Charged me for pants not sent!
Last week, I ordered two flare leggings (black) and sports bra from the Company. I received one pair of leggings and the sports bra but not the 2nd pair. The packing slip indicated that 2 pairs were sent. Knowing this was not the case, I immediately contacted the Company. Waited on hold for hours only to be disconnected. Finally I decided to send an email. In response to my email, I was told the Company would need 15-20 business days to "investigate" my issue. Basically, I was being called a liar. I advised this was unacceptable, to which I received the same response. The leggings are not cheap. Now I am out $100 for the leggings and have to wait for a month while the Company "investigates". If the investigation is anything like the Company's records and service thus far, I am screwed. Whatever you do, stay away from them until Lululemon get it together - customer service is abysmal and they don't care if you pay for something you don't receive. The company doesn't care about its customers - this is how they treat customers during a pandemic, my goodness - stay away.

Horrific return policy
I am still in the midst of trying to return a pair of winder under leggings that ripped in the crotch after wearing them two times. It's been a joke at best. The customer service items provides no help. Lululemon wanted pictures and a description of the damaged leggings. I provided that. Then they told me "in 8-12 business days someone will co tact you about the return". No one did. I called them and they finally emailed me saying I'd get another email in 24-48 hours with a prepaid return label. No email came. I called them again. They said it was sent. Well it wasn't because I didn't get it. They told me in ANOTHER 24-48 hours they'd reissue they return label so now I'm waiting for that. I honestly think they want to make the process as difficult as possible so people will give up. For a high end brand their customer service and return policies are abysmal at best. I will never ever buy from them again and will tell everyone about my experience.

Poor customer service
I accidentally sent an item I ordered to an address that no one will be at because I did not realize my app was defaulted to my last order which is an overnight camp. I realized this into the first day of shipping process and I called Lululemon and Lululemon told me they would submit a request and if it was a success I would get an email in 2 days. What? If it's a success? They could care less if it's not, she said that's all that can be done, I just never receive my item. I realize this is my mistake, but what I don't understand why they cannot call Fedex and try a little harder, one girl said they can't make outbound calls. For such a successful big company one would think this would be an easy fix or at least some understanding considering what I spend at Lulu. Frustrating!

Lululemon is worth the price
My personal opinion on the brand and store LuluLemon is mostly positive. I have been shopping at LuluLemon for about two years now and would like give examples of why I think it is an excellent brand. It is known as a high-end store. Their clothes are used for yoga, and as well commonly used by dancers, or for any other athletic wear. There are of course the negative and the positive reviews on LuluLemon but overall I think LuluLemon is the best place to purchase athletic wear, and would encourage people to shop there.

The most common negative thing people have to say about LuluLemon is usually about the price. It is a very high-end brand that has some of the best quality. However, people argue that their quality is the same as other competing brands that are cheaper. But when buying from anywhere that is known for being high-end, you are never just paying for the item, you are also paying for the brand and this is something that doesnt just come from LuluLemon, but as well with many other brands. Although $98 for a pair of leggings might seem a little extensive, you are paying for 2-3 years of wear with them, because Lululemon wear very well and are stretchy. Also if you really want to make sure you get the longest use out of them, you can buy them up a size to get the extra length, and if you decide you want them shorter later they have free hemming at the stores. The only other negative thing I have to say about their clothing is that the Wunder Under material collects a ton of lint, so if thats the fabric you purchase be sure to get also a lint roller. Additionally, on a good note if you are having troubles deciding what you want or what would fit best, they have excellent customer service. I have shopped in the store throughout different times of the day and I have always had great and helpful customer service at the Village Pointe, 17250 Davenport St #104, Omaha, NE 68118.

Overall I think LuluLemon is a very good brand especially for athletic clothes and leggings. It may be expensive, but you are paying for good quality, cute clothes, and a long use out of what you buy. If you decide to buy from LuluLemon, which I think you should, make sure not to wash any of the items with any cotton. Try to wash them with like materials, and they can be thrown in the dryer with no harm. All of my personal experiences there have been wonderful, and I would highly recommend anyone to buy from LuluLemon.

Horrific
Of course Lululemon will not respond, but it is so pathetic that a $15 dollar pair of stretch pants is so much, they feed into the younger generation of wanting to fit in and their customer service is barbaric. They would never allow comments of truth onto their site. I tried to order pants for my 15 year old daughter (as who else would stupidly spend this money as an adult on this?) This is what I dealt with after trying to process the Christmas rip off.

Tristan: Hi there, how's your day going?
Cherie Brown: OK, i just got disconnected from my chat a s I was looking to see the response. This is ridiculous. It tells me to take a breathe? Really, There is plenty of funds in the account, the address both on the card and shipping are the same, everything is correct. Why will it now process?
Tristan: Oh no! Sorry to hear that! Would you like help walking you through some troubleshooting techniques or would you like help placing the order?
Cherie Brown: Oh boy. Sure,. I am tired and just want this to go through, If you can give me info other than I have provided the correct address both shipping and card, the card number is correct along with the exp and code?
Tristan: In order for me to place this order, can you please confirm your full name, phone number, email and shipping address?
Cherie Brown: Cherie L Brown XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Cherie Brown: same as i gave time and time again
Tristan: Will our complimentary 2-7 business day Standard shipping option work for you? Your order will ship 1-2 business days after it has been placed.
Cherie Brown: Yes, I just need it to process? It keeps telling me to take a breathe?" very very annoying
Tristan: What are you looking to place an order for?
Cherie Brown: Align Pant II 25" size 2 in moss rose
Tristan: Thanks! I'll need the full name on the card, the card number, the expiration date and the security code please. Don't worryour chats are encrypted so your payment details will be blocked out after!
Tristan: It looks like that item is currently out of stock! That may be the reason you're unable to place an order for it.
Cherie Brown: Cherie Brown XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Tristan: Is it only that colour you're looking for?
Cherie Brown: yes...
Tristan: Hmm.
Tristan: Would you like me to check the store inventory for you?
Tristan: It's only out of stock in the size you selected.
Tristan: Other sizes are available.
Cherie Brown: yes, as I was led to believe this was in stock. Can't make my daughter grow or decrease? Hello
Tristan: Okay. I'll look into the inventory for you.
Cherie Brown: If it is out of stock, then it should state so... do they think i would buy a size too big or too small just because.?
Tristan: I was able to find a few locations with the item available in the size you requested, would you like the names and phone numbers of those locations?
Tristan: I totally understand the frustration as well!
Cherie Brown:? So I will have to travel to a far away location because the "wharehouse" doesn't have the item in stock? This is such bad customer service...
Tristan: Not necessarily. You can contact them to have the item shipped directly to you just like an online order.
Tristan: Are you still there, Cherie?
Cherie Brown: I guess I am confused why a huge corporation would not properly supply a demand? They don't have an item in stock in the warehouse but a location does? Wow really bad business and marketing, actually everything. In the customer service industry myself you should have found the product and offered to have it sent to me directly
Tristan: Our website's inventory is not live and can take a few minutes to refresh between transactions. This means that when you add an item into your bag, it's not being held.
Tristan: I cannot have the store ship an item for you, unfortunately. We aren't allowed to place orders for guests with the store as it is against our personal confidentiality policy.
Cherie Brown: so what does that have to do with you finding the item and expediting it to me? I am honestly printing this out as a reference of what my company should learn not to do.
Tristan: But, you can contact the store directly to place an order if you would like.
Cherie Brown: Oh please give me the info of the store and I will be contacting them.

Bad customer service leaves me unimpressed
I'm debating returning the item I just bought because of how terrible I felt at the store today. I have never felt less valued as a customer. The employee who was tending to me seemed half present when she was with me. First of all she got the wrong size when I had already told her my size. But worst of all was how she just didn't seem to care. She knocked on my door and asked me how I was doing really fast like it was her responsibility and she wanted to leave. I said "it's going well" and I am not lying when I say she very sarcastically said "okay that's greaaaat." When I was checking out I had to wait for her to finish talking to her employee friends about something that wasn't related to work. When she came to me you could tell she was wanting to go back to her coworkers. I felt disrespected and the hype about "lululemon being worth the price" has worn off. I don't want to find out for myself if it's worth it or not. I'm disappointed that there isn't an option to leave a review on experience to lululemon directly. (At least I didn't see it on the receipt which is usually the case in Canada.) Lululemon just lost a customer, Victoria's Secret is enough for me.

WORST Customer Service
I spoke to an "educator" today whose name is Tricia, and she's an epitome of what a worst customer service is. She wouldn't let me talk. Every time I'll explain to her what my concerns are, she jumps in and talk while I'm still talking.

We have been ordering in the past weeks and everything comes in 1 package for every order we make. This time, we were surprised that for this particular order of 5 pieces, Lululemon emailed us that it has been delivered, but we received only 1pc. Obviously, that I for confused us. Secondly, another package/order that should come in 1 package stated that it was delivered but we did not. I was following up with Tricia, and she was the rudest, meanest customer service representative I've ever encountered. She wouldn't listen to my concern. She talks when I talk. She doesn't wanna hear my concerns cuz after she talked, she said "DONE"... and she put down the phone on me. She was on speaker phone, my whole family and relatives were shocked and tongue-tied. That was the worst person we've ever encountered in line with customer service. Me and my family are wondering how she can represent lululemon. That's a shame.

Absolute Worst Customer Service
Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I ordered 1 item and it never arrived. I have contacted lululemon multiple times via the Live Chat option. Lululemon refused to do anything until after the 7th shipping day even though FedEx notified me on the 5th shipping day the package was lost and they had issued a trace. Finally after the 7th shipping day lululemon said they were putting in a trace request with Fedex (This was already done on the 5th shipping day) and I would have to wait another 4 days for a resolution. I was also told by lululemon I would receive an email with the trace information immediately, which I still don't have. I ordered the item as a Christmas gift which I'm obviously not receiving and have to figure something else out.
Customer Service should have offered to re-ship the item or a refund and dealt with the missing package on their own. Either have it sent back to them if found or deal with the insurance claim if not found. Instead they make the customer deal with the problem. As of now I have no gift and no refund and am still waiting to hear something about the trace. I will NEVER give a dime to this company again!

Nothing but disappointment
I have been nothing but disappointing in this company. Lululemon are absolutely over priced. I have only owned products from lululemon for a little over a year. I got my first pair of leggings for Christmas of 2019. I had to return them after two weeks because there was a hole in the pocket and the seams were torn. I got another pair about a month later (because of procrastination) with no issues because of their "quality promise." However, a little less than a year into wearing the ones I exchanged, there is a needle size hole in the front of my left leg. I was told me they wouldn't help nor exchange because it did not fit under their "quality promise." I absolutely refuse to waste another $100 plus on a pair of cheap leggings and bad customer service. I have a pair of sams club leggings that I've owned for over two years with no cosmetic issues that I paid under $20 for. Save your money for better quality. Lululemon

Arrogant and Waay Overhyped
Attitude, attitude, and then some. Lululemon has zero idea of how to treat customers. I enter a store in S. F. where a saleswoman argues with me when I ask her about their return policy: with curt and snippy tone, she says, "You want to sweat in it, and bring it back?" Her stance was oddly aggressive... I was shocked. At another shop in Burlingame, a clerk looked me up and down, and rolled her eyes when I asked her about whether Lululemon carry larger size pants. Seriously? What is wrong with these people? Do they not understand they're in the business of selling and not insulting? They do not understand that customer service is the backbone of a business. Their snotty act has long worn thin. I refuse to shop at a company that insists on treating me shabbily. Life's too short and my money is better spent elsewhere, where their competitors offer superb service, e.g. I now shop at Athleta, where they offer high-end workout wear and athleisureI can return anything, anytime, for any reasonno questions asked. Ive spent over $1000. 00 at Athleta, which couldve been Lululemons profit, had they a clue. If Lululemon gave me free products, not wanting to advertise their horseshoe insignia for them. I would refuse to wear them.

Rude employee at lululemon leaving me bad impression.
I was waiting in the line to try on a few bras and shorts for around half an hour, then when I finally got to the front of the line, this lady (who works there obviously), grabs a hold of one of my items of clothing and looks at the tag, then asks: "So You're a size 12 in Australia?" and I was like yep. Then she checks my sister's items and goes: "you are not a size 10..." Then I say to her that I've gotten a few items of clothing that are of different sizes, so that I can try it on, thus the reason for my waiting in the line to go to the fitting rooms for like half an hour. Then she says to us: "you two are definitely not these sizes, you guys should be getting the size 6s".

So she basically told us to get out of the line. So we did.
Firstly, you shouldn't just randomly look at anyone's clothes that they're about to try on, let alone saying out loud the size and questioning them about it. It is my choice what sizes of clothing I want to try on, there is no need for you to tell me what is suitable for my body, especially since I did not even ask for your opinion.
The clothes I were wearing may have been covering what you might've thought was something else.

This was an embarrassing experience and this has left me with a bad impression of the store. I now feel embarrassed to line up for their fitting rooms now :(

A game of chance anyone?
I purchased a pair of commission pants in Destin earlier this year and liked them so well i went online to order a couple more pairs. I ordered another black pair and i tried a blue/gray pair. Lululemon came in i wore the blue/gray pair out and kept feeling something different on the back of the leg. Along the middle of the leg it is like they did not have a full piece of material but two halves. A seam runs along the back of the leg. I checked the black pair. They do not have that. My other pair does not have that. I contacted LuLuemon. After sending them pic after pic of the pant their solution is to send me a store credit that i can repurchase the pants (why they can't replace is a question unanswered) or purchase something else as the item i wanted may not be in stock. May not be in stock? My credit never expires. These pants were $128 and tax. No answer as to why a seam, i have to box up and ship and wait on my credit, there are three stores in charlotte. I declined their offer and they said to contact them if i ever need more assistance. They said they did understand.

Horrible at taking responsibility for injured eye
Yes Lu Lu Lemon had a recall on their hoodies made between 2008 and 2014 the drawstring was made from elastic like materials and a metal piece at the end causing injury to people in the face It was not a very good attempt at getting the word out there just how bad the injury could be caused by the drawstring! I myself was injured in 2009 but truly thought it was a freak accident yea my eye was injured and bad! I was not aware until I heard about the recall that my injury was a result of the mistake made when manufacturing the drawstring string! Mistakes happen yes, but take responsibility for it and take it seriously. I reported it yup Lululemon offered $550.00 gift certificate I was told my injury was the worse report and to by their own Resolution Team to taktit legal I did but lost due to a limitation act. You must respond with in 2 years of the injury! Today I have permanent eye damage for life yes and they dont care. Worse part is another woman was hurt in the eye about 8 weeks ago and what are doing her? Not much they have replied we did what was necessary by Canada Health these jackets are still out there please beware if you get hurt you will suffer and they will do nothing. I am aftone will show up in a Consignment Store and could possibly be bought by a Mother for a young child as they fit small! So Lu Lu Lemon what if a small child losses an eye will you care then

Worst purchasing experience I have ever had!
I purchased 4 items in November for my daughter to ensure I could get the sizes, styles, and colors she wanted in plenty of time for Christmas. One week later I received one of the four items and received and email that the last three items are being processed. Another week later I received the final items had been processed and shipped and was issued a fedex tracking number. And get a week of not receiving anything I called fedex and Lululemon stated even though a teaching number had been issued they as the carrier has still not received a package. I called lululemon and spoke with an "educator" who informed me that they would put a trace on the package and provide me with status within 24hrs. 24hrs later I still had heard nothing. After being patient and waiting 48hrs I called lululemon again and spoke to another educator. They stated they were still tracing the package but not to worry as they ensured me all ordered a before December 20th would arrive in time for Christmas. Today is December 17th and I have now spoke to my third educator who informed me today they can't locate the package and they no longer have the products in stock that I ordered back in November! Seriously! All they could do is refund my money or keep the existing order and they hoped to be able to fill it by the end of January! I have never had such a bad online purchasing experience and felt with such poor customer support! I canceled my order and they said it will take 2 to 4 weeks to refund my money - this ought to be an interesting experience! And the educator said I hope you have a great Christmas and lululemon fulfilled all your needs?! Are u ‘F'ing kidding me?! The crazy thing is it's not like their stuff is cheap - those four items was over $500! You would expect spending that kind of money you would get superior customer support! I will never buy anything from lululemon again and I would not recommend anyone else buying their products. Of you Google lululemon customer experience you will see numerous other people who have had similar experiences. To many choices in the market lululemon - I hope your business $#*!s the bed!

Literally the Worst "Customer Service" I've Ever Dealt With - Baffled
I am beyond confused as to how such a large organization could be so poorly run and operated. On April 17th, I accidentally ordered the wrong size of pants, and contacted them immediately (literally within 2 minutes of placing my order). I was told that Lululemon cannot cancel orders, but they can try to route this back to their facility. I agreed that they should do that (which is beyond ridiculous since obviously it hadn't shipped out yet). I received confirmed that they received the package back at their facility on May 5th (LITERALLY ONE FULL MONTH AGO), and was told that a refund would take 10-15 business days. Now, it is June 3rd and I still do not have a refund nor am I hearing back from anyone in customer service. They told me to text them, now they have turned off their texting customer service, and wait times are over an hour. If you are busy with COVID, perhaps if would make sense to hired additional temporary call center agents in order to keep up with the flow. OR here's an idea, how about actually implementing a way to cancel orders instead of sending them out of your facility AFTER they are canceled? Doesn't make a lot of sense. I hope Fabletics can pick up steam and put Lululemon out of business.

On sale items
I was a lover of Lululemon brand for years, i have spent thousands on this brand! Until 2019 Christmas when i got a large gift card to use in the store. I went a head and looked on line simply because after few years you kind of know what you like and didn't see any harm of shopping on line. I purchased 4 items 3 of them were on sale! And we both know when Lululemon put things on sale, it doesn't mean you get them cheap! But just a little cheaper than the average price of $100. When i tried the stuff i was surprised with the fit on few of them! Buyers be aware these models are very skinny and many are are very petite and no boobs! I took the stuff to the store hoping to exchange them for something that fit like any normal good store would! Right? WRONG! I found out that sales item are none returnable! Worse yet, Lululemon don't mark the items on sale as final sale when you are looking at the description! The final sale don't show up on the item until after you put it in the cart! Meaning you will never see it there because you have already looked at the item description so why would anyone check them again after you put them in the cart? I was told that was my problem! Long story short... i begged the manager to do something about it or i would lose the entire gift card on stuff it doesn't fit at all? After staying for an hour trying to get some help, the manager agreed to exchange 1 item with something in the store and consider it another final sale. I exchanged 1 item and left with a horrible BAD TASTE about Lululemon! After that much $$$ you spend there, they don't really give a rip if you give them your business! You DO NOT MATTER! Their policy buy your stuff and get the hell out of our face, and don't expect to get any care from us after! TERRIBLE SERVICE... I lost most of my gift card and this would be the last time I would purchase anything from them again! There is MORE FISH IN THE SEA to buy from! I would rather investing my hard work and $100s of dollars on a company that treat me well and work with me and respect me as their client!

Pathetic customer service re: return
I have repeatedly sent e-mails and waited on hold for customer service representatives re: return of define jacket that was too small. Continuously given dates of when refund will be processed and it never happens. Today I received another response to last nights e-mail telling me I need to wait another 15-20 days for processing (jacket received in their warehouse more than a month ago). After that time another couple weeks before card will be received. I am not asking for cash just a credit to purchase the correct size of jacket I received for Mothers Day. I have been a loyal customer for years, purchasing nearly a dozen pair of leggings as well as numerous tanks, tees and jackets. Lulu Lemon is extremely efficient in collecting money, but their customer service (GEC) is pathetic and reprehensible.

They are totally dialed in at Pacific Place
We were leaving the country and my husband wanted another pair of ABC pants for the plane ride but didn't have to time go to Seattle. ( we live on an island) I called and Lululemon were extra nice by taking my credit card number over the phone and shipped them out immediately. Unfortunately, the pants did not fit since he gained weight since we bought the last pair. I called the store and talked to Justin who understood and immediately sent me a return label so I put them in the mail to get a refund.
It was absolutely delightful to deal with people who actually care, are professional and do what they say they are going to do. I will try again, but have my husband on hand to get the right pants! Thanks Lululemon!

DANGEROUS FOR YOUR HEALTH!
I bought a LULULEMON Yoga Mat and I had an asthma attack! The first night, I kept the yoga mat in my bedroom by thinking that I will have a nice stretch in the morning. I woke up with the difficulty to breath and I was coughing a lot. I was not sure if it was really the strong smell of the chemicals from the LULULEMON Yoga Mat but every time that I was getting closer to it, I was heavily reacting to it. When I read about the chemicals used for this yoga mat, I figured out that their chemicals used are toxic and can dangerous for your health.
I went immediately to the store to share my experience and I had a hard time to get my refund! I still cannot believe that the lady told me that with the time, the strong smell of rubber will get away! She did not understand that it is not about just a smell but a product that can be dangerous for your health!

Tonight, I have pain in the lungs and strong headaches, the smell is still a bit in my bedroom and I have to wash the towel that I put on the mat. The towel smells like the disgusting tire of a car!
I was never born asthmatic, there are a new study that say: asthma and allergies have increased in the developed world during the last 30 years. The companies want to promote nice new products by using strong chemicals to make the product to look good but bad for our health and it just makes us sicker!

Please look for a hypo-allergenic Yoga Mat instead and please do not encourage the products using dangerous chemicals!

Worst customer non-service EVER! Seriously... EVER!
Bought 2 pair of leggings in a moment of weakness. Both snagged within 30 days of each other. I heard that Lululemon warrant their product and so I went to the store but was dismissively told that their 'warranty' only applies when the stitching comes apart. My daughter convinced me to give the company another chance so I went to their online 'chat' site. I was suspect when the intro line (before I even asked a question) was basically an admonishment about what's NOT covered by their product warranty. I was dumbfounded though when very next statement from the rep was basically 'get lost'. Under 15 seconds from 'hello' to 'screw you' is a new record in my world but probably not in Lululemon's world. At $150 per customer ($300 from idiots like me who bought 2 pair at once), I guess they can afford to stay in business without repeat business.
