Customer needs to order extra mounting post for a lantern...
Customer needs to order extra mounting post for a lantern without prior information. It causes a lot of delay on my project. This issue takes many calls and three weeks to have a clear answer, but a disappointing one: mounting post needs to be ordered in addition.

Possibly a Scam Company
My wife and I bought an outdoor light on June 21st. It was delivered broken. When you call customer service Luna Warehouse put you on hold and never answer. This costed me over $300 and have not spoken to anyone personally on the phone. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company in my life. All I want is a refund and I would be more than happy to give their broken package back to them.

Scam!
I attempted to purchase 4 lights and was pretty excited because the site had a great selection. However, it doesn't reflect how many are in stock or whether Luna Warehouse are even in stock. I get an email notification that my part of my purchase would not be fulfilled due to items being discontinued. (I initially thought. No harm no foul) I requested a cancelling my order since these items were meant for the front of my home which means I can't mismatch. After a week, I started receiving my refunds and it came in partial quantities. I didn't receive the full amount, missing about 100 dollars. I sent an email and was told that their policy is that they can't refund clearance items. This is why I writing this review... I would understand if I received the product or products that were on clearance and in stock but I didn't. I never received the product but I am not getting my money back but they will still attempt to sell the products since they have it on their shelves? I feel this is a scam and should be noted by other customers. This is dirty and wrong!

Good experience and good prices
Good experience and good prices. However, the fan i ordered (Irene H 42" 3 blade flushmount ceiling fan, described the mount as chrome but did not state the blade color. I am trusting the WA in the reference number stands for walnut.

I purchased an Uttermost chandelier recently from Lunawarehouse. The chandelier arrived sooner than I expected and was pleasantly surprised to find it in perfect condition. It is now hanging and very lovely to look at. I love Uttermost and most of all the convenience and quickness in which Lunawarehouse was able to deliver.

Your site gave two different codes to use for additional discounts however when I put them in, i got a message that Luna Warehouse were not valid. Also, I am a returning customer--when I put in my name and SAVED password, message said password was not valid. I received an email with a new password, tried that and also was told it was not valid. Finally, I just signed in as a new customer. But... I never did get the additional discount -Bummed!

Bad experience, no refund after over 2months!
We purchased multiple Kichler lamps from Lunawarehouse website in late November 2020 for $1235 using PayPal. Shortly after the purchase we decided to cancel the transaction online since we found a better option online. We also called them to make sure to cancel the order and shipping but some of the lamps were shipped to us and some weren't. We later received part of the lamps and called them and requested to return them. A return label was then provided and we sent the items back to the warehouse and Luna Warehouse were received on December 28th via FedEx. In all this process we were also forced to open a dispute with Chase card services against PayPal since PayPal for some reason charged us $1699 instead of $1235, so we requested the difference ($463) Since there was a billing mistake. When we called Lunawarehouse to request a refund they told us they would need us to cancel the dispute in order for them to refund us the money so we were forced to close the dispute in mid December. We have contacted Lunawarehouse at least 5 times by phone and over 3 times by email within the last 6 weeks and as of now we still have not received a refund claiming that they have to discuss the case with accounting because there is a chargeback but nothing has been done. Now we are in process of opening a new dispute with Chase bank and will likely need to escalate with a lawyer in order to get our money back. All this would have been easily solved if they just would give us our money back. I can not recommend them!

Pendant lights
I received the lights and Luna Warehouse were very different from what I expected. SO I filled out a return request. I never got an email saying I could return them and finally went to the website and saw that Luna was waiting for me to return them. I did return them and all was well.

I called to request a simple 7.00 price match but the logistics required to obtain the difference is tedious when the rep could simple go to the website with the customer and see the price point difference...
After a 15 plus hold time on the phone i was not honored Lunas quoted price from 3 days ago on their website nor the other 2 websites that quoted all of $1 less a light

Thanks! I had a question about the model which was timely answered. I was offered a discount on one model, and you applied the same discount to a similar model, allowing me to make my purchase. I look forward to receiving and installing the lamps, thanks for all your support so far!

Not great
Not great - purchased 3 ceiling fan lights and one was defective. It was supposed to be replaced 2 months ago but after waiting awhile I was told it was on back order. Then me went me a part which I did not know what to do with so then Luna Warehouse confirmed I would receive another unit. Then I had to order another one just like it for another room. I was able to find a coupon code that would have saved me about $100 on the 3 I had previously purchased. Now I have to wait until mid-July and my contractor isn't happy either. And no one will respond to my emails.

Waited for this lamp to come down in price for months
Waited for this lamp to come down in price for months. Sitting here on Christmas morning alone, no family. So I went online and checked my email and Luna sent me a coupon for an additional $20 off. Looks like I got a lil something for Christmas after all. Thanks guys!

Easy website to navigate
Easy website to navigate. I have this canvas painting by K. Sizya in my bedroom. I am currently decorating our Florida condo and wanted the same picture. It was discontinued or sold out everywhere until I found this website. Very Happy.

I had to call to ask questions about my order
I had to call to ask questions about my order. The representative was great, it was just the wait time. Nearly a half hour, then he had to put me on hold to call the manufacturer whic was another ten or fifteen minutes. A long time to wait to place an order.

I recently ordered two pendant lighting... soon realized that I should have ordered a third one. It was easy to locate the order number and description on my confirmation email... I'm pleased that I was able to order the exact lighting and hope to receive in time for installation...

Only place online I could find the ceiling fans I needed at the best price. Checkout worked well. No expected delivery date promised, which is hard to take in an Amazon world ;) Fingers crossed Luna Warehouse ship quickly and arrive quickly, in which case I will be ecstatic!

Super happy with our purchase
Super happy with our purchase. This chandelier is beautiful and the center of attention. This is the second purchase we've made with lunawarehouse.com and have been quite satisfied. Easy to use site and great prices.

Quality and service terrible.
Ordered 5 items. All have silver wires wrapped around them. Not sure why, but done after painting. Also splotches on paint job and chipping. If it where one Item I would think a mistake, but it is all of them.
Struggling to get a refund. Dealing with Chris iwho is rude has been a nightmare. I have emailed many photos and spoke with sherry and was told I would get a refund. Being in the design industry I would not recommend this company.

They were very helpful and responsive.
Great price on fans that I wanted. Great sale for 4th of July! Because of the Sale on the Progress fans I bought the third other fan. I changed my mind on the items and the return was very easy.

Had a return and it was an easy process.
