Awesome service, been waiting for someone to invent this for 15 years! signing up was simple, they collected when they said they would and delivered when they said they would. The service was great, and about 1/5th of what it would have cost me through the hotel.

They forgot to bring one of my items and the communication initially was a bit though but the team picked it up, offered a credit and delivered my lost item asap. It was great to see that quick reaction and I will be using them again

My experience with Luxury dry cleaners has been perfect! Our king sized duvet has come back smelling very clean and fresh! We were able to specify that we didn't want it dry cleaned, we just wanted it washed (as the label on the duvet said it shouldn't be dry cleaned)

Brilliant service and so convenient. Items of clothing washed really well, even removed all the stains, which looked quite heavy. Constant updates on the driver’s pick up and drop off - very helpful. Overall 5*

Pretty happy with the service. Pick and and delivery were a little late outside the arranged times but I felt this was communicated to me pretty well and didn't leave me wondering what was happening. Clothes came folded nicely and organized. No real complaints!

An excellent service. Basically they take away your dirty laundry and return it 24 hours later clean and dry. Or if you want, obviously at extra cost, they will iron it too. The driver is tracked so you know when they will arrive.

I’ve had no issues so far. I use this company for bigger items, dry cleaning, etc. as it’s so much easier than trying to carry them to a laundrette and means I don’t need to pay for parking. They pick it up, they drop it off, it’s very convenient.

The service is pretty good - they offer pickup/dropoff times when you're likely to be home and all the times I have ordered with them, they've delivered. Clothes come back folded and bagged, pretty much ready to put away. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

I am happy with the service so far. The only think I would like to see is the option of washing and ironing not just folding. As oppose to ironing only with. Drycleaning. Everything else and the staff are A1!

I had my duvets laundered again and had a lovely expensive cardigan which needed a repair. Not knowing if it could be done i discussed this and they kept me informed and gave me a quote. Zie was very helpful. It has been done and its brilliant just like new. Will definitely use this excellent service again. Prompt pick-up and return too.

Luxury Dry Cleaners has made doing our laundry so much easier during our house reno. The drivers are always really friendly, you get plenty of updates and you know where your laundry is all the time! It's fast, hassle free and takes the stress out of doing laundry! Definitely recommend using them!

I ordered wash only and the clothes came back all creased. It seems that all the items were whacked in the laundry bags. I felt that it was done without single care.Delivery driver was great and prompt, so no complains there.

I had the curtains dry cleaned before moving out, this company was amazing! The pick up and delivery was well communicated and efficient! They absolutely went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect, and always with a smile! Can’t wait to use them again.

Excellent service. No fuss. They cleaned my puffer jacket health that has been stained for years to perfection - it looks new!! I was so impressed how clean it was. It would be good if they could give more information about what time of the day items are collected.

I was so pleased that I decided to use Luxury dry cleaners again,as they had a special offer on laundery . When I received my laundry back it was folded and packed impeccably and was both crisp and clean.

They dry cleaned 3 suit's for me and did a fantastic job, I was using another dry cleaning pick up service and they were doing what I thought was an OK job, but the last time I used them they pressed tramlines into one of the trousers so I decided to try luxury dry cleaners this was the best decision I've ever made because all the suit's came back looking like new, the other service could never press the black Zara jacket well or make everything look new again, but luxury dry cleaners made the Zara jacket look like it did when I first bought it, I would definitely recommend this service to anyone, and I will definitely be using them again.

Great service. Especially during these damp dark months where towels, jeans and sheets are difficult to dry in a tiny flat. Will say fabric softener doesn't leave a lasting scent. Items do smell industrial afterwards. Perhaps selecting a different softener might make a difference on next order.

Really easy to book; managed to find a slot the next day and they came to pick up exactly when expected, no fuss and very easy booking. High quality wash and service with polite and friendly communication. Would definitely use again.
