Booked a bed and breakfast for Zante staying at Letsos Hotel, 16/06 -26/06. We had a delay with our transfer from airport to hotel by 40 minutes upon arrival it seemed the company were trying to build up numbers to as many on the bus as possible ended up sharing someone’s private shuttle as the we’re staying at the same hotel. Upon arrival we had to pay 100 euros for air con safe key and holiday tax, the first room we were shown was awful not as advertised on love holiday web site, in fact prison cells look better. I quickly refused to stay in the room was offered a second with a balcony which we had paid for on our booking, the room was slightly better but wasn’t great, in fact the room was rotten , dirty shower area , kitchen area dirty, fridge area dirty and very dated bedroom furniture. The mattresses were not great no mattress protectors, towels were old and rough. It’s a real shame as with the correct level of cleanliness and revamped rooms the hotel is in a good location. Breakfast was a joke, basic selection, if you didn’t get there early there was no eggs, limited bread, one coffee machine hence having to wait, staff were not in ant type of uniform, one young girl just stood texting and eating the breakfast food, on one of the mornings it looked like someone had been sick and the remains stayed on the floor for the whole time we were there having our breakfast. The outside pool was very big lovely design but just didn’t look clean, watch one night how pool man just went round outside edge with a fairy liquid bottle presumably with some chemical in it !!!. Love holidays you need to make a visit, so many of your customers complaining at the desk, in fact one of the reception said to me before I mentioned who I Booked my holiday with guessed it was with you and said to me you won’t be staying here again. It seems that if you complain about rooms they offer up a room that’s advertised and want more money to up grade.
I had a flight delay of more than 24 hours, and they said they can't refund, I couldn't change or exchange my tickets because they made the purchase. I lost all my trip, all my vacations, horrible emotional exhaustion, I was at the airport for 7 hours and I didn't have any support, I'm devastated, I lost all that money, I lost my vacation, and I didn't have any support, they just said they can't do it anything. Since I bought directly from them, it's only they can make the exchange, I lost all the money and my vacation, apart from the stress I've been experiencing since Friday, because I spent more than 400 pounds on this trip, I DO NOT PURCHASE WITH LOVE HOLIDAYS, in case have a problem, they just don't care, you lose your vacation and your money.
SCAMMING THIEVES, BEWARE. THEY HAVE FALSLEY BEEN ADVERTISING HOTELS THAT HAVE NO AVAILABILITY OR HAVE CLOSED DOWN. ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND IM DUE TO FLY OUT IN A FEW DAYS BUT STILL NO RESOLUTION. THEY HAVE DEMANDED MORE MONEY FROM ME TO COVER THE EXTRA COST FOR AN ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION EVEN THOUGH ITS THEIR FAULT AND NOT MY FAULT BUT I SOMEHOW SHOULD BE LIABLE FOR THEIR ERRORS. IF I WAS TO GO THROUGH THE LIST OF ERRORS THEY HAVE MADE, YOU WOULDNT BELIEVE IT, TRUST ME ON THIS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR HOLIDAY EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE PAID FOR IT. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED. THEY HAVE REFUSED ME A REFUND AND THEY HAVE REFUSED TO UPGRADE MY HOTEL OR GIVE ME SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION. INSTEAD THEY HAVE DEMANDED FOR ME TO PAY EXTRA MONEY OR FOR MY HOTEL TO BE DOWNGRADED. I HAVE HAD TO CALL THEM A MILLION TIMES, MESSAGE THEM THROUGH THE APP A MILLION TIMES AND I EVEN SENT A LETTER TO THEIR HEAD OFFICE. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. IF IT WAS ON FIRE, IT WOULDNT BE WORTH P**SSING ON.

Before you decide to hand any money to this company read my experience. We booked all inclusive holidays, premium transport in Turkey at "5star Arla Claros Beach and Spa resort". Airlines were Pegasus. Within few hour of booking problems started, been rang by agent saying that I need to pay additional money for a flights I said ok , after another hour had another call and was asked for another nearly £400???? on top It started to be suspicious, as clearly they quote one price and then when you paid and already committed they try to drain more money from you. We were starting close to £3k for flights only, original total was just over £3k a the start...desperate to go I said yes. When we arrived at airport and placed in the aeroplane what a shocker it was terrible aeroplane , old , dirty with chewing gums stuck everywhere, and spats all over seating. I know travel agent would have limited control over this but you can imagine first impression, tickets costs like for first class, experience like you are in super budget territory. We arrived at the airport, someone suppose to wait for us with our name ready to pick us up, I paid additionally for "premium transport" to treat my family....after 30 minutes of no one in sight you start to manage holidays that you paid for - had to call taxi company wait another 30 minutes, it costs 100p per minute to make a call in Turkey so your costs just goes up....ok driver finally came, rushed us to the car did not say a word was driving very dangerously to the extent I told him to slow down and we will leave the car. He was overtaking at cars while they were vehicles coming from the other direction? So we finally arrived at our hotel - from outside massive building , big entrance , makes great impression, although, as soon as you reach reception there is an odd smell of cooking oil like in a old canteen. Your are being served by 16 year old kids that can not speak English and they pass you form one to another. After booking in, strangely we have been moved out form main building and taken to some odd looking bungalows on a side???? I asked what is this and they said our accommodation. I never seen this on our booking website that we will be placed in a aged sheds on a side of hotel...then I thought might be better own accommodation etc.. How surprised I was when we arrived small building split into 4 or 6 mini "apartments" - ohhhh boy this is were it all really starts when we entered this "5star mansion"....please check for my name and hotel name and Facebook twitter for love helldays for more photos example of one of them above. Dirt and filth was beyond, cracked wall , dangling equipment, stains , spats and other "fluids" splattered across room , dust and dirt everywhere one bed had broken leg and I fell from it. gaps in main door...etc. I could not believe it, it looked like 1 max 2 star accommodation, or less all was broken and scary. A this stage I had my missus in tears and kids looking at me in a way I felt I failed them all. This is when yet again you start to manage your holidays, another call to emergency line in UK at 100p per minute - I think I spent around £100+ on phone calls because of failings. Got through to an agent who mainly said..........you need to talk to the hotel to sort this out........????Send us pictures and explanation of your problem. So you sitting on your bags chasing hotel manager , writing emails and calling people while being on holidays at £4k+ spend.......great. Got two hotel managers to the room after was dismissed with my issues, they came and after all being shown we agreed room was substandard - please check my photos on Facebook and twitter , one above shows shower head - that will give you an idea were Love Holidays will send you. Upon question what next, they offered; similar apartment although they were honest and said it is similar standard????????? or main building but we will be split into two rooms spread apart ? ahahahaha. I nearly started to pull my hair - do not have many left now!, it is 1am by then, I am ringing again at 100p per minute to Love Holidays emergency line - been told please with till morning we will sort this out, agent said he will call back, latest by 10 am. This means second day of 6 days holidays wasted I asked what are you planning to do now? He had no answer...Guess what it is 11am no call, trying to ring them again at 100p per minute no answer. Lovely helldays!...........end up in the main reception to discuss with another manager situation been told they will refund me the money for whole stay, I asked what I suppose to do now? I had odd feeling that night that I will be left with no choice to have horrid experience at massive cost Decided to google around for a different hotel came across TUI Hotel 30 minutes drive form were I am, at my won cost was forced to book it for 1900euro for 5 nights this is on top of what I paid already. it was 4.5 start hotel not "5star" as Love Helldays one......... . No contact with UK , I am in Turkey trapped...........so called again at 100p per minute to UK ...waiting on the line then manager came and said they got email correspondence now and they will refund me for my whole stay and organise transport to a hotel of my choice. Left hotel, I sent last email saying we will sort all out when I am back as I am trying to have some rest now. Had no email back to apologise, confirm acknowledgment of situation left in limbo.. After fantastic 5 days at Tui Blue Ephesus - this 4.5 star it was excellent in all means clean, tidy , great food, English speaking personnel etc. Love every minute there. Time to head back so rang taxi company that we paid for "premium" transport to change location again at 100p per minute , then managed to get WhatsApp access from them so do not carry on forking out fortune on calls, agreed location change despite same distance from airport been told will have to pay 15 euro extra, what a joke...either way you have an option take it or organise your own transport. So all set, knowing how whole experience so far been with Love Helldays that do not manage any of it just take your money....booked taxi at 7.30am in case of total failure and having time to booked another one - so it is 7.30 am last day. By the way little tip for all how they book you, online agents like love holidays give you flight times at such a time so you loose both days fisrt and last, as they get little revenue from hotel, as do not have to pay them for full hotel hours - do not worry you pay for all......back to taxi so it is nearly 8am and guess what no taxi.........rang them again at 100p per minute only to find out they messed up and sent taxi to old location got proof of change confirming on WhatsApp still wrong. Again TUI hotel came at rescue, arranged a taxi, although I had to pay 50euro for it from my own pocket again. How I Love Helldays full package holidays. So another stress got to the airport, managed to get on time on the flight strangely this time same airlines aeroplane was brand new and very clean so some smiles again. You can only imagine what was going through my mind , now I have to contact "Love Helldays" to get my money back. I want all to know at no stage been called apologised or given any reassurance that I will be supported and all sorted without hassle after what I went through. I hope all are thinking by now all will be fine.........................ohhh no no no....so emailing love helldays to ask for refund been offered on first email only 5 days refund as they said I stayed one night over?????????????????????????????????????????? So rejected it and asked to follow email trace with pictures and whole story as I shared with you...no one wants to hear it. Been directed to complaints department no money refunded even partially and been told to wait............... wait for this......................56 days for someone to review my case!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...................................how this company can legally operate I do not know but I will make sure I will take every step to check if they will be able to going forward... Summary..... So if all goes smoothly I am sure you will have great time but if you get any issues and they can always happen remember my story, I went for £4k holidays ended up spending £6k...had money stolen from me by love holidays and being ignored...your choice is; risk same experience or just go somewhere else. If love holidays pretend to say I never been their client I will provide all details required. Just got back from a week away in Mallorca. We booked as a family for 2 rooms in the Romani Hotel. Arrived late 11.45pm given our rooms one on the 4th floor and one on the 2nd floor at separate ends of the hotel a very long walk it's a large hotel. The problem with this being my granddaughter wanted to stay with me ( Grandad). She is 4 years old so may wake up in the night and want Mummy. OK this didn't happen thankfully. Next morning we went to sort the room issue out. After a lot of angry words they put has in adjoining rooms but only one rooms air-conditioning is working. I can go on but it will take me forever to type. So spent a week with a oscillating fan (Crap obviously) . The hotel was not bothered. If we changed rooms it would be miles apart again. OK this is not a complaint about Love Holidays so much . Its more the fact I've read a lot of the reviews that I felt it pointless to try and contact the company.
This company is an absolute disgrace and has been so unhelpful. As our flight was cancelled we tried to get in touch with the customer service team to try and amend dates so we could still go on our holiday. The first issue was trying to speak to an actual person rather than a bot. When eventually getting through to someone I was hung up on 3 times claiming they do not have a complaints department and kept telling me to action it online. We are now down £2000 and have to wait 10 days for a response from them then a further 10 days for a refund when our holiday is in 8 days. I understand the cancelled flights was not their response but when something like this happens after spending so much money I don't expect to be hung up on by their appalling and outright rude customer service team. Would not recommend to anyone.

I booked a holiday with this company for 4 nights in a superior room pool view then through the app I upgraded to all inclusive.
On arrival at the hotel the reception staff was very pleasant at check in. He gave me my keys and said this is you key for your standard room so I asked him to check again he said I have it’s a standard room. I explained to him what I’d booked he said loveholidays had booked this. I was absolutely fuming rang loveholidays eventually got the most unhelpful person who said this is what I’d booked so I told him it certainly wasn’t he said I’ll get back to you in a couple of hours with a resolution.in the meantime I asked the receptionist how much extra is a superior room he said €100 so I paid it and thought loveholidays would reimburse me. It was over 24hours before they emailed me to let me know it would be €115 to change my room. So to add insult to injury they wanted €15 more than the hotel. Absolutely disgusting service then when you get home they say they can’t deal with it now cause your home.
My advice would be use a reputable holiday company and NOT these budget ones.
I had made all payments apart from the final one. I had the money in my account so didn't expect any problems. On 7.6.22 received an email stating that the holiday was cancelled, no warning & no way of sorting it out. The only thing I can think of is that I lost my bank card and perhaps this was the problem but this could easily have been sorted out. My mum telephoned in the morning at 9 am but the girl couldn't speak to her because she wasn't the lead. I tried again a couple of minutes later and many times throughout the day without success. I tried the chatbot but there were technical problems. Once these problems were sorted I explained what had happened but was given short shrift and the call was disconnected. This is the last time my mum will be able to go on holiday as she has parkinsons. I am disgusted with this co. please don't give them any business. I never will again or any other OLT Co.
Due to COVID, our holidays to Morocco Dec-21 were cancelled. Ryanair confirmed (upon contacting 8 different agents over past few months) that loveholidays requested a charge back on 3rd Feb 22 and they have processed it (I have received confirmation from Ryanair via email), however money had not been returned to me by loveholidays. To date I have spent so much time trying to chat with agents via chatbox and my issue is still not resolved. Also, tried to contact them via email, however received response that mailboxes are not monitored. Loveholidays agents on 4 last occasions (after all the waiting to be included in the queue and all the time spent queuing) were ignoring my requests to provide alternative contact (via email or phone number), escalate this issue to management or to log a complaint. In all those instances, they just closed chats instead. Very disappointing experience, would NEVER EVER use Loveholidays in the future and would highly recommend to book flights directly via airlines instead. As if something goes wrong, you won't have assistance and help
I booked a package with this company months ago and everything seemed to be going well.
24 hours prior to departure we were getting messages and reminders from loveholidays and United airlines to check in, get all correct documents etc. there was one message from loveholidays saying we had a message which I only got in the morning, less than 24 hours before my flight. I checked into United airlines to check in and they said my flight had been cancelled, and that they had an alternative flight which was 14 hours later, with a 10 hour stop over, which meant I’d be travelling for 26 hours to get somewhere that would take me 13 + id miss a nights hotel stay and only have 7 days, which would not make it worthwhile. I spent hours on hold trying to get hold of loveholidays, and they said did you not see our message this morning? You just need to reply to it confirming you are happy with the flights we presented. I said the flight was meant to be in 14 hours time and I’m not happy with the flight United airlines have proposed. The guy kept me on hold and said I’d speak to the booking team and they can hopefully still get you on the flight. At this stage I was stressing as it was 6pm and the flight was meant to leave at 8.30 am next morning. After a lot of back and forth the guy said great we have got you on the 8.30 am flight to Frankfurt with a 2 hour stop over then Straight to Dominican which was great. I explained on a recorded call which I have that I didn’t want to hang up until I had confirmation of this flight. He said due to the high demand they could not do this but I would receive confirmation by midnight. I was already annoyed as I paid for a covid test which I no longer needed. By midnight nothing. I called love holidays and they of course we’re closed and only opened after 9am. I woke up at 3 am to get ready to leave the airport and did not know what to do. United airline was still showing me as pending for the 25 hour flight trip which I had already told love holidays I didn’t want as I’d miss a whole day and half plus had to travel for 25 hours. I was panicking so called lufanthsa and explained that love holidays said I was booked on this flight at 8.30 am and still had no confirmation. They confirmed that I was not booked on this flight, and in fact the flight was at 7.30 am not 8.30 as per the message I got from love holidays. You don’t understand the stress I went through, I called United airlines and spoke to 3 agents and they all kept saying you have to call your booking agent there’s nothing they can do and that I shouldn’t go to the airport. I’m absolutely appalled at loveholidays, I paid all this money for my flight to be cancelled ( these things happen I understand) but for no one to call me to get me on a new flight, for me to spend hours on the Friday to get on a new flight that I wanted, which love holidays CONFIRMED over the phone that I was booked on, for me to still get no confirmation 4 hours before my flight. I called United airlines one last time before I was going to give up and waiti till 9 am to call love holidays and luckily a manager was able to swap my flight to the one leaving in 2.5 hours and I rushed to the airport.
This is terrible from a big company to provide such bad customer service, I wasted money on a covid test, hours and hours with love holidays to get a new flight and after all of that they lied and said they booked me on that flight when it never was booked on!!!
I wasted over an hour each day on holiday calling love holidays, the live chat said we are experiencing a high demand of requests to please call them directly. I called them directly and it said the line was busy or I stayed on hold waiting and after an hour I gave up. I received no confirmation in regards to my return flight, they closed my request via the app as sorted when they never replied or got back to me and in the end the airline helped me. I’ve never dealt with such a terrible company, still no answer to date, no compensation or reply to any emails, messages, calls after the issue arised, but they were happy to take £2400 and then provided a shocking after care. Hopefully this review raises awareness to future customers to not book with them and that I get a reply??

waited 2 hours and 40 minutes to be in the customer service queue then i had 30 people in front of me for Adam to disconnect the chat without answering my only one question. Rubbish customer service.
I had a flight from a year before as i wasn't able to travel which was recently cancelled and they have refunded monies to love holidays Adam believes i got a full refund when i actally paid for cancellation fee of £78 which i have a proof of then he shuts me out as i have the whole day to try to speak to somone else as no luck on phone either. How do i get my refund back why is it matter when did i book the ticket if it was only cancelled now it isn't my fault that EasyJet decided to cancel a flight and arranged a refund for me that i had to purchase a new one and i am now out of £200 and initially they happily taken me off by their cancellation fee as well. Adam has the guts to say i got full refund i wish i did.
I would like to receive my refund from easyJet and perhaps train up on customer service don't leave the chat specially if it is that hard to reach you. Erika
Absolutely shocking company my advice is never to use this company.we went on holiday in February and the first of the 3 connecting flights was cancelled just ten hrs before take off was told that I had to get to Heathrow airport and board there on our original connection flight I was then charged £761 just to amend tickets to have luggage checked in there instead of Manchester, bearing in mind i had already paid in full for flights ,they actually owed my for the first flight cancellation.i filed a complaint which can only be done via their app ( absolutely ridiculous) since then heard nothing at all from them,it is almost impossible to get through on the phone line as it's automated and just cut you off and it's totally impossible to speak to a human.so I am now taking legal action.this is a total nightmare.please please never book with this company.

Once booked you cannot change airlines, so you have to make and pay for any changes with no refunds. Their system booked us onto the wrong flights and airport without us realising. No chance of talking to someone to sort things out, no phone number and the chat line would not put us through a human being for weeks until it was too late. We spent hours going round the website and chat line getting nowhere. More worrying, when we did get to chat to a human, they said there were problems all the time with their system and we were not the only one having problems with their booking system! No help, no refunds added £550 to cost of the holiday and hours of frustration.
Terrible service! We booked a side sea view room and received an email informing us that the booking is pending. The summary listed 1 room and the hotel without any further details. On the next day we received confirmation that we booked a deluxe double room - not a side sea view!! We tried contacting loveholidays numerous times but couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone. The only option was the live chat so we got connected to an agent and explained our case. The agent was taking a long time to reply and didn’t seem to be willing to help us. He advised us to wait and that he will check the initial booking with the colleague who arranged everything and get back to us. We waited for hours, days and he never contacted us, neither did we hear from loveholidays at all. We wanted to cancel the booking that didn’t match the room we selected, but there was a cancellation fee already. Also, there was an additional charge if we were to change the room (to our original selection). Now we have arrived at the hotel and got accommodated in a room that is overlooking the hotel’s massive parking and is near the road so it is very noisy. We were finally able to get connected to loveholidays via phone but the agent is unwilling to help us because they have no records of the initial transaction and the selection when we proceeded to payment. Dear people, my advice to you is to take a screenshot of the option you select prior to proceeding to payment as they can (as in our case) alter the booking later! I personally will never use loveholidays again!!
I haven't even gone on my holiday yet and they have stressed me out. How can u run a company but have no number to contact them on unless its 4 weeks before your holiday. The airline have told me my flight home was cancelled yet Love holidays had confirmed it even tho they where told its been 5 weeks since emailing the person who I booked with TOM.ELMS HE NO LONGER IS RETURNING MY EMAILS. I can't even book a car park as haven't a clue if I'm coming back on the flight on my booking form or there going to change it. Absolutely Diabolical Service and will never use them again. No phone number to contact them on. No emails and event the bloody robot on chat won't put you through. Totally fed up there's 11 of us and we won't to be on the same flight home
If I could give 0 star I would have done it. You are the worse online holiday booking. My hotel was cancelled and we received no prior notification from you before arriving at the destination.
As I understand the last payment failed due to non compliance with master card security on your part. My bank has confirmed it as several customers have had a similar issues. The hotel was helpful and stated that this issue was a regular occurrence with Love Holidays clients. You failed us by not communicating the issue and there was no way of contacting you as I tried multiple time prior the flight. Manage my booking chat was useless and talking to a computer was a waste of time. Your credit control team couldn’t be contacted as there was night level of calls and we got disconnected. The customer service line wouldn’t answer calls as our holiday hasn’t started, the sales couldn’t be bothered responding and helping despite getting through to someone who cut off the call. Love Holidays only care about the money nothing else and no after care service once you paid the deposit. I recommend booking.com at least you have better control of your booking.

My partner and I had the worst holiday of our lives. We'd saved up a lot for that holiday then spent most of the time crying in our room because it was so bad. We tried everything to get us moved hotel, we even asked Love holidays to fly us home, which they arranged, at a charge and via America which we had to have test's for so couldn't get on those flights and had to stick with the original flights. - We had specifically told them it could not be via America yet they didn't listen.
We racked up a large phone bill trying to get them to get us out of that hell hole and they were the most unhelpful, lazy people we've ever dealt with.
Since coming home, although we can't get our 10 days holiday back, we have attempted to get our money back and they are refusing. Ignored our complaint until we eventually got hold of someone on LinkedIn and have told us we are due no money back as we didn't attempt to resolve the issue while we're out there and give them a chance to fix it. They tried to book us different flights home so they know we contacted them and have logs and our phone bill proving all the times we tried to resolve it in house and with them personally.

Scammers, liars, rude and unprofessional. Please don't get stung like we did and take your money elsewhere! Horrible horrible people. We have now pursued legal action against them and I will personally find every review site to shame them on until they give us our money back.
The original service to book a holiday was simple and straightforward, hence one of the two stars. However, the follow up/customer service experienced was nothing short of disappointing and disgraceful. Our flights were cancelled by the flight provider- I admit, not LoveHolidays doing- however, when trying to speak with LoveHolidays to rectify this I was met with the same merry go round of ringing, trying to speak on live chat (no customer advisors were ‘available’ daily for over 5 weeks) and being asked to ‘log a request’ (which was done on day 1 after cancellation). As I was not lead passenger I was unable to be spoken to via Twitter DMs- although as mentioned several times the lead passenger works as a teacher and as the live chat function closed at 5pm this was not ideal. In the end after 5 weeks of waiting we were given alternative flights…at the cost of £297 extra per person (holiday was only £625 per person originally) and also departing/arriving at two separate airports in the UK. (Quite the business model between two companies- sign people up to cheap flights/holidays, cancel flights 4 months in advance and then put on alternative flights at a significantly increased price!) All in all I’m glad to have received a full refund with no cancellation fee (hence the other star) and to have spend our money elsewhere. Will seriously consider whether to use LoveHolidays again in the future- have really been put off unfortunately.
We booked a holiday to Turkey Eftalia splash resort for 2 Weeks, the hotel was meant to be a 4 Star hotel but it certainly was not, There was cracks in the walls on balcony, the Flooring Skirts was all messed up and broken. No batteries in the air Conditioner controller and this is only the small things.
We arrived on the 27th at 10.48PM, We instantly put our children to bed so they was not tired in the morning. We then had someone knocking on our door at 2/2.30AM telling us that we have been provided the wrong room and that someone was outside waiting to get into this room, We had to wake up children up including our 1 Year old who never went back to sleep until 7.
We was then provided a hotel room looking at a building site I went down in the morning and made a complaint about being my children being woken up and said id like to be moved to pool view for my children I was then advised I had to pay 120 Euros for this. I refused point blank and made a further complaint to them. ( Basically to no one ). After a lot of arguing they finally said they would change our room.
the next Day on the 29th I come up in loads of allergic allergy due to the laundry powder they used. I went down to the reception and advised them my bedding needed to be changed and they failed to do this, day after day I complaint until finally on the 8th day I met someone called Faruk who serves drinks and food. I explained to him that I had been going to the reception day in day out asking for my sheets to be changed and that I was having to wash them in the shower and try to dry them on the balcony. He went and sorted this out for me If this review was based on what he had done for me it would be 5 Stars because he done absolutely everything to try and resolve it and apologised on the hotels behalf.
I also had Laundry done on the 02/10/22 and clearly advised the hotel I had a allergy even after all the complaints you'd think they would know that, But yet again they failed and washed my clothing in powder, I put a t-shirt on and come up even worst so I was left with no clothes to wear. My partner then had to not only try and wash sheets had to do my clothes too.
We was then advised by love holidays to visit the doctors to get a medical note to state it was a due to the laundry powder. ( This is even after we contacting our pharmacy by video and sent photos and they confirmed it was ) they still advised I needed to go to the doctors so I did about 5 times and was clearly advised I could not have a allergy test done in turkey and that they could not help with a note. I explained this to Loveholidays and yet they still made me go there more times and ask the same questions.
On Monday the 10th, My son aged 8 become very ill and had only eaten eggs that was never ever cooked correctly and was slimy so clearly had food poisoning when I was in the hotel room with him for 2 days, My partner had spoken to others that had food poisioning so we then had to start eating out of the complex where the food was properly cooked and not the same served day in day out.
On the 6th May my sisters daughter was not well so I popped in early hours and then we witnessed a security guard for the Hotel beating up a guest, We recorded this on video and showed the hotel and they didn't care at all brushed it off. we spoke to the Person it happened to and they cracked his front teeth and cut his lip open.
This was our first holiday together and it was hell, We even messaged loveholidays to try and come home early and they told us we would have to arrange our own Transport and flights! We had all this money for a holiday and had to spend loads of washing powder for our room, Creams and Tablets for the Laundry allergy.
I would ADVOID LoveHolidays and wouldn't even book with there price was thousands cheaper then another Competitor. They didn't care about us and how the hotel was treating us.
They is so much more I can add and can also provide photos of the hotel, The Laundry allergy and photos of our son sleeping on the bathroom floor Vomiting into the shower because he couldn't move due to the food poisoning
Even after all these issues with proof they don't care at all because it isn't there holiday that was ruined it was ours, We have lost out on thousands because they sent us to a hell Hotel.
They haven't contacted the hotel, They haven't tried to sort the issues out even though they say they are ATOL Protected or anything. I will be contacting a solicitor on the matter as clearly they just want your money and don't care about anything else.
Please before you book with these read this review because we are not the only person they have done this too.
They Have not booked our flights!!!
I am due to go on holiday in 12 days! I changed the designation back in March with no concerns and recieved confirmation of the booking and changes. A few days ago I logged onto my Ryan air account to see we are still booked to fly to the first location !!! I have tried to contact love holidays constantly for 4 days now with no luck! I contacted Ryan air with no problems and was told my family and I are not booked to travel to the new location and we must contact love holidays asap! ….. I can not get through to them. They have took the final payment for my holiday so we can not cancel now …. We are so frustrated my anxiety is so highly and I don’t know what to do!!!!! If I didn’t check to add baggage we would of gone to the airport and not had flights thanks to love holidays …. We still may not have a holiday if I can not in contact with them!!! It’s disgusting and having a terrible affect on my mental health! Never again will I be booking with love holiday. I have a much easier experience with travel republic! Terrible customer service / after care!
