I thought it was a fake at first, to get all those bulbs for $10. So I asked my wife what she thought and she said I should give it a try. The package arrived about a week after I had ordered them and everything was in tact. I tried one of the bulbs and it worked fine hope the rest will do the same when I am ready to use them, this company was very professional. Thank you

I got three Sensi thermostats. LightBulbs.com were fairly easy to set up. Probably my own fumbling with the instructions made it take a little longer, but once I got the hang of it, it was a breeze. Also the online help is very useful and well documented. A few days after setup I had to exchange routers, but the switch over was not a big deal. The thermostats are performing as they should and it is very easy to monitor and change settings. These are not learning thermostats, therefore they should have less demand on your WiFi bandwidth.

I ordered a Nest thermostat via the Eversource rebate program and the thermostat ended up being back ordered. I called Lightbulbs.com and left a message looking for a status. The next day a very friendly customer service agent gave me a status on delivery and gave me an estimate of when it was going to arrive. It arrived a couple days later. I'm very satisfied with their customer service.

It took weeks of emails because the website kept reverting to telling me I didn't qualify even with supports assistance. I appreciate their diligence in helping me and finally (5 times and as many weeks) sending me to someone who could assist over the phone to purchase my thermostat because I kept getting the error. Finally received the thermostat and installing this weekend.

I have 25 year old flourescent under cabinet light fixtures. LightBulbs.com work very well and look like new. The only components in them are the switch, starter and florescent. Perhaps someday I'll replace them with newer LED fixtures, but for the near future, the fixtures I have are fine. Finding replacement starters and bulbs in local stores can be very difficult. LightBulbs.com had exactly the replacement parts I needed at a reasonable cost.

No problem placing the order, however when it came to shipping, apparently there was a holdup at the USPS. Called LightBulbs.com to see why USPS was holding the order pending acceptance, it had been sitting at that status for a week. Spoke with a rep who said she would look into it and get back to me. In the meantime I had contacted USPS and LightBulbs.com returned my email with an apology and I had my package within a day. Never heard back from LightBulb.com.

The bulb (fluorescent) was the way to go a few years ago. So my new bath light was just that. Now you can't find them anywhere. So as a retired custodian I remembered having to go online to find bulbs for the church I worked at. Don't remember if this was the same company but, it sure was cheaper than replacing the whole fixture. I have a few lights that take weird bulbs, so I know where I will be shopping.

We had a hard time finding just the right glass shade ( hours and hours looking!) for our unique chandelier, so we were happy to finally find it here. Then we worried about it f it could get to us without breaking because it was so delicate and then, in a timely manner. It did! It was just what we were looking for and it came fast and very well wrapped up. LightBulbs.com know how to keep their merchandise safe even if the shippers may not be all that careful with the contents-which sometimes happens! We would recommend this company highly!

Local bulb supply houses in Annapolis, MD (Home Depot and others) no longer carry the 16" T5 under-counter bulbs. Apparently, a lot of other people have been looking for them too without success and are considering/have done a conversion to other fixtures, some at not-so-minor expense. I was very pleased that LightBulbs.com still carries them and the ordering process with real simple, straight forward and no problems at all with their delivery. Thank you!

I was Looking for a certain type of Christmas lights and lightbulbs.com had what I wanted for the outside of the house.My order came within 7 days and I was glad that LightBulbs.com did because it was a warm day to hang the lights up.

I ordered a lamp as a gift for my friend and from start to finish this company was on top of it. The only other suggestion I have, is for them to offer a small gift card to let the recipient know who the gift is from. Other than that, my friend was totally surprised and adores her candle light. The total transaction just took a few minutes. You will love their items! Ty staff, you did a great job!

Customer service and delivery were on point and fast! I was emailed right away with a problem that occurred with my order and it was fixed right away. I will definitely order from them. The flower balls are made well in my opinion, the roses do need a lot of finessing but after that, LightBulbs.com look beautiful! I'm very happy, I will order more if needed. I am 100% Satisfied!

I was having difficulty locating a replacement bulb for my vintage era standing lamp. I called five antique stores here in Pittsburgh but no one had a source. I searched the internet with little success. Finally, a friend suggested I google IMAGES to locate my bulb. After five minutes, BINGO! Once I located the bulb, there was a link to Llightbulbs.com. I called, explained what I wanted and the salesperson knew immediately. Once ordered, it arrived quickly and was exactly what I hoped for. Their customer service, prices and inventory makes it a true bright spot on the internet. Highly recommend.

Our local electrical utility offered a Honeywell thermostat at a very reduced price which LightBulbs.com fulfilled. It appears the unit was in high demand and it took a while for LightBulbs.com to receive inventory to ship. Once shipped, the product arrived quickly.

Exact replacement. Saved me some time. The review wants more information than I have time to write. It's a product that I needed. The long tubular LED bulb I ordered arrived with the package damaged, which was actually pointed out to me by the postman, and when I opened it, the bulb had a crack in it. It worked when I plugged it in, but I was worried about the longevity of the bulb, and when I notified lightbulbs.com, LightBulbs.com replaced it for free. I couldn't be happier with their service.

LighBulbs, Inc delivered what LightBulbs.com promised. Our new thermostat was delivered a full day ahead of schedule! Price was excellent! New wireless-controlled thermostat installed smoothly. Instructions were very clear. Online registration was a breeze. The app was initiated with no problems. Command and control is flawless! Great product! Highly recommend. Only nit was that Honeywell could make their 'dinosaur' sign-in procedure less cumbersome and more streamlined. But all in all, I'm e=very pleased! The house feels great. The independent 'four cycle' settings are just what we needed, too!
