Great product and great customer assistance. I had accidentally used an old address for shipping and when I called the company the gentleman did everything in his power to make sure my item wasn't lost to me. He rerouted my shipment to the local post office for for pick up preventing a long process for return abd I couldn't be more grateful!

I loved the bag and how fast on lux lair's part you shipped it out. The problem came when dealing with the carrier. LUX LAIR lost my package in transit. So even though the package was 2 day delivery. It took 2 weeks for me to get it.
