How come you send me a review and I didn’t receive the product yet!!!!

I love the light that I received from lumadent. However, I was disappointed in how expensive the shipping was when buying a $500+ item. $20+ for shipping when it was placed in an "if it fits it ships" USPS mailing package. I would normally expect at least 2 day UPS shipping if paying that amount for shipping for an expensive item. I was also able to order the rose gold on the website and then was told it wasn't available. After I messaged back, they magically found one for my order.

For someone who previously purchased Orascoptic loupes, I must say Lumadent Ergoprism loupes are definitely up to par with the quality of the product and clarity of the telescope. I was thoroughly impressed by the loupe's ability to help me maintain proper ergonomics. I was also a bit skeptical about measuring myself remotely, but my loupes had no issues when they came in.
Unfortunately, I could not adjust properly to the wider field of vision on the Ergoprism. Luckily the customer service agents were always available to accommodate my issues. I'd definitely recommend Ergoprism Lumdadent loupes to any clinician looking to practice with perfect ergonomics.

I ordered a new battery, which came with a new cord that attached to my light. I don't love the switch on the cord, it's way too sensitive and the slightest bump turns it off or on. I prefer my old switch on the battery pack.

I have never waited so long for a package, especially considering the estimated delivery time posted on your site. I feel like its been shipped from Jupiter, with a stop on Mars just to make sure i cant use my light for another week…

After paying $100 for a replacement LED module, the company could have done the work to switch out old part for new part while in possession of my LED, instead of sending me back my light with new module and instructions on how to DIY.

So far I’ve been happy with the ordering process for my ErgoPrism loupes. Kaitlyn from Minnesota is an excellent rep for this company! Very patient, informative and helpful. I haven’t received my loupes yet but excited to try. Kaitlyn said she’d be there to help me adjust to wearing them

I ordered a light for my loupes from Lumadent. It is an excellent light, very bright, 4 different brightness settings, very tight beam, two batteries, backup cord as well. 5/5. Quick shipping, batteries seem to last about a week each.

I’m really disappointed, you clam in the website that the light is 60000 lux and i compared it with my colleague light he is using univet eos hd (univet mentioned in there website eos hd is 45000 lux).
My lumadent light with full power weaker than his eos hd in half power in all distances.
It was really shack for me because it never happened before that American product mentioned fake information in there official website .
As well as you mentioned the battery life 40hrs and univet mentioned eos hd battery life time 8hrs but the Reality i end up running out of battery after my one week of using it in duty time while my colleagues that they own univet they only recharge there battery once each 14 days.
The light received in box of carton as the YouTube reviewers clam that it came with special box.
Totally disappointed and I stopped all my Endodontis friends from buying any lumadent products hard to trust website information.
Just last thing the light of lumadent was so comparable to zumax light which the Chinese company of zumax mentioned in there website it’s only 34000lux .

I had my flip up 3x loupes, couple months ago and had some issues with the bar that hold the loupes, I felt that I wasn't able to see completely clear and I got in contact with Sierra at the costumer service, who is amazing and addressed my complaint and solve my problem diligently. They re-design a brand new bar for the flip up loupes and sent me one, it took a little bit, but it was worthy, now I love my loupes, they are amazing and with the pro lux LED light they work perfect.

I would love to give this company 5 stars but I can't because I haven't been able to use the product. I received my light approximately 2 weeks ago but the wrong attachments came even though I sent a great photo with the order. I have called several times and have received emails back with photos again but no one has responded. I'm very disappointed.

I figured since the supply chain is a mess, it might take a long time to get my light, but it came within a week and I love it! I will definitely keep coming back for future products and recommend to my friends.

Although the cordless light is convenient, it is heavy and requires a cord to tighten the loupes to stay in place. Also the tapping motion required to turn the light off and on sporadically works properly

I am not very pleased with my purchase. While the product itself is fine, it came with no case nor did I have the option to buy one. It should be standard to have something that expensive and delicate come with a case.

Lumadent light is not bright enough, and keeps flickering. Constantly need to adjust wire and on/off button and positioning on glasses. Called a few times, put on hold, filled out a form but got no response.

I purchased a face shield that flips up and the very first day I wore it the part that flips up kept falling down. I tightened up the PLASTIC screws that wouldn’t move. I was told I could not return it so buyer beware, it is poor quality and to much money.

I've used Designs lights for well over a decade. When I found out my most recent battery replacement was going to be $700 I decided to try something else. Luma Dent has better customer service and a comparable light for a much better value.

I have purchased their wired light four years ago and just now had an issue. The service warranty team member Michelle Brown made my experience in ordering a replacement part so easy! She was quick at assisting and helpful. I’m glad this product lasts so long after daily use!

I love lumadent! But i recently purchased a wireless light which i do love the concept of. But there are 2 batteries and i have to switch them out daily. Sometimes 2 x a day. And in the end of the cycle the light goes so dim i cannot see anything. Lumadent…. Whats hsppening here?

Phenomenal light that I have to charge once every two weeks. I charge it weekly just in case but it's so nice but having to worry about charge or power output on the light and having everything be so consistent and strong.
