Lilicloth

Ordered 2 items. Have received one and still waiting for second item. The pull over shirt is cute, but the fabric is so thin/ light weight and from the images online it looked like a heavier more substantial fabric.
So not really impressed. I hope the second item (when I get it) will be as nice as advertised.
PS: THE 2ND ITEM was listed as a sweatshirt, but it was a long sleeve tee shirt.

The shipping is VERY slow and I received NO tracking information. When I asked about my orders delivery staus, Lilicloth only said the items were in transit as expected and should be more patient. Still waiting for second item.

Better-than-average experience, except... no matter how many times I go to MENS, when I pick a specific T-shirt design from a page of mens T-shirts it shows me a variety of colors - 75% of which are womens (or maybe just the picture is of the womens version?) and some of which aren't even T-shirts. Nobody else does this, it's hella confusing.
Update after receiving both T-shirts: prompt delivery and basically as-expected, but both shirts look like Lilicloth are printed just SLIGHTLY crooked. A few degrees, not enough to make it worth returning them, just enough to bug me every time my eye catches it.

I can't comment yet on the product, as it's been three weeks and as best I can tell it has not yet arrived in the US from China. It was ordered Dec. 5, intended as a Christmas gift. After placing the order, all I received was an email thanking me: no order number, no confirmation of what I ordered. Then, nothing. No way to check the order at their Web site. After about a week I emailed them, and to, their credit received a prompt response that my order was shipped six days after I ordered, providing some tracking numbers. As best I can tell the package has been "in transit now to the US for 15 days. There is a USPS tracking number once it gets through customs. The Web site said it would be two to three weeks for delivery. At this point, this shouldn't be blamed on "supply chain" problems. Future buyers we aware.

Nice website but it frequently freezes up. I enjoy looking at all the items but I wish there were more pictures (like front and back of items) and more detailed descriptions (like type of material and laundering instructions). Returning items has been impossible for me. There is no phone number and Lilicloth never respond to my emails. Going forward I will not purchase anything that I am not willing to sacrifice losing my money on. I will probably continue buying from them because I like the merchandise. I've made 2 large purchases so far. Delivery takes some time; not like the overnight big "A" company. Overall, I'm happy.

I probably have at least 30-40 shirts from Lilicloth so I do like their shirts. But I wear XL in shirt size and when I receive my shirts the XL fit fine. I have noticed on around 4 of my shirts the XL fit tight, so I looked for the tag and noticed that on all my shirts that fit tight the size tag had been cut off which means that I probably received a Large or even medium, I did not return them because I had already send them to the cleaners and had worn them. Beware CHECK THE SHIRT SIZE before you wear them as I would suspect Lilicloth are sending out wrong sizes due to inventory shortage as I have had many shirts not send because they are out of stock... a way for them to get rid of their inventory.

There are WS that I find exactly what I need for a Christmas present. I check out, filling in everything correctly, then when I key in submit or send, Lilicloth say "fill in the ——-" and it is already filled in. Thank goodness your ordering was right to the point, easy, and fast!
However with that being said, I never received any notice that it was finally in the mail. No tracking number or anything. I was beginning to think that I didn't order it after all.
The shirt "saying" fits my friend to a T - now I just hope she likes it. The picture shows a beautiful blue color, the actual shirt, not so much. But I know the routine of "your color may show different due to the different devices".

Trying to understand your sizing chart was time-consuming in placing my first order with your brand. The seams were off on all of the tops. Those pants (the most expensive item) are made of cheap (none-cotton) material, and Lilicloth are both too big, and too long! Your measurements were entirely off. I hate leaving bad reviews but, your products (t-shirts, pants, bras) do not live up to the hype nor do they wear naturally. Using low quality non-synthetic material has cheapened your brand. Both your t-shirts, pants, and sweater lack proportion but, the colors are appealing.

Not very happy with the delivery schedule. I ordered 2 sweatshirts for Christmas presents on December 9 and Lilicloth weren't delivered until January 6 (4 weeks). When ordering there was no comment about length of delivery and no communication until I reached out to customer service for an update and they provided me a tracking number for China delivery to US Customs and then a US Post Office tracking number upon arrival in the US.

This is unacceptable especially with $16.99 delivery charge. Well you just lost a customer as I will not be ordering anything else in the future.

So far the shopping experience is good. This is my first time so the real opinion will come after my order arrives. If the order is timely and the quality of the product is good.
The delivery time was much faster than I expected. I noticed on my order that the computer actually listed 5 t-shirts all the same. I quickly emailed customer service to point this out and tell them exactly what I wanted (and thought I had originally ordered). Lilicloth made the correction and the order came as I wanted. The quality is really nice. I will know more after a few washings but so far everything is great. I would highly recommend Lilicloth and I will use them again in the future.

Right after I placed my order I noticed that the order listed quantity 5 of the same t shirt and that is not what I ordered. I contacted customer service immediately and explained what I wanted. In a short amount of time they responded with the correction. When the order arrived it was correct.

After I ordered 10 days before Christmas and didn't get a confirmation email, I began to have my doubts about this operation. That led me to find a lot of negative reviews and so I didn't hold out much hope of either getting what I ordered or getting my money back. Christmas came and went and I had pretty much given up when my order arrived yesterday. It was actually nicer quality than I thought it would be and so aside from the lack of communication, Lilicloth did come through. Their website doesn't mention that they ship from China so if you order, wait times can be lengthy.

Lillicloth specifically advertised "leather shoes".
I foolishly bought three pairs, expecting lower quality but real leather.
The shoes fell apart under light wear immediately and I could see that the paint over plastic foam was peeling, and the soles came off at the toe and heel. It was clear that there was no leather in this shoe at all. It looked like leather but was not leather anywhere.
The company refused a return or refund and I understand that any refunds Lilicloth do require shipping product to China.
Bad product quality.
False advertising.
Poor or non-existent customer service.
I recommend not doing business with Lillicloth.

Too complicated. Lots of pop ups that I don't care about while trying to place an order. And the shipping cost is exorbitant IMO: $11 to ship one tee shirt? More than half again what I'm paying for the shirt itself.

A follow up: 3-1/2 weeks after placing the order, I had not received an email confirmation or record of my order, nor a tracking number. Having no luck finding a contact number or email for Lilicloth, I ordered the same tee a second time thinking I had failed to complete the first order. By Christmas Eve day, (24 days after the first order), nothing had arrived. The following Monday, after searching awhile for contact info, I was finally able to speak with a CS agent named Cerelia. She assured me the first order was on its way, cancelled the second order, and promised a refund on that one. The first order arrived later that same day! Don't know about the refund yet.

I was hoping you had smaller sizes. My granddaughter is one of the shortest in her 6th grade class and gets bullied all the time by boys because she is short. I thought this shirt would be perfect for her! It bothers her when Lilicloth do that. She is a cutie and I think that may be part of the problem. Getting her attention. Regardless I am ordering this shirt for her. She's. Bust size 28+. It will be too large but I think she will enjoy it. Hopefully in the future you might put some smaller sizes in your sizes. Sept. 19,2021 I received 5 items from Lilicloth yesterday and 4 were not anything like I expected. One t`shirt had a typo on it (said Gould instead of could) and was supposed to be a small but fits my large size son. Another was supposed to be long sleeve but is 3/4 length, looks little like the picture, and it a weird shiny knit like one of the shirts made for swimming. The other 2 were also way too big and said cotton blend but are an acetate or rayon. One tag says machine wash, another says "dry clean only".
Please save your money or order from Shein where you can get fun, inexpensive clothes. Lilicloth is not worth it.

It is a shame that so many of these China based companies have nice products at good prices, but their customer service sucks. I really like the witty sayings on their t-shirts, but the two I have ordered for my wife are both too small. The sizes are youth at best. I probably won't bother with returning them, due to the vaque return policy. Return the shirt at your expense, we will evaluate and decide if you get a refund, then we will issue it a few days after that. If you don't get it, check with your bank, then check with your credit card company, then send us an email if no luck and maybe we will respond. The whole point is to wear you down so you just go away. Sad

I THINK IT WOULD VERY VERY NICE IF YOU COULD SEE THE SHIRTS AND TOPS IN THE BACK ALSO, AND IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU COULD SEE THEM HANGING STRAIGHT DOWN INSTEAD OF ALWAYS PULLED UP WITH SOMEONE'S HAND STUCK IN THE POCKET AND THEN YOU CAN'T SEE HOW LONG Lilicloth FIT.

i JUST WANTED A TRACKING # BECAUSE LATELY ALOT OF ONLINE ORDERS, ESPECIALLY CONNECTED TO FACEBOOK ARE SCAMS.

I purchased 2 items for my wife mid-Nov for X-mas, a beanie hat and sweatshirt. She opened them on 12/25 and (i) the sweatshirt colors were way off from the web photos, and (ii) the material is build is incredibly cheap. Both items are new, in the original packaging, and never opened but the Company refused to issue a return citing their policy is just 15 days. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the vendor and Lilicloth said:

"Sorry for the inconvenience. We will always strive to improve the quality of our products and strive to create a better shopping platform"

They offered no remedy or return. If you buy from from this vendor, BEWARE!

Ordered 12 items, only 2 are worth keeping. The customer cost of returning to China is totally outrageous. Stuck with poor quality, misrepresented items that don't fit properly. Some of the visible seems and edges are raw and unfinished, looks very cheap. The items pictured on their website are misrepresented, materials are not as shown. No fabric or care labels in garment. Ordered a "sweater" that turned out to be a pattern printed on the cheapest "fleece" I've ever touched. Tried writing a review on lilicloth website and it wouldn't allow me to submit. TOTAL SCAM!
