I ordered the May box, was told it had been dispatched but what I received was the 'free mystery box' which turned out to be an old December box. I have emailed to chase the order I have paid for and no response. Terrible customer service!!!!

After wasting my time for a month and me keeping receiving messages that the courier was attempting delivery for a period of 3 weeks, the order was returned and the money was refunded. Communication with lookfantastic in the meanwhile was horrible. I was touch with at least 6 different customer reps. They where all requesting me different type of information. A truly confused sorry bunch of time wasters!

This review is about Lookfantasic customer service. It's the worst I have ever seen. IN April I have ordered a beauty box, after seeing what was inside and being interested in those products. In MAY I did NOT receive the April box but I received the CHRISTMAS one! I complained it was not what I ordered and they say there is no mistakes from their side. Really??? I order in April something (you probably did not sell) from December?? And for their mistake, they are asking ME to go to the post office and spend money to send it back to UK. R U kidding guys??? #WORKSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER

I had put items in my basket and didnt have enough funds in my bank...so i thought no more about it but today they took an unauthorised 100 pound from my bank...these items were sitting in my basket a month my bank told me they have tried 5 times to take payment..im now left 90 overdrawn and had to cancel my bank card...sure they dont have the right to check out items in a basket without my permission

Terrible customer service. I took a reaction to foundation that I had never tried before and contacted LF team. They have been using delaying tactics for at least a month and allege that their quality control team need to review matter. It is appalling that they sell cosmetics and have no policy in place for customer taking allergic reaction. Will never use this company again!

Worst customer service, EVER.
Placed an order and the Royal Mail seemingly never received it - this is the second time this has happened to me with orders. Contacted LF after 4 days and let them know i'd like the order replaced but could they send next day as I had ordered ahead of a holiday. Was told explicitly no they wouldn't do it, but they would place the order.
Contacted them again after 2 days as I'd had no confirmation of the replacement order. Apparently they just could not be arsed to send it out when I contacted previously.
Again, communicated I needed the order urgently for my impending holiday, and could they possibly send next day delivery as a gesture of good will due to the issues their end - again was told in no uncertain terms, no they would not do this.
Received a message from the team an hour later saying the first order had mysteriously been returned to them (after being lost...) and that they had now cancelled and refunded my order. Except I have to wait for FIVE days to get my cash back and cannot actually afford to replace the items I need before my holiday. Just a generic "sorry" message - honestly, the lack of GAF in their messaging is so minimal.
OH, and the real kick in the teeth. We're sorry we messed up, here's a £5 voucher to apologies, but you have to spend more money in order to use it, and it doesn't work on about 40% of our brands so....
Do not use, EVER. Unless you just really fancy wasting your time chasing their customer service team up to do their bloody job.

I ordered my daughter a 12 months beauty box subscription. Her first box arrived and she loved it and asked me to order her friend the same box as a one off for a birthday gift. I made sure I ordered it as a 1 month subscription got the confirmation email and saved it. The gift was greatly received. The next month an additional payment came out for the 1 month subscription. As you can’t talk to anyone in customer service because they make it so difficult even though they advertise it, turns out it’s set up for auto renewal. Why? If you wanted more than a 1 month box you would of clicked on the option for the 3,6,9 or 12 months. Please note these all auto renew just like ya car insurance who new.
