You had just what I was looking for at the best price I have found with free shipping. I had the old lights with ballasts and LightUp were always giving me trouble in my work shop. These LEDS are just what I was looking for.

Easy navigation. Photographs and quick specifications are helpful. I do wish there were more physical specifications for fixtures e.g. a flush mount ceiling fixture with a spec of 13" diameter, but absent is the measurement for the depth (height) of the fixture.

This is my second purchase from the site and, overall, I've been delighted by the products I've been able to locate and obtain.

Couldn't ask for more from Customer Service with my first/initial order.

Had to call customer service to see if mounting accessories were included as there is no copy to support. CS told me yes there was, which is nice, but I'm taking this persons word for it without any written gaurantee that it will arrive in box.

I'm a contractor and have been buying regular for around 5 years now from light up. LightUp have very good products at a very competitive price. I usually buy of Kara H. In contractor sales. She is always in a great mood and a true joy to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable with the products and lets you know she is concerned with your order. If the one is out of stock she can usually come another product that will work. If I could get this lady a raise, I hope this review lets her boss know they have a great employee.

I was contacted by shipper, I gave my contact info to meet delivery truck. Shipper said that I would sent email with tracking info and approximate day of delivery. I received email with tracking info that did not work. No phone call from driver. Until 10 minutes before arrival at fire house. We are a volunteer fire dept so no one on site. I had to hurry to get to truck and unload. So your shipper dropped the ball big time on communication.

I'm glad to see you are quite competitive with pricing, just hope the quality and longevity is there also. Wish there was an option for pick up because I'm only about 20 minutes away. Maybe add a will call option? So far, I am quite happy with your company.

You guys need to keep more 4000K in stock, you also need to quit changing inventory. Buy what works and keep it in stock. Every time we purchase something and we try to get fixtures to match, you have something different. You really need to find the right product and reorder the same things to keep in stock. Copy some of your competitors and keep the pricing reasonable.

Had to call twice to find out solutions to order/entry problems. Finally worked - but it was not without more effort than normal for ordering products on-line. Helpful customer service people, but I had to wait for them twice.

And thank you for stocking such a wide variety of Sylvania in different color temps. Most 2700K bulbs are so abysmally yellow and the 5000K ones of BLUE. These 4000K lamps give a nice white light, pleasing on the skin tones and good for reading.

Very complicated information on lights, impossible to understand. No info on dimming. Ad states dimmable but nothing on how. Nothing on where to get a dimmer or how to use one. You loose the opportunity to trade-up!

Emailed multiple times with no response; called: *******458 multiple times and held for 45 minutes both times - No One answered

Poor excuse for a business

Bought 23 for 6 ceiling fans, perfect fit and color temp. Very bright so if 60w incandescent are what you are replacing you need to make sure you have a dimmer or get the 40w. Each bulb is individually boxed and clearly labeled.

We had 2 of 36 led panels not working when we installed them. And we needed replacement panels asap, but it's been almost a week since we contacted the company about this and still no shipping information on the replacement panels. We had to buy two new ones to get them to us in time for Sunday church service.

Excellent choice of products at great prices. I found the manuals and specs before making my purchase to ensure my expectations were met. Real time availability and checkout options makes the experience convenient. And then topped it off with free shipping. I'll buy here again. Thanks!

Can't get anyone to respond to a return or rectification of a product that arrived to me broken. Email address that bounce back, no one responding. So I am ordering these to make up for the broken and also to have another set.

I ordered 50 Bulbs and was charged via PayPal. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks I inquired by email as to the status of my order. I received a reply indicating that the bulbs were "discontinued" and LightUp only had 15 bulbs and did I wish them. I responded and asked how long would it would take to ship... they never replied.
Finally I called and was subjected to recorded ads while waiting for 15 minutes to demand a refund. BTW the bulbs I was told that were "discontinued" are 65w BR30 LED which are available everywhere. My experience withLightup.com was not illuminating!

Small problem at the check-out with the coupon code... also had the old expiration date for the card on record. But all looks ok now. I could not find a less expensive universal U-shape bulb listed.? Thanks for the 10% off.

I got the products and for the most part LightUp work good. But The extension cords that came with them would not connect together at all. One prong was messed up and the one female end was two small for the prongs to connect. Thanks peter Glidden Please Help, I need the extensions

I received my lights but ordered the wrong color. Outside of that I received an unusual email from someone telling me I couldn't purchase the aforementioned items because LightUp were not able to be bought unless it was a wholesale purchase. She also had my order information wrong and when I replied to her email about this shortly after I received an email saying that the items eventually shipped. It was fine after that.

Item was unavailable at first a phone person told me when I could check again and that LightUp had to be in stock for the order to be placed. I checked in twice early and the second time product was available and I appreciate the Economy shipping.
