I made an order and due to some internal country restrictions, parcel couldn't be delivered and finally it has been returned to Luckyvitamin, than during 1 month I'm trying to get my money back, refund can be processed as financial institutions suspended theirs operation. I asked support team several times to proceed with voucher with the same amount so in future I can order goods again, but support team keeps silence. The worst customer support I have ever faced, they don't want to help and solve your problem, where actually there is no problem at all. Don't recommend to have a deals with the company

When you email me 3 times to tell me that my auto ship is on the way, only to email me the day of delivery that it is backordered.

I have only given then one star because there is no 0 star rating. What’s the point of ordering, paying for fast delivery and never receiving the product?

There are some great prices and deals available! The shipping/delivery is great so far with only one package being slightly damaged, but that was Fedex’s fault. My main complaint is that they got one item in my order wrong and instead of receiving a case of 12, I received one single item, and then the process following to receive a refund was kind of ridiculous. I had to take pictures of multiple things and then a customer support manager was supposed to contact me in 24-48 hours. They never did, so after about a week I called back. Then they finally reimbursed me for the missing items, but didn’t offer to resend them. I was not especially happy with that process and I feel that they could work on their customer service support.

The cost of the kelp was very good and the delivery was fast. I only get my kelp through Lucky Vitamin.
