantastic approach to sleep. I’ve been to so many places where they just fob you off with anything and everything and then a friend recommended Levitex. It’s actually made it possible for me to sleep comfortably.

You sent me a couple of emails asking me for feedback and I responded to all your questions, but you never followed up on my responses.

Initially purchased for my husband but he found it slightly too firm. Having tried many different pillows myself and always preferring a slightly softer one I’ve always found I wake up to adjust my pillow or find my head /neck in an uncomfortable position. After using the back sleeper pillow myself for a few nights it quickly benefitted my neck and shoulder niggles and removed the need to manipulate my pillow, so has helped to provide a more comfortable nights sleep. My husband is considering trying the side sleeper pillow and bearing with it for a week or two in the hope he gets used to the slightly firmer feel after seeing the benefits I’ve had.

I purchased this pillow after researching a lot of other pillows. This one definitely stood out for me. It has reduced aches and pains from sleeping in a bad position from my old pillow. It has also reduced, if not almost completely stopped my snoring. It's firm yet soft to sleep on. But gives you all the correct support you need for a great nights sleep!!
There is a strong foam smell when you first receive it. I thought it would put me off. But if you air it for a few days before you use it, it helps. And I've had mine for over a month now and can barely smell anything. Just be patient! The customer service is great too. All very helpful.

Great service! I accidentally put the wrong delivery address in and it was sorted within the hour of me realising and emailing them

The parcel arrived quickly and it was well packaged. I got in touch with customer services before ordering for some sizing help and Olivia was super helpful.

Bought a pillow because of snoring issue and pleased to say now 80-90% better. Also getting better sleep quality and the benefits that it brings. Good service, arrived promptly and good follow up service to see how it was working. Worth the money, highly recommended.
