Lil Treasures

I was very disappointed when I received a replacement Noah's Ark toy instead of the one I ordered. The substitute was a shape toy and not what I wanted. There was no consulting with me first. I will keep the toy as it was for a gift and would take too long to return etc.

The Thermos is very effective and the delivery was extremely quick. The only problem I had was where the instruction and warranty pages were rolled up and placed inside the thermos. I didn't notice until it was too late after I poured hot water inside the device ruining the documents. is it possible for someone to email me replacement instructions and warranty document

Everything was fine, but I do authorise the Post Office if not at home to leave on porch, your delivery wanted a signature, it’s a real hassle for me to get to the local Post Office, fortunately I was at home, otherwise all good and I was happy with my purchase. Nancy

I love the baby bracelet, it is the perfect gift for my first granddaughter!
I was not as happy with the box it came in. It seemed like a box for something larger and had grooves for a necklace and maybe also earrings?
The bracelet was kind of lost in it, it was far too big.
I thought from the description online that it would come in a gift box that I could present it in as a gift and it would seem put together and fit.
I have had to purchase a different box to present the bracelet in that is smaller and a better fit.
I would probably not buy again if I had know it didn't have a proper gift box.

I used to buy all my Jim Shore items from here but I have found over the last year that the customer service has really declined. I purchased an item from the vault and was then advised it wasn’t available anymore. I would say I’ve spent close to $5,000 over the years but even with this latest purchase I found the items to be poorly packed.

I have ordered twice now and each time the process has been easy and everything has arrived within a short space of time and in great condition. I love the range of things and will be using this store again. Items were bought as a gift and I know they will be loved.

This lovely little store was a real treasure to stumble across. Didn't know the store was there but will definitely return. Lots of variety and thoughtful lovely gifts and the lady working there was so friendly and helpful. Very fast click and collect and my item was perfect for the occasion.

Fantastic service! I had purchased a figurine from another source, only to find they did not have it in stock as I had been led to believe. As it was a gift, I was very sad. I loved the musical orbit but I'm a little bit wary of the winding instructions. I followed it but it only played music for about 3 seconds and I didn't want to wind it any longer than stated. For the price, I assumed that it would play music for as long as a music box does, which is longer than 3 seconds or so.

I am very impressed with the customer service of Lil Treasures. Buying online was super easy and I received my products after 3 days after placing the order. That is impressive. I always buy from Lil Treasures always fast ,friendly service n great range. I order the Beauty n the beast items cause that’s mine n my nannas thing , everything birthday , Mother’s Day , Christmas I can always look on Lil treasures n find what I need . Always something new to buy !!!!

took too long for order to be sent, whole order was help up due to one piece not being available despite when ordered it said was available, I had no communication from you to keep me updated, I had to contact you for a reason why and when my order would be sent.
Upon receiving the order one piece had a bit of foam jammed in it and I discovered after removing it that the piece was wobbly so clearly it was known before sending.
advised you guys of this and now have to do a video to prove it and send it to you - I will be doing this shortly.

The items I purchased were lovely but the packaging they came in appeared to be quite old s the seals on 2 of the boxes were not joined, and one appeared to have been squashed. Thankfully the items were intact but it does not look very nice or presentable for the recipients considering they are christening gifts I would have attached photos except the items have already been gift wrapped

Love online shopping at Lil Treasures. Have such great items. Just purchased a loungefly Disney/Pixar mini backpack for personal use. The website is easy to navigate, no hassle shopping and prompt delivery. One of my favourite shops. Got to add the backpack is just perfect and perfect for my day to day needs. Will continue to purchase from this shop.

The product I got (Loungefly Backpack) was in perfect condition and was exactly what I was in the photo! Sometimes it’s hard to trust sites that stock Loungefly as they’re not genuine products, but this was a genuine Loungefly and exactly what I was after! Not only that, but it was SUCH a great price! Also, Cathy was soooo nice and excellent at communicating about my order! My order came in such good time too. I’m so grateful for you guys, thank you!

I was glad to stumble upon Lil Treasures after a google search, they most definitely are the cheapest for the Willow Tree range. I bought gifts for Mother’s Day and was actually surprised at the size of the ornaments I bought for the price. The purchase was easy and pick up even easier, thank you I’ll definitely be back!

Having being so far away on Mother’s Day I purchased the warm embraces to be sent to to my mother in Forster . But lil treasures sent the incorrect one. I was so upset. A lovely lady I spoke to on the phone . Reorganised the correct one to be sent out it was delivered Monday . I order a few things on lil treasures over the years . Willow Tree figurine purchased was not readily available in NZ and was twice the price than Lil Treasures! Worked out so much cheaper (even including freight) than buying in NZ.
Arrived in a reasonable amount of time too so I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from Lil Treasures again
