No issues. The website is easy to use, search and order parts. The parts were delivered in a reasonable timeframe. The packaging was fine. It's pretty much what you'd expect from a competent organisation that cares about its reputation.

Purchase was easy, delivery was in good time and bike was perfect.

Lux has provided me with great advice on buying balance bikes, kids bmx bikes, advice on gyro products and bmx helments for adults and kids. The products they sell have been high quality and the advice has been super helpful. They know their stuff!

I have been building a bmx for my son, not knowing a lot about this their knowledge and guidance has helped me build an awesome bmx, the guys have been so helpful. I would have no hesitation recommending LUXBMX.

I bought this water bottle with tube for my backpack to use while bushwalking . I messaged customer service to determine the length of the tube ( 50-54cm ) which I worked out would be just ok . Unfortunately for the tube to function for the whole contents of the bottle it needs to be at the bottom of the bottle which means it ithen isn’t long enough to use without taking it out of my backpack which defeats the purpose of why I purchased it . I suggest supplying a longer tube in future .

Lux is as straight forward as it goes when buying BMX parts, accurate stock levels, postage prices are what you’d expect to pay for the service you want, they sell awesome parts and… they actually communicate with their customers.

Bought an se bikes blocks flyer from lux for $799 and everywhere else in the country has them for $899. So yeah I’m very happy with the price.

I want to start off by saying I was a little reluctant to purchase from an out of country bmx supplier. I thought I would have issues with color, style, or fit. Then the shipping....how long would this take. MY EXPERIENCE WAS NONE SHORT OF AMAZING!!!. They nailed it for sure, shipping was surprisingly faster then expected. The tires I received are the same if not better then what I would have purchased here in the U.S.
I could not be happier, thank you guys for doing such a great job.

Still haven’t got my tyres and it’s been a month I’m expecting a free crank set because mine broke during this months time this is bs.
